Task oriented chatbots are a sub-topic related to chatbots, where chatbots will perform certain tasks with specific goals. One part of creating a task-oriented chatbot is doing intent classification. Intent classification is a task of text classification. As in general text classification, the required dataset requires a label to carry out the classification process. To speed up and help the utterance analysis process, there is already a method, namely clustering, and Density-based clustering is a part of clustering that can determine cluster patterns based on arbitrary data, with DBScan as one of its algorithms. This research used 10000 client utterance data of awhatsapp based e-commerce conversation. SentenceBert also used as a state of art sentence embedding. This research yield silhouette score of 0.327 as the best result from eps of 0.1 and MinPts of 95. However, based on the cluster result, sentences labelled as noise can be further clustered. Text Preprocessing, text augmentation and sentence embedding techniques can be explored to increase the cluster performance. © 2023 IEEE.

Text summarization is a natural language processing (NLP) technique in artificial intelligence that has been studied in recent years. Every document containing text is tested to get a good summary result. In producing a good summary, proper accuracy is required;therefore, various techniques and methods are used, and another challenge is the use of language in the documents being tested. Various types of documents have been used as research for text summarization, including scientific documents, so researchers are interested in studying them more intensely to get the state of the art in research. This research was conducted to review previous research using literature studies from various publications that published research on text summarization in scientific documents. The researcher collected data from several publishers who had published this type of research from 1988 to 2023 quarter 1 and obtained three hundred and eleven articles, then the researcher analyzed the data using the Kitchenham method to get the right literature to answer the research question. Thirty-seven articles were selected for further in-depth analysis. In addition, the researcher found some interesting findings beyond the research question, including other techniques used to solve the text summarization problem and other types of output that are not commonly produced so that it can increase knowledge in researching text summarization. © 2023 IEEE.

For both print and digital media, the accuracy of the information has long been a problem that has impacted society and the business world. Information travels so quickly on social networks and is amplified that it can be skewed, false, or misleading. Inaccurate or incorrect information has great potential to affect millions of real-world users directly. Therefore, finding or getting accurate, trusted, and precise information becomes a problem. People start to spread fake news, which can cause certain events, such as mental disturbance, riots, and unnecessary anxiety. To prevent these problems, we will solve/research them with CountVectorizer and TF-IDF, which is what this study is all about (Discusses the detection of hoax news using CountVectorizer and TF-IDF). It was found that using these methods makes it possible to detect which words are most common in fake news and real news. © 2023 IEEE.

Smart-parking solutions use sensors, cameras, and data analysis to improve parking efficiency and reduce traffic congestion. computer vision-based methods have been used extensively in recent years to tackle the problem of parking lot management, but most of the works assume that the parking spots are manually labeled, impacting the cost and feasibility of deployment. To fill this gap, this work presents an automatic parking space detection method, which receives a sequence of images of a parking lot and returns a list of coordinates identifying the detected parking spaces. The proposed method employs instance segmentation to identify cars and, using vehicle occurrence, generate a heat map of parking spaces. The results using twelve different subsets from the PKLot and CNRPark-EXT parking lot datasets show that the method achieved an AP25 score up to 95.60% and AP50 score up to 79.90%. © 2023 IEEE.

Breast cancer is an occurrence of cancer that attacks breast tissue and is the most common cancer among women worldwide, affecting one in eight women. In this modern world, breast cancer image classification simplifies the process of analyzing, providing objective and accurate results. By leveraging machine learning algorithms and computer vision techniques, we developed breast cancer detection. The dataset is histopathology dataset from BreakHis and UNHAS Hospital. We chose the ConvNeXt-Tiny model then modified the classifier head as the proposed method. Before the dataset is processed by the model, we augment the images by applying random horizontal and vertical flips, adjustments to brightness, contrast, saturation, and hue using color jitter. The augmentation process simulates real-world variance and enhances the model's ability to generalize to unseen data. Our proposed model gained better performance (accuracy, F1-Score) results compared two other techniques to VGG16 and SVM. According to our experiments, the F1-Score for the ConvNeXt-Tiny model with classifier head modification is higher at 0.9516, than the gain for VGG16 at 0.9292, and the gain for the SVM at 0.83. © 2024 IEEE.

This research focuses on the use of machine learning methods, especially Random Forest, in designing tuberculosis drugs more effectively and efficiently. The research process begins with the creation of a QSAR (Quantitative Structure-Activity Relationship) model using a dataset from ChEMBL that includes compounds with activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. This model aims to predict the pIC50 value, which is an indicator of a compound's biological activity as a tuberculosis drug. The results of the Random Forest model showed high accuracy, which is 92%. This accuracy indicates that the model has a good ability in predicting the effectiveness of compounds against Mycobacterium tuberculosis. With this result, the developed model can be used as an auxiliary tool in the discovery of tuberculosis drugs and can be further developed to increase the effectiveness in drug research. © 2024 IEEE.

