Classification of Immature and Mature Coffee Beans Using Texture Features and Medium K-Nearest Neighbor

In this study,texture features namely entropy,contrast,energy,and homogeneity are extracted from mature and immature coffee beans using image processing,and the values are inputted into MATLAB’s Classification Learner App for *** the 23 machine-learning algorithms,the best performance was achieved by medium K-nearest neighbor which has 97%accuracy and 0.14574 seconds in *** compared with previous studies that used RGB and HSV color features to differentiate mature and immature coffee beans,it can be concluded that texture features are far superior in distinguishing the two coffee bean groups.

The implementation of Peak Average to Power Ratio(PAPR)reduction technologies will play an important role in the regularization of Fifth Generation(5G)radio *** reduction in the advanced waveform will be the key part of designing a 5G network for different *** work introduces the simulation of an Advanced Partial Transmission Sequence(A-PTS)reduction techniques for Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing(OFDM)and Filter Bank Multi-Carrier(FBMC)transmission *** the projected A-PTS,the FBMC signals are mapped into the number of sub-blocks and Inverse Fast Fourier transform(IFFT)is performed to estimate the high peak power in the time *** FBMC sub-blocks are multiplied with the phase elements to achieve an optimal PAPR value.A MATLAB 2014v simulation is used to estimate the PAPR,Bit Error Rate(BER),Error Vector Magnitude(EVM),and Modulation Error Rate(MER)performance of the proposed reduction *** simulated result reveals that the performance of the projected algorithm is better than the conventional algorithms.

With the growing population and increased modernization, the demand for Power and energy is still increasing swiftly. Increase in the demand for Power and energy, non-renewable resources like oil, petroleum and coal are being exhausted, causing more threats to Mother Earth. Depletion and exhaustion of natural resources result in global warming and pollution. Introduce energy scavenging from renewable resources and other forms of green energy, which replenish itself on a human timescale. Green energies are becoming increasingly popular as an alternative to diminishing pollution. Energy harvesters constitute a feasible solution to overcome the depletion of non-renewable resources and the pollution caused by extracting those resources. This paper describes the process of optimum energy harvesting by using piezoelectric, triboelectric, and electromagnetic generators pasted on a tile structure. The design of the energy harvester floor tile is for electricity generation. In this work, Multiple energy harvesting techniques like piezoelectric-triboelectric Nanogenerator (TENG)-Electro Magnetic Generator (EMG) based hybrid floor-tile developed to utilise the biomechanical energy from human footsteps. Electrical energy generation with harvester floor tiles depends on the amount of load applied to the sensors. The load applied on sensors depends on various factors, like the pressure exerted on the tile area of contact by the pressure exerting the object in the tile. The developed hybrid-based floor tile allows for cost-effective, green, and sustainable energy conversion and promotes sustainable development. © 2023 IEEE.

The automotive industry's growth, fueled by technology and job opportunities, has heightened global automobile sales. Despite this progress, road safety remains a concern, with numerous lives lost in car accidents annually. To address this, Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) communication emerges, enhancing road safety through real-time information exchange. Roadside Communication Units (RCUs) provide vital services, offering traffic updates, weather notifications, and immediate alerts about incidents. Intelligent tollgate systems in vehicles streamline transactions, and speed control systems ensure safer driving. Leveraging Zigbee technology enables seamless communication with toll plazas, improving traffic flow. This study aims to enhance road safety through intelligent tollgate systems, V2V communication, and innovative technologies, emphasizing their potential to optimize traffic flow and provide a more comfortable driving experience. In Internet of Things (IoT) networks, long-range (LoRa) technology is well-known for its wide communication range, but using it with mobile devices presents unique difficulties. Frequently occurring channel attenuation, which causes packet loss, increased energy consumption, and longer transmission times, is one of these difficulties. An improved Adaptive Mobility-based IoT LoRa Clustering Communication (AMILCC) strategy addressed to solve these problems. AMILCC partitions the network into optimal Spreading Factor (SF) areas by using a 2D random waypoint mobility model. The Hybrid Adaptive Data Rate (HADR) technique, which combines intra-and inter-SF region modifications to improve resource allocation for mobile IoT LoRa devices, is a key component of AMILCC. The simulation findings demonstrate the advantages of AMILCC over conventional stationary techniques, even under low mobility conditions (up to 5 m/s). In particular, AMILCC decreases energy usage by 56.5%, improves packet success ratio (PSR) by 72 %, and decreases end-to-end delay by 45.32%. These outcomes demonstrate how well AMILCC works to enhance efficiency and performance for mobile LoRa applications. © 2024 IEEE.

