Medical image super-resolution is a fundamental challenge due to absorption and scattering in *** challenges are increasing the interest in the quality of medical *** research has proven that the rapid progress in convolutional neural networks(CNNs)has achieved superior performance in the area of medical image ***,the traditional CNN approaches use interpolation techniques as a preprocessing stage to enlarge low-resolution magnetic resonance(MR)images,adding extra noise in the models and more memory ***,conventional deep CNN approaches used layers in series-wise connection to create the deeper mode,because this later end layer cannot receive complete information and work as a dead *** this paper,we propose Inception-ResNet-based Network for MRI Image Super-Resolution known as *** our proposed approach,a bicubic interpolation is replaced with a deconvolution layer to learn the upsampling ***,a residual skip connection with the Inception block is used to reconstruct a high-resolution output image from a low-quality input *** and qualitative evaluations of the proposed method are supported through extensive experiments in reconstructing sharper and clean texture details as compared to the state-of-the-art methods.

Adoption of computerized systems by organizations in Nigeria poses some data security challenges to citizens and people from other nations. The challenges require organizations to deploy personal data security that are in line with global standards, hence, Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR) was introduced. NDPR is to promote ethical personal data security and Nigeria's attainment of the sustainable development goal-17. However, only small number of organizations in Nigeria are able to adopt the NDPR because its adoption is complex and necessitate the implementation of organizational change management (OCM) project. Experience shows that OCM projects usually fails because many OCM frameworks used for OCM projects do not align with both scientifically proven ideas and organizational realities. Our study addresses the benefits of collaborative practice research studies to the production of OCM frameworks that incorporates both theoretical ideas and organizational realities. Our study provides viable solutions to the problem of lack of practice oriented OCM frameworks that organizations in Nigeria can use to drive the adoption the NDPR. © 2024 IEEE.

An Internet of Things based smart irrigation system for terrace plants is a cutting-edge solution designed to automate and optimize the watering process, ensuring efficient use of water and promoting healthier plant growthSmart irrigation system may vary from field with crops of same variety to terrace plantation with plants of different varieties. As the water requirement may vary based on plant type, environmental condition, growth stage, it is intelligent to provide varying water supply. This Smart irrigation system employs soil moisture to monitor the water content of the terrace garden in real time. Some variety of plants may require minimum quantity of water. The sensors continuously collect data and send it to a central IoT platform or a cloud-based server, where intelligent algorithms analyse the data and determine the precise amount of water needed by the plants. Based on this analysis, the system automatically activates the irrigation mechanism whether it's a drip system, sprinklers, or any other appropriate watering method only when required, thus preventing water wastage and avoiding overwatering or underwatering. © 2025 IEEE.

Lip Reading AI is a discipline that is rapidly changing and has numerous applications in security, accessibility and human-computer interaction. This paper proposes a model which combines Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to capture spatial capabilities, Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks to examine temporal dependencies, and an adaptive interest mechanism. Meticulous preprocessing of the MIRACL VC-l dataset addressing challenges including one of a kind lip moves and occlusions accompanied with the aid of transitioning this study effortlessly to LRS2 dataset to complement lexemic versatility is one of its key function. The effects verify its robustness throughout unique datasets with superior overall performance towards cutting-edge techniques. Ablation checks suggest the crucial significance of every element in phrases of improving lip analyzing accuracy. Our proposed model version additionally suggests flexibility in restricted and naturalistic language situations. © 2024 IEEE.

In cricket training, preventing injuries and developing skills are of utmost importance, especially concerning the school cricketers. This research presents a web application, 'CricBoost' which would serve to address all these vital issues through a multifaceted strategy. This study offers batsman pose accuracy assessment and correction using MediaPipe and Random Forest algorithm, Analysis of bowling and grip using MediaPipe, VGG16 and Gradient Boost models for classification and Shap for providing suggestions on the optimal methods, Suggestion of Shot selection for Batsman, where YOLOv8 and OpenCV are applied to ball pitch analysis and the player is given suggestions about the right shot to take, and cricket drill recommendation system focused on targeted skill improvement of players. CricBoost will deliver a unique combination that will increase players' technical skills, strategic intelligence, and performance while simultaneously focusing on injury prevention by teaching correct techniques. © 2024 IEEE.

