Fine Tuning Attribute Weighted Naïve Bayes (FTAWNB) is a reliable modified Naïve Bayes model. Even though it is able to provide high accuracy on ordinal data, this model is sensitive to outliers. To improve the performance of FTAWNB, this research modified the Partial Instances Reduction (PIR) technique to make the FTAWNB more adaptive to outliers. Nevertheless, in contrast to the original PIR technique, which substitutes missing values for data values deemed outliers, the PIR technique suggested in this study replaces data values deemed outliers using a Naïve Bayes weighting approach. The attribute values from the outlier data are replaced with the highest probability values for the attributes in the actual class. This PIR technique is referred to as modified PIR. The FTAWNB model with modified PIR has been evaluated using the Gaming Disorder dataset. Replacing the four attributes with the least amount of information resulted in accuracy gains of 99.74%, an increase of 1.53% over the FTAWNB model. The experimental result shows that adding the modified PIR technique to the FTAWNB model can handle the outlier in the data, proving it by increasing the performance in terms of accuracy, precision, and recall without pruning the dataset used. © 2025, Ital Publication. Millions of people worldwide have developed Parkinson's disease (PD), which is more common by 50. Advances in information technology, especially in the field of machine learning, are being challenged for the development of early detection algorithms. This helps doctors to detect disease early and more accurately based on data. The available data has large dimensions and features so that the feature selection method can be used. This research paper aims to provide insight by comparing several algorithms for feature selection and PD classification. PD classification can help improve treatment efficiency and save time. The problem that arises is how the classification algorithm can show better and more efficient accuracy results. A large number of datasets is one of the challenges in the development of classification algorithms. The voice input dataset was obtained from the UCI machine learning repository. Bagging's algorithm out performed on average 100%, and MLP 96.58%, and RF 92.52%. © 2021 IEEE.

Exploring various phenomena and issues related to leaf images is paramount, particularly in segmentation and classification of such images. This study employs bibliometric analysis to delve into two overarching themes: The trends in publication and the evolution of publications, along with a keyword-based analysis. The research methodology unfolds in two stages: (1) data collection and (2) analysis. The dataset comprises 1,248 articles sourced from the Scopus database, covering the period from 1988 to 2023. The research findings unveil a noteworthy surge in publication trends, peaking at 231 documents in 2023. An in-depth examination of journal names demonstrates that studies on the segmentation and classification of leaf images are predominantly featured in computer science journals, exemplified by the publication of 589 documents. Furthermore, an analysis of frequently used keywords highlights 'Extraction' as the predominant term, employed a total of 364 times. This underscores that the research focus on leaf image segmentation and classification presents ample opportunities for researchers to delve more profoundly into the subject. © 2024 IEEE.

Soft skills competencies is a special skill by a person in the field of self-management. This competency is very much needed by higher education in getting a job in the era of industry 4.0 and society 5.0. Analysis of the impact of soft skills competencies is currently not widely carried out, even though the tracer study instrument for higher education already exists. Prediction of graduate readiness to enter the work world is very important for higher education. It is necessary to carry out further analysis in this regard. The focus of this research is to analyze the relationship between soft skills competencies and the absorption of graduates in getting a job before six months using the random forest algorithm. The results of the testing using confusion matrix in the development of this prediction model resulted an accuracy of 64%. © 2022 IEEE.

Using digital literacy in the educational environment can make students more responsible and wiser in using and accessing technology. To find out how prepared the educational environment is in facing this digital era a study that aimed to determine whether there is a correlation between age and gender factors with the number of devices used in the online learning process was conducted at one of the private universities in West Jakarta. The results of this study can contribute to the model developments in both online and offline learning processes to increase student motivation. The data collection method used is qualitative with primary data from survey results, using non-probability sampling, and descriptive analysis. The sample of this study was students at that university with a total of 310 students. Based on the test results using the two-way ANOVA test on the SPSS tool, the result is 0.055. This value is above the significance value requirement of 0.05. The age and gender do not significantly affect device usage, with a Sig value of >0.05, and the simultaneous relationship between age and gender does not affect device usage. It can be concluded that digital literacy has been applied in that university which can be proven from the test results that 225 students out of 310 or 72.5% use more than one device in online learning activities. © 2024 IEEE.