A self-watering plant system employing NodeMCU enables plants to be irrigated automatically based on their moisture level without requiring user input. A soil moisture sensor, temperature sensor along with humidity sensor, rainfall detection module, water pump, and water reservoir are all components of the system in addition to a NodeMCU microprocessor. The soil moisture sensor, which measures the amount of moisture content present in the soil and accordingly transfers data to the NodeM CU. Based on the moisture level, the NodeMCU operates the water pump to irrigate the plant if the soil is too dry. The water pump sends water to the plant's roots by removing it from the reservoir. With a computer or mobile device, the system can be remotely managed and seen. The proposed system proves to be a significant in spite of the owner's busy schedule or absence, a self-watering plant powered by NodeMCU guarantees that plants are well cared for and healthy. © 2023 IEEE.

Social media has greatly streamlined communication in recent years which uses network, shares information, and keep up with current events. Many posts on social media are questionable and meant to deceive. There is a lot of fake news everywhere and online fake news could cause serious societal issues. It is crucial for us to identify false and misleading internet content. Technically, it is hard for us to differentiate between real and fake information. The development and sharing of content have been made easier by social media platforms, leading to a significant amount that must be examined. Information on the internet is diverse making this process difficult. In order to assess the reliability and purpose of statements, humans and machines must work together. Manually identifying fake news is challenging, and it can only be done when the individual doing the identification has extensive understanding of news. Therefore, there is a need for machine learning classifiers that can identify the false news automatically. The main goal is to measure the accuracy of deceptive detection utilizing various machine learning algorithms. Several machine learning (ML) techniques, such as Decision Trees (DT), Random Forest (RF), Logistic Regression (LR), Passive Aggressive Classifier (PAC), Extra Trees Classifier (ETC) and boosting algorithms were employed on datasets to determine if the content is authentic or untrue in order to identify hoaxes on different platforms for online networking sites. © 2024 IEEE.

India, the world's largest democracy, faces significant challenges in conducting free and fair elections due to the prevalence of vote tampering, booth capturing, and rigging. To address and solve these challenges, a blockchain-based e-voting system will be developed that is secure, transparent, and accessible to all eligible voters in India. The decentralized nature of blockchain, combined with the transparency and security of smart contracts written in Solidity, will ensure that the voting process is tamper-proof and transparent. The system will be developed and tested on Ethereum testnet, and the complexity of existing systems will be simplified into a simple smartphone application that can be accessed by all eligible voters in India. The system will remove dependency on crypto wallets like Meta-mask, the backend api's are developed using ***, *** and ***. SHA-3 will be used for hashing and encryption purposes. The frontend will be developed using React Native, ensuring a user-friendly and accessible interface. The successful implementation of this blockchain-based e-voting system could revolutionize the democratic process in India, making it more accessible, secure, and transparent, and setting an example for other countries to follow. © 2024 IEEE.

Novel Design of UWB Jeans Based Textile Antenna for Body-Centric Communications

This research presents an ultra-wideband (UWB) textile antenna designfor body-centric applications. The antenna is printed on a 1 mm thick denim substrate with a 1.7 relative permittivity. The jeans substrate is sandwiched between apartial ground plane and a radiating patch with a Q-shaped slot. The slotted radiating patch is placed above the substrate and measures 27.8 mm × 23.8 mm. In freespace, the antenna covers the ultra-wideband spectrum designated by the FederalCommunication Commission (FCC). Various parameters of the antenna designwere changed for further performance evaluation. Depending on the operating frequency, the antenna's realized gain varied from 2.7 to 5 dB. The antenna achievedhigh radiation efficiency with an omnidirectional radiation pattern. A parametricstudy was performed in research on varying antenna substrates and other components of the antenna. The three outermost layers of the human body are used tomodel a human phantom for on-body simulation. After that, the antenna wasplaced at five different distances from the phantom. The findings demonstrate thatat close distances to the phantom, the antenna's gain and efficiency at lower frequencies are reduced. The antenna's radiation efficiency and gain were muchhigher at higher frequencies for distances greater than 6 mm. Compared to freespace, the antenna's radiation pattern was more omnidirectional, especially athigher frequencies. This antenna is novel, compact and has an ultra wide bandwidth, a maximum of 94.60% radiation efficiency and a 5 dBi gain that will makeit a good candidate for body-centric communications.