The extreme learning machine is a fast neural network with outstanding performance. However, the selection of an appropriate number of hidden nodes is time-consuming, because training must be run for several values, and this is undesirable for a real-time response. We propose to use moving average, exponential moving average, and divide-and-conquer strategies to reduce the number of training’s required to select this size. Compared with the original, constrained, mixed, sum, and random sum extreme learning machines, the proposed methods achieve a percentage of time reduction up to 98% with equal or better generalization ability. © 2024, Brno University of technology. Various organizations store data online rather than on physical *** the number of user’s data stored in cloud servers increases,the attack rate to access data from cloud servers also *** researchers worked on different algorithms to protect cloud data from replay *** of the papers used a technique that simultaneously detects a full-message and partial-message replay *** study presents the development of a TKN(Text,Key and Name)cryptographic algorithm aimed at protecting data from replay *** program employs distinct ways to encrypt plain text[P],a user-defined Key[K],and a Secret Code[N].The novelty of the TKN cryptographic algorithm is that the bit value of each text is linked to another value with the help of the proposed algorithm,and the length of the cipher text obtained is twice the length of the original *** the scenario that an attacker executes a replay attack on the cloud server,engages in cryptanalysis,or manipulates any data,it will result in automated modification of all associated values inside the *** mechanism has the benefit of enhancing the detectability of replay ***,the attacker cannot access data not included in any of the papers,regardless of how effective the attack strategy *** the end of paper,the proposed algorithm’s novelty will be compared with different algorithms,and it will be discussed how far the proposed algorithm is better than all other algorithms.

software-Defined Networking(SDN),with segregated data and control planes,provides faster data routing,stability,and enhanced quality metrics,such as throughput(Th),maximum available bandwidth(Bd(max)),data transfer(DTransfer),and reduction in end-to-end delay(D(E-E)).This paper explores the critical work of deploying SDN in large-scale Data Center Networks(DCNs)to enhance its Quality of Service(QoS)parameters,using logically distributed control *** is a noticeable increase in Delay(E-E)when adopting SDN with a unified(single)control structure in big DCNs to handle Hypertext Transfer Protocol(HTTP)requests causing a reduction in network quality parameters(Bd(max),Th,DTransfer,D(E-E),etc.).This article examines the network performance in terms of quality matrices(bandwidth,throughput,data transfer,etc.),by establishing a large-scale SDN-based virtual network in the Mininet *** SDN network is simulated in three stages:(1)An SDN network with unitary controller-POX to manage the data traffic flow of the network without the server load management algorithm.(2)An SDN network with only one controller to manage the data traffic flow of the network with a server load management algorithm.(3)Deployment of SDN in proposed control arrangement(logically distributed controlled framework)with multiple controllers managing data traffic flow under the proposed Intelligent Sensing Server Load Management(ISSLM)*** a result of this approach,the network quality parameters in large-scale networks are enhanced.

With technological improvements in the restaurant industry, competition is fierce, and a restaurant's success depends on providing excellent and luxury customer satisfaction. The food industry has had to continuously advance with technology in order to adequately satisfy the wants of people leading increasingly luxurious lives. While some restaurants still rely on manpower, the majority are eager to advance with technology in order to improve the standard of their offerings and enhance their customers' experiences. In order to optimize customer satisfaction and experience, this research project intends to investigate the potential of intelligence in the restaurant business. This research has explored intelligent systems such as digital self-service menus for ordering food, augmented reality (AR) visualization systems for customers, the observation of chefs in the kitchen, and the usage of robots to serve meals. This research paper analyzes the advantages of automating restaurant operations and how to do so to enhance customer satisfaction. Overall, this study has the potential to transform the restaurant industry and increase customer satisfaction. © 2023 IEEE.
