The transformer model has become a state-of-the-art model in Natural Language Processing. The initial transformer model, known as the vanilla transformer model, is designed to improve some prominent models in sequence modeling and transduction problems such as language modeling and machine translation. The initial transformer model has 6 stacks of identical encoder-decoder layers with an attention mechanism whose aim is to push limitations of common recurrent language models and encoder-decoder architectures. Its outstanding performance has inspired many researchers to extend the architecture to improve its performance and computation efficiency. Despite many extensions to the vanilla transformer, there is no clear explanation of the encoder-decoder set out depth in the vanilla transformer model. This paper presents exploration results on the effect of combination encoder-decoder layer depth and activation function in the feed-forward layer of the vanilla transformer model on its performance. The model is tested to address a downstream task: text translation from Bahasa Indonesia to the Sundanese language. Although the value difference is not significantly large, the empirical results show that the combination of depth = 2 with Sigmoid, Tanh, and ReLU activation function;and d = 6 with ReLU activation shows the highest average training accuracy. Interestingly, d = 6 and ReLU show the lowest average training and validation loss. However, statistically, there is no significant difference between depth and activation functions. © 2023 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence (AI) refers to human-like intelligence exhibited by computers, robots, or other machines. In popular use, artificial intelligence refers to the ability of a computer or machine to mimic the ability of the human mind to learn from examples and experiences, recognize objects, understand and respond to language, make decisions, solve problems, and combine these and other abilities to perform functions that humans might perform. Artificial intelligence requires experience and data to smarten up the technology. The most important things in making artificial intelligence are learning, reasoning, and self-correction. At the learning stage, AI gives machines the ability to learn tasks without requiring a defined programming language. Then, the reasoning stage is the stage where the reason AI is applied in a technology. The self-correction stage is the stage where the AI is refining itself from and learning from experience in order to minimize errors or problems that exist. Then, this matter is concerned with the parking lot to be discussed. Parking can be interpreted as public facilities available in agencies or offices that serve to store vehicles. Vehicles entering the parking area become tens or even thousands, because it requires a parking system and management area. Such arrangements are capable of parking procedures and even other support systems such as adequate parking facilities and infrastructure, and another function is to create and develop parking systems in general to provide safety and comfort. The methodology obtained from this problem is checking the research model to check and find out the comparison of vehicle user’s Parking System Security between cars or motorcycles, as well as the usual parking lots visited. Translating a language to another language has become instrumental when peoples interact with other people who speak a different language. However, the language translation is not an easy computation task when there is a language-resource gap. This paper presents empirical results on the performance of two models: the Long Short-term Memory and the Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory models as machine language translation models involving Bahasa Indonesia and the Sundanese language. The empiric results showed that the Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory model achieves higher performance as a language translator from the Sundanese language to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa (0.95 and 0.95 average training accuracy respectively;and 0.90 and 0.89 average testing BLEU scores respectively) than the Long Short-term Memory model as a language translator from the Sundanese language to Bahasa Indonesia and vice versa (0.93 and 0.92 average training accuracy respectively;and 0.91 and 0.88 average testing BLEU scores). These results validate some previously reported studies that claim the Bidirectional Long Short-term Memory model potentially outperform the Long Short-term Memory model when it is used to process a sequence dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

Circular dichroism(CD)spectroscopy has been widely demonstrated for detecting chiral ***,the determination of chiral mixtures with various concentrations and enantiomeric ratios can be a challenging *** solve this problem,we report an enhanced vibrational circular dichroism(VCD)sensing platform based on plasmonic chiral metamaterials,which presents a 6-magnitude signal enhancement with a selectivity of chiral *** by coupled-mode theory,we leverage both in-plane and out-of-plane symmetry-breaking structures for chiral metamaterial design enabled by a two-step lithography process,which increases the near-field coupling strengths and varies the ratio between absorption and radiation loss,resulting in improved chiral light-matter interaction and enhanced molecular VCD ***,we demonstrate the thin-film sensing process of BSA andβ-lactoglobulin proteins,which contain secondary structures a-helix andβ-sheet and achieve a limit of detection down to zeptomole ***,we also,for the first time,explore the potential of enhanced VCD spectroscopy by demonstrating a selective sensing process of chiral mixtures,where the mixing ratio can be successfully differentiated with our proposed chiral *** findings improve the sensing signal of molecules and expand the extractable information,paving the way toward label-free,compact,small-volume chiral molecule detection for stereochemical and clinical diagnosisapplications.

