Nowadays in the medicalfield,imaging techniques such as Optical Coherence Tomography(OCT)are mainly used to identify retinal *** this paper,the Central Serous Chorio Retinopathy(CSCR)image is analyzed for various stages and then compares the difference between CSCR before as well as after treatment using different application *** approach,which was focused on image quality,improves medical image *** enhancement algorithm was implemented to improve the OCT image contrast and denoise purpose called Boosted Anisotropic Diffusion with an Unsharp Masking Filter(BADWUMF).The classifier used here is tofigure out whether the OCT image is a CSCR case or not.150 images are checked for this research work(75 abnormal from Optical Coherence Tomography Image Retinal Database,in-house clinical database,and 75 normal images).This article explicitly decides that the approaches suggested aid the ophthalmologist with the precise retinal analysis and hence the risk factors to be *** total precision is 90 percent obtained from the Two Class Support Vector Machine(TCSVM)classifier and 93.3 percent is obtained from Shallow Neural Network with the Powell-Beale(SNNWPB)classifier using the MATLAB 2019a program.

Video forgery detection has been necessary with recent spurt in fake videos like Deepfakes and doctored videos from multiple video capturing devices. In this paper, we provide a novel technique of detecting fake videos by creating an ensemble network, based on statistical and deep learning methods to detect interframe forgery and intraframe forgery in forged videos separately. In this paper, Noise signature extraction of a particular image capturing sensor and an Autoencoder-based Convolutional Neural Network model (CNN) are used to localize the forged regions. We have trained the model to localize Deepfake video forgeries as well as copy-paste forgeries with effective results in the test data. The proposed fake video detector can be applied at the back-end of on-line video aggregating services and check their authenticity to verify the genuineness of videos. The results achieved have shown better performances in detecting fake videos compared to existing methods. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Autonomous embodied navigation task generation from natural language dialogues

Robots are increasingly being deployed in densely populated environments, such as homes, hotels, and office buildings, where they rely on explicit instructions from humans to perform tasks. However, complex tasks often require multiple instructions and prolonged monitoring, which can be time-consuming and demanding for users. Despite this, there is limited research on enabling robots to autonomously generate tasks based on real-life scenarios. Advanced intelligence necessitates robots to autonomously observe and analyze their environment and then generate tasks autonomously to fulfill human requirements without explicit commands. To address this gap, we propose the autonomous generation of navigation tasks using natural language dialogues. Specifically, a robot autonomously generates tasks by analyzing dialogues involving multiple persons in a real office environment to facilitate the completion of item transportation between various *** propose the leveraging of a large language model(LLM) through chain-of-thought prompting to generate a navigation sequence for a robot from dialogues. We also construct a benchmark dataset consisting of 625 multiperson dialogues using the generation capability of LLMs. Evaluation results and real-world experiments in an office building demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Automated Detection of Heart Arrhythmia Signals by Using a Convolutional Takagi–Sugeno–Kang-type Fuzzy Neural Network

In clinical practice, electrocardiography is used to diagnose cardiac abnormalities. Because of the extended time required to monitor electrocardiographic signals, the necessity of interpretation by physicians, and the vulnerability of electrocardiographic signals to noise interference, electrocardiography is laborious and places a heavy burden on healthcare providers. Therefore, in this paper, a convolutional Takagi–Sugeno–Kang (TSK)-type fuzzy neural network (CTFNN) is proposed to address the challenges of arrhythmia signal classification. The proposed CTFNN is divided into three parts, namely, a convolutional layer, a feature fusion layer, and a TSK fuzzy neural network. The TSK fuzzy neural network is used to replace the fully connected neural network, thereby reducing the number of parameters and enabling the model to mimic the human brain when classifying signals. In addition, because the parameters of the CTFNN are difficult to determine, the uniform experimental design method, which requires only a small number of experiments, is used to determine the optimal parameter combination. The proposed model was tested using the Massachusetts Institute of technology-Beth Israel Hospital (MIT-BIH) arrhythmia database, which contains 1000 records belonging to 17 categories. Each record has a duration of 10 s and contains 3600 sampling points. According to our experimental results, the accuracy, recall, precision, and F1-score of the CTFNN for long-term signals were 97.33, 97.96, 96.00, and 96.97%, respectively. In addition, the number of parameters for the proposed model was only 558,728, which was less than that for LeNet (i.e., 1734501). © 2024 M Y U Scientific Publishing Division. All rights reserved.

Transaction transmission model for blockchain channels based on non-cooperative games

In blockchain networks, transactions can be transmitted through channels. The existing transmission methods depend on their routing information. If a node randomly chooses a channel to transmit a transaction, the transmission may be aborted due to insufficient funds(also called balance) or a low transmission rate. To increase the success rate and reduce transmission delay across all transactions, this work proposes a transaction transmission model for blockchain channels based on non-cooperative game *** balance, channel states, and transmission probability are fully considered. This work then presents an optimized channel transaction transmission algorithm. First, channel balances are analyzed and suitable channels are selected if their balance is sufficient. Second, a Nash equilibrium point is found by using an iterative sub-gradient method and its related channels are then used to transmit transactions. The proposed method is compared with two state-of-the-art approaches: Silent Whispers and Speedy Murmurs. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves transmission success rate, reduces transmission delay,and effectively decreases transmission overhead in comparison with its two competitive peers.
