In this paper, we highlight the potential benefit of employing optical-RIS (O-RIS) for hybrid RF-VLC V2X communication networks for enhanced road safety applications, particularly at road intersections. We utilize various analytical tools of stochastic geometry to characterize the performance of the proposed framework subject to interference originating from neighbouring vehicles in terms of performance metrics such as outage probability, system goodput, and delay outage rate (DOR). All the derived analytical expressions have been corroborated through Monte Carlo simulations. Numerical results indicate that unlike existing classical RF with relaying solution, the proposed system setup shows a remarkable improvement in outage performance, throughput, and reduced latency. The proposed framework shall be beneficial in smart transportation applications in an urban environment or high-rise buildings, while meeting stringent ultra-high reliability and low latency requirements of 6G-V2X. © 2023 IEEE.

Software reliability is the primary concern of software developmentorganizations, and the exponentially increasing demand for reliable softwarerequires modeling techniques to be developed in the present era. Small unnoticeable drifts in the software can culminate into a disaster. Early removal of theseerrors helps the organization improve and enhance the software’s reliability andsave money, time, and effort. Many soft computing techniques are available toget solutions for critical problems but selecting the appropriate technique is abig challenge. This paper proposed an efficient algorithm that can be used forthe prediction of software reliability. The proposed algorithm is implementedusing a hybrid approach named Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System and has also beenapplied to test data. In this work, a comparison among different techniques of softcomputing has been performed. After testing and training the real time data withthe reliability prediction in terms of mean relative error and mean absolute relativeerror as 0.0060 and 0.0121, respectively, the claim has been verified. The resultsclaim that the proposed algorithm predicts attractive outcomes in terms of meanabsolute relative error plus mean relative error compared to the other existingmodels that justify the reliability prediction of the proposed model. Thus, thisnovel technique intends to make this model as simple as possible to improvethe software reliability.

In this paper, we'll review available standard datasets for automated medicine pill recognition technology. A process whereupon a dataset people discover or provide highly creative technique and tools for sorting and ranking consumer photos of prescription pills. To the need for healthcare providers and the general public to quickly identify unknown prescription medications all of these databases or datasets were created in response. Most of the prescription pills come in blister, alu-alu containers, or Ziploc packs. After unpacking the medical drugs, it is a very difficult tasks for a patient as well as professional medical staff to differentiate between them due to the lack of variability in size, shape, and color though it is a daily task for all of them. Often it is the case that label of the pack is somehow damaged, and for those how to have to take more than one medication at a time it is difficult to differentiate and find the right one between one and another from where the label is me deface or several pills are mistakenly come down from required containers. This error prone nature of the task as many of the pills have almost similar features, increases the medication error which sometimes appears as fatal for patients. The complications are even worse for elderly people with low vision and visually challenged people are at risk because they are not able to identify the color of the text printed on the pill. © 2022 IEEE.

In the medical profession, ultrasound imaging for clinical recognition is far better suggested than any other imaging mode because of its adaptability, suitability, safety, and viability. The images that are taken and then preprocessed as part of the procedure are crucial in medical diagnosis. Different types of noise can be added to the images during the uploading process. The more deteriorated the image, the more difficult it is to better isolate the required components, recognize them, and examine edge clarity. In this study, a comparison is made between several filters such as Gaussian, Kuan, Lee, guided, and anisotropic filters, as well as the proposed filter, which is based on the cellular automata principle. Developing the proposed filter using the cellular automata approach yields superior results in terms of image parameters accessible for consideration. © 2022, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

The visibility of images and videos captured by a camera is affected due to the haze particles in the atmosphere. The haze particles cause absorption and scattering of light which leads to poor image quality in outdoor images. The process of removal of haze from the images or videos is called dehazing, which is typically performed under the physical degradation model. In this work, image dehazing is performed by estimating two parameters namely transmission map and atmospheric light. The proposed work combines a histogram equalization approach with the technique of dehazing called dark channel prior. The results of the proposed method is validated using parameters SSIM, FADE and PSNR on a dataset called D-Hazy dataset and is found to be better when compared with other existing techniques. © 2021 IEEE.