A standard of evaluating digital marketing practices is a challenging study to do. Many studies to do to find such a standard. Here, the study aims to develop a decision model as a standard to measure the performance of digital marketing activity conducted by several Indonesian companies. The fuzzy logic is the main method to develop the model via five selected parameters. Based on the expert's evaluation, the constructed model can simulate indicating that the practices of Indonesia's media company in digital marketing reach a performance value of 58.55 with a similarity value of 52.35% if compared with the manual calculation. © 2024 IEEE.

This work is an approach that brings together Learning Analytics and Ontologies for a data classification that promotes improvements and behavioral changes for students and teachers on e-Learning platforms. Combining training courses, dashboards, user’s evaluations, and based on Design science Research (DSR) methodology, artifacts were created. One of the most important artifacts of our work is the Sapes tool that aims to improve students’ perceptions of their learning path and to promote a better teacher overview to follow their students’ progress. The results showed high approval by the participating students and teachers, who perceived the Sapes tool as a good facilitator of the teaching-learning process, with possibilities for self-monitoring, dynamization of the learning sequence and better interactivity with colleagues, highlighted as absent in standard e-Learning courses. In addition, the application changed the behavior of users towards the content provided by the teacher, with students performing self-management and self-regulation that were not commonly performed previously. © 2023, International Journal of Emerging Technologies in Learning. AI is a magnificent field that directly and profoundly touches on numerous disciplines ranging from philosophy, computer science, engineering, mathematics, decision and data science and economics, to cognitive science, neuroscience and more. The number of applications and impact of AI is second to none and the potential of AI to broadly impact future science developments is particularly thrilling. While attempts to understand knowledge, reasoning, cognition and learning go back centuries, AI remains a relatively new field. In part due to the fact it has so many wide-ranging overlaps with other disparate fields it appears to have trouble developing a robust identity and culture. Here we suggest that contrasting the fast-moving AI culture to biological and biomedical sciences is both insightful and useful way to inaugurate a healthy tradition needed to envision and manage our ascent to AGI and beyond (independent of the AI Platforms used). After all, the human brain is a biological organ produced by evolution and human intelligence is a remarkable bi-product of nature and nurture and their complex interaction. In this perspective, we focus on traditions and culture, namely the commonly observed practices of evaluating, recognizing applauding, critiquing, debating and managing all progress including useful advances and discovery of challenging limitations. We are not discussing specific scientific exchanges between AI and Biology that include interdisciplinary cross fertilization of scientific methods, technology, ideas and applications that have been amply demonstrated and will continue to be transformative in the future. In a previous perspective, we suggested that biomedical laboratories or centers can usefully embrace logistic traditions in AI labs that will allow them to be highly collaborative, improve the reproducibility of research, reduce risk aversion and produce faster mentorship pathways for PhDs and fellows. Although the parking lot is equipped with CCTV surveillance, car theft incidents still occur occasionally. These thieves exploit a loophole in the system that prevents the identification of the car's brand and model upon entering and exiting the parking lot using the same ticket. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop a system capable of detecting the brand and model of cars. The study utilizes convolutional neural network technology and specifically focuses on the EfficientNet, MobileNet, and MobileNetV2 architectures due to their low resource requirements. Training images for the study are sourced from an online marketplace for used cars, with each of the 20 car brand and model variations consisting of 100 photographs. creates a model after being processed. For the prototype, the approach is put into practice through a mobile application. This study compares EfficientNet, MobileNetV1, and MobileNetV2 as the end result. EfficientNet scored 74%, MobileNetV1 74%, and MobileNetV2 66% on the test of accuracy. The accuracy increases to 80% after the EfficientNet has been tuned. © 2023 The Authors. At the moment, weather data is crucial for supporting neighborhood activities. The economy and trade are both centered in Jakarta, which is also Indonesia's capital. Particularly on Instagram, where users favor taking images and sharing the information they encounter. @jktinfo is the Instagram account that posts information about the situation in Jakarta and the area, including the current weather.