Digital tourism village potentially accelerates rural development hence improving a country's economy. The Indonesian government has developed hundreds of tourism villages in recent years but has yet to popularize the development of digital villages. Technology design and development are pivotal factors in tourism villages' digitalization. Therefore, the development digital tourism village must consider village readiness by measuring technology adoption readiness or technology acceptance of the corresponding stakeholders. This paper presents the technology acceptance analysis in the context of a digital tourism village. We use a quantitative analysis approach using the TAM-UTAUT model with data collected from a questionnaire of 101 villagers (n=101) in Pasanggrahan Village, West Java, Indonesia. This research uses machine learning with clustering procedures to analyze the level of technology adoption readiness by implementing K-means Clustering algorithm. In addition, to observe the significance of each influencing factor to the technology adoption readiness level, feature importance analysis approach using Extra tree classifier algorithm is employed. The research finds that attitude toward use, perceived ease of use, and facilitating condition-have a considerable impact on the degree of readiness for technology adoption. On the other hand, the perceived utility and social impact are found to have minimal bearing on the preparedness level for technology adoption. Perceived ease of use and facilitating conditions are the most important factors to afford the acceleration of technology adoption readiness. The research contributes to the development of a digital tourism village and the analysis of technology adoption readiness using machine learning. © 2024 IEEE.

We have been developing MEIMAT (MEiji Microprocessor Architecture Design Tools). The MEIMAT is essentially designed to be able to represent any instruction of various processors by the MEIMAT meta-instruction in two ways of semantic and functional expressions. In this paper, we have verified the RISC-V support to the MEIMAT, and have improved so that MEIMAT further supports RISC-V. First, we have verified whether the RISC-V instructions can be expressed by the MEIMAT semantic expression. It is also verified that the functional expression is automatically generated from the semantic instruction, and the corresponding correct circuit diagrams are generated in the MEIMAT instruction visualization tool. Then, we have newly developed a stage configuration mechanism to implement the RISC-V instructions. Because the RISC-V architecture is implemented by 4 or 5 processing stages in most actual processors. To develop further an easy-to-understand design tool, we have also introduced illustration windows for RISC-V specified hardware modules such as a register file, especially a status register in the instruction visualization tool. Finally, through these verifications and improvements, we have successfully confirmed that the 43 instructions in the RISCV (RV32I) instructions set of the RISC-V architecture can be converted into MEIMAT meta-instructions, and then they can be represented as circuit diagrams with the RISC-V stage configuration in the MEIMAT instruction visualization tool. © 2023 IEEE.

In the era of advancing technology, deep learning, particularly within the realm of computer vision, has emerged as a critical tool for enhancing human safety. This research focuses on developing a drowsiness detection system for car drivers using the YOLOv5 algorithm, aimed at mitigating the risks associated with microsleep, a temporary loss of attention that poses a significant threat on the roads. The prevalence of traffic accidents attributed to drowsy driving is alarming, with statistics indicating that over 9.5% of accidents in Indonesia during late 2019 were linked to drowsiness. To address this pressing issue, our study employs the YOLOv5 model to classify driver states into 'Drowsy' and 'Awake' categories, enhanced by the Contrast Limited Adaptive Histogram Equalization (CLAHE) augmentation technique, which optimizes performance in low-light conditions. The drowsiness detection system is designed as a user-friendly application that provides real-time alerts to drivers upon detecting signs of drowsiness. The implementation process includes data collection, preprocessing, and model training, leading to the evaluation of the system's accuracy. Evaluation results demonstrate a detection accuracy of 94%, with precision and recall both reaching 93%. These findings underscore the efficacy of integrating YOLO and CLAHE in developing a reliable drowsiness detection system, contributing to road safety by reducing the risk of accidents related to driver fatigue. © 2024 IEEE.

With mobile applications increasingly used daily, understanding user feedback is vital for software improvement. Manual analysis of user reviews on platforms is time-consuming and lacks scalability. This study utilizes aspect-based sentiment analysis with the IndoBERT-Lite model to automate the categorization and sentiment detection of feedback. Despite advancements, precise aspect classification and sentiment detection in Indonesian language reviews remain challenging due to limited resources. Using 5,000 Tokopedia reviews, labeled across five aspects, namely functionality, service, performance, usability, and design, the model achieved optimal results with batch size 32, showing 0.85 accuracy and 0.866 F1 score for aspect classification, and 0.998 across all metrics for sentiment classification. © 2024 IEEE.