In wireless power transfer, does not require the flow of electrons in any material like conductor. In this process electrical energy is originated from the transmission line. It uses a wearable antenna like textile or cloths. The most important applications of the wearable antenna are Wi-Fi or WLAN. on simulating the design the S11 result of textile antenna gives one resonant frequency at 5.24 GHz. The thickness of the textile material is 1mm with dielectric constant 1.7. The transfer of electrical energy wirelessly is too difficult But with the help of receiver antenna makes it possible. Circuit with the feedback upon the frequency of the input voltage are also known as filters. Band pass filter is used in this because it passes the particular frequency range. After that bridge rectifier is utilized which converts radio frequency signal (AC) into DC signal. © 2022 IEEE.

Wireless sensor networks employ a variety of techniques such as data recycling, power management, and energy-aware routing protocols to reduce power consumption. Clustering is a well-known approach for extending the life of a network. It is an approach to divide the network into small groups and high-powered nodes are elected as Cluster Heads (CHs)for each group. This paper presents Coordinate-Oriented Clustered Chain Based Routing Protocol (COCCBRP), where the cluster is created along with X and Y-coordinates into equal size. Three phases make up the COCCBRP protocol's operation: chain construction, chain head selection, and head rotation mechanism. According to the distance and energy level, the criteria value of each node is determined and the node with the highest criteria value is chosen as the Chain Head. The performance of implemented work is compared with the existing CCBRP protocol. According to the findings of the simulation, the purposed strategy COCCBRP increases lifetime and reduces energy consumption as compared to the CCBRP protocol. © 2023 IEEE.

In this paper, we demonstrated the performance metrics of a Junctionless vertically stacked Forksheet FET for biosensing applications. Through the use of well-calibrated TCAD models, the N-and P-side of a Forksheet FET is designed with a cavity region where the presence/absence of the biomolecule is sensed using a permittivity modulation approach. The label-free electrical detection of different biomolecules, including streptavidin (K=2.1), biotin (K=2.63), APTES (K=3.57), and keratin (K=8) is obtained by analyzing the variations in threshold voltage, OFF current, and the ION/IOFF ratio as sensing performance metrics. The proposed Junctionless sensor exhibits superior electrical characteristics and sensitivity at lower metal gate work functions compared to other available Junctionless devices operating at higher metal gate work functions. Thus, the study underscores the potential of the proposed Junctionless Forksheet FET for efficient and accurate biosensing applications. © 2024 IEEE.

This study explores the capabilities of integrating the Internet of Things (IoT) with machine learning to monitor health in real time. Using IoT-powered devices like heart rate monitors, glucose meters, and blood pressure devices, health metrics were consistently gathered and sent to a cloud-based system. After refining the data for better quality, machine learning techniques were used to create health prediction models. The findings showed significant precision, especially when using neural networks, in predicting health-related events. This combined system can identify and notify healthcare experts about potential health concerns immediately. In recent times,wireless sensor network(WSN)finds their suitability in several application areas,ranging from military to commercial *** nodes in WSN are placed arbitrarily in the target field,node localization(NL)becomes essential where the positioning of the nodes can be determined by the aid of anchor *** goal of any NL scheme is to improve the localization accuracy and reduce the localization error *** this motivation,this study focuses on the design of Intelligent Aquila Optimization Algorithm Based Node Localization Scheme(IAOAB-NLS)for *** presented IAOAB-NLS model makes use of anchor nodes to determine proper positioning of the *** addition,the IAOAB-NLS model is stimulated by the behaviour of *** IAOAB-NLS model has the ability to accomplish proper coordinate points of the nodes in the *** guaranteeing the proficient NL process of the IAOAB-NLS model,widespread experimentation takes place to assure the betterment of the IAOAB-NLS *** resultant values reported the effectual outcome of the IAOAB-NLS model irrespective of changing parameters in the network.