Many researchers have proposed various theories and techniques to estimate the value of Bitcoin. However, there is still a great opportunity to suggest a new approach to Bitcoin forecasting. This research will examine the concept of forming a patterned dataset to prove the hypothesis regarding the start of a bitcoin price fluctuation until the end of the fluctuation using patterned dataset pairs in conditions of price decline (moon) and in conditions of price decline (crash). Patterned datasets were initially built from data on the movement of all cryptocurrency assets on a digital cryptocurrency trading market. The Patterned Dataset is programmed based on the response of all crypto assets to changes in the price of bitcoin over time. Patterned datasets are better able to describe the conditions of the digital cryptocurrency market, along with patterns of potential increases and decreases in Bitcoin prices in particular and cryptocurrencies in general. To deepen the observations, resampling of the patterned dataset was carried out with a 4-hour timeframe using the mean, median, min, max, and sum filter functions on pairs of crash and moon conditions per month. The results show that filter functions other than sum, namely mean, median, min, and max, provide markings of fluctuation area patterns that are easier to recognize. Two hypotheses related to fluctuations were also successfully proven in this research. © 2023 IEEE.

Deep gaining knowledge is a synthetic intelligence approach used to recognize complex facts. It uses many facts to recognize the complicated relationships between various factors. With deep learning, models can be built which might be capable of understanding the complicated patterns within big datasets. In this paper, we can explore using deep mastering in regression and type tasks on large datasets. In particular, we can use deep learning strategies to build a regression model that predicts a target value primarily based on the functions in a massive dataset and a classification version that can classify an object into one of the many classes of an extensive dataset. We can then discuss the overall performance of the fashions in comparison to standard models and talk about capability areas for development. Moreover, we will analyze the scalability of deep mastering strategies used on large datasets and discuss exceptional practices for building deep mastering fashions on massive datasets. Finally, we will summarize our findings and offer our conclusions approximately the use of deep studying in regression and type obligations on large datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

Tourist destination reviews on Google Maps have become a valuable point of reference for visitors seeking enjoyable spots to visit. Additionally, users can gain insight into the reasons for writing reviews. Text classification is used to determine the motivation behind these reviews. The aim of this study is to compare machine learning (ML) text classification techniques for identifying the intent behind sentiments expressed as complaints (0), suggestions (1), opinions (2), statements(3), and awards (4). The ML techniques assessed are Multinomial Naive Bayes (MNB), Support Vector Machine (SVM), and K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). To achieve this, tourist destination review data sets, comprising 738 reviews, were collected using web scraping from the Google Maps website. Preprocessing stages, including case-folding, tokenisation, filtering and stemming, are executed prior to the data being prepped for feature extraction with TF-IDF. The employed classification models perform well with KNN achieving 1.00 accuracy on a 90:10 data split, and SVM obtaining 0.90 on the same data split. Although, the Multinomial Naive Bayes algorithm with 0.70 accuracy on a 90:10 data split is classified as fair. Comparison of methods was conducted by means of a Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) diagram. The testing accuracy for the SVM method was found to be 95%, MNB at 91%, and KNN at 84%. © 2023 IEEE.

This paper examines the reproducibility of massive information analytics under particular factors. The paper proposes the 'performing Scalable Inference' technique to cope with scalability troubles and to exploit current big statistics platforms for efficient computing and statistics garage of the statistics. In particular, the paper describes how to perform leak-free, parallelizable visible analytics over massive datasets using present extensive records analytics frameworks such as Apache Flink. This method presents an automated manner to execute analytics that preserves reproducibility and the ability to make adjustments without re-running the entire technique. The paper also demonstrates how these analytics may help several real-world use instances, explore affected person cohorts for studies, and develop stratified patient cohorts for hospital therapy. In the end, the paper observes how the proposed method may be exercised within the real world. Actively scalable inference for massive information analytics is pivotal in optimizing decision-making and allocation of assets. Typically, such inferences are made based on information accumulated from numerous sources, databases, unstructured data, and different digital sources. So one can ensure scalability, a complete cloud-primarily based platform has to be hired. This solution will permit the ***, deploying the essential records series and evaluation algorithms are prime here. It could permit the platform to recognize the styles inside the statistics and discover any ability correlations or traits. Additionally, predictive analytics and system mastering strategies may be incorporated to provide insights into the results of the information. This research aims to construct a two-dimensional image to represent an underwater geometry map with a Side Scan Sonar (SSS) mounted on a Hybrid Autonomous Underwater Glider (HAUG). Building the underwater map has two stages of the process. The first stage is preprocessing which includes Time-varying gains (TVG), slant range correction, and ground range correction. The second is HAUG navigation, the movement of HAUG orientation to the angle and distance of SSS readings and plotting the geometry of the grid map. With these two stages, a two-dimensional grid map will be formed. Meanwhile, the 3D plot utilizes slant range and ground range correction to obtain the surface height of the bottom of the pool. From the experiments conducted to conduct mapping in the pool, two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual forms of the pool floor and pool walls were produced. The results of the estimated measurement of the width of the pool obtained 14.05 meters and the height of the pool 3.199 meters with an SSS beam angle of 58 degrees. © 2023 IEEE.
