Fruits and vegetables contain rich nutrients and vitamins. So that they are part of our daily diet. For proper cell growth and health, we need these nutrients. Today in most crops during their growth and post-harvesting preservation different kinds of pesticides were used. Normal usage of such pesticides not that much affects health. But the actual situation is beyond our control. From soil preparation to the post-harvesting stage, pesticides are being added at alarming rates. It affects our health in a harmful way and leads to major health issues. Various studies exist to detect the pesticide levels in fruits and vegetables. This article analyses different existing methods of pesticide detection and examines their features and problems. Through this study, it is understood that Hyperspectral Imaging (HSI) is a very good method, and with it, more accurate results can be obtained by Transfer Learning (few-shot learning). This paper proposes an architecture and algorithm based on HSI and few-shot learning. Future studies are needed in this area to convert an RGB image to a spectral image because the HSI device is very expensive. © 2024, ICST Institute for computer Sciences, Social Informatics and Telecommunications engineering.

Owing to the development of the Internet of Things (IoT), smart electrical appliances bring convenience to life. However, smart home appliances are too cumbersome as their interface operations are mostly not intuitive with less practicability than expected. Taiwan has an island climate, and the summer weather is scorching. An easy-to-use and practical electric fan is indispensable for cooling off the heat, which is the research object of this study to make users feel comfortable. In this study, image recognition technology was introduced. The user turns on the fan manually or through the mobile APP, and selects the tracking mode through the mode function. The camera with the fan detects the user's position and then starts to track the user. The device is equipped with a smoke sensor and a camera to monitor the user's home. The fan proves the feasibility of the conceptual architecture. © 2024 IEEE.

The 3D reconstruction field using a neural network to synthesize a novel view and then reconstruct the 3D object is an effective method. With the development of the novel view synthesis (NVS) technology is possible to use a single image to synthesize images from many view directions, and further reconstruct complex 3D scenes. Among them, the method using the Neural Radiance Fields (NeRF) achieved good performance in this task. This paper inspires by the pixelNeRF. The Ray-Transformer architecture to achieve the model to use ray-wise local sampling point features, adopt the ResNeXt as a feature extractor and adjust the backbone network architecture, expecting better performance in single-view NVS tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

The growth of crime in society produces insecurity among people and severely impacts the country’s economic development. Understanding crime patterns is necessary to provide a proactive response to curb criminal activities. Most crime prediction models harnessing machine learning/deep learning techniques fail to exhibit significant results for the vague and inconsistent dataset. This is due to the non-consideration of suitable pre-processing and feature engineering techniques, resulting in an unreliable and inaccurate model. Hence in this work, an efficient framework for crime prediction using Feature engineering and Machine learning is proposed. Initially, the vague and inconsistent input dataset is pre-processed using Feature Scaling and Encoding input values. After pre-processing DBSCAN clustering is applied to extract geospatial features, which is used for improving model accuracy. Then SelectKbest library is used to select the 10 best features for the prediction model. Further, the SMOTE library is used to oversample crime types with the lowest sample size. Finally, for classifying the crime types, XGBoost and LGBM classifier models are evaluated. The proposed crime prediction model was validated by deploying an Amazon EC2 P3 instance in the cloud environment. The proposed model yields an improved accuracy of 62% for the XGBoost Classifier and 63% for the LGBM Classifier compared with KNN and Decision Tree. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd 2024.

Digital commerce is the process of exchanging money or assets using electronic or digital channels such as the internet or mobile devices. Instead of physical cash or checks, individuals or businesses can use digital platforms to transfer money, make payments or conduct financial transactions securely and efficiently. As more and more people conduct financial transactions online, the risk of cyberattacks targeting financial institutions will increase. This article presents an integrated approach to detecting cyber-attacks in the financial sector. Analysing Urban Noise and Air Quality by Integrating Past Data Accompanying Projections for the Future. By joining predicting models accompanying Internet of Things technology, this study tackles the question of judging buzz and air kind in urban regions. To do this, a model was used to devise noise and PM2.5 heat maps. Open-beginning traffic data was again used for correct contextualization. Using this form, find the districts with extreme levels of contamination and crashes are likely situated on busy roads and technical zones. R2 principles of 0.93 for PM2.5 and 0.90 for blast showed that the forecasting models, which involve conclusion trees and convolutional affecting animate nerve organ networks, were completely correct in guessing the levels of dirtiness and crash. These findings demonstrate the significance of actively seeking out methods or policies that have no adverse impact on environmental issues in reports when formulating municipal plans. Furthermore, the study proposes strategies to enhance the city's conservation of natural resources, drawing on the conclusive findings. These procedures contain the exercise of reduced-issuance zones and the promotion of green fields. A joined and data-compelled plan is important for compensating policy selections in city preservation of natural resources, and this study creates a solid gift to both scientific knowledge and useful use in these fields. © 2024 IEEE.

The implementation of Countermeasure Techniques(CTs)in the context of Network-On-Chip(NoC)based Multiprocessor System-On-Chip(MPSoC)routers against the Flooding Denial-of-Service Attack(F-DoSA)falls under Multi-Criteria Decision-Making(MCDM)due to the three main concerns,called:traffic variations,multiple evaluation criteria-based traffic features,and prioritization NoC routers as an *** this study,we propose a comprehensive evaluation of various NoC traffic features to identify the most efficient routers under the F-DoSA ***,an MCDM approach is essential to address these emerging *** the recent MCDM approach has some issues,such as uncertainty,this study utilizes Fuzzy-Weighted Zero-Inconsistency(FWZIC)to estimate the criteria weight values and Fuzzy Decision by Opinion Score Method(FDOSM)for ranking the routers with fuzzy Single-valued Neutrosophic under names(SvN-FWZIC and SvN-FDOSM)to overcome the *** results obtained by using the SvN-FWZIC method indicate that the Max packet count has the highest importance among the evaluated criteria,with a weighted score of *** contrast,the Hop count is identified as the least significant criterion,with a weighted score of *** remaining criteria fall within a range of intermediate importance,with enqueue time scoring 0.1845,packet count decremented and traversal index scoring 0.1262,packet count incremented scoring 0.1124,and packet count index scoring *** terms of ranking,SvN-FDOSM has two approaches:individual and *** the individual and group ranking processes show that(Router 4)is the most effective router,while(Router 3)is the lowest router under *** sensitivity analysis provides a high stability in ranking among all 10 *** approach offers essential feedback in making proper decisions in the design of countermeasure techniques in the domain of NoC-based MPSoC.

As mobile data grows rapidly, carriers must intelligently manage network traffic. Due to economic realities and the physical limitations of the available spectrum, operators cannot add more network capacity. To satisfy investors, operators must maximise their service returns. The more services a subscriber receives, which costs more, the higher their expectations of acceptable network availability and quality. So it becomes very challenging for operators to provide QoS to their high-value subscribers and manage network traffic dynamically without impacting the user experience of their potential and key users. In this paper, all literature surveys are carried out on different schemes and solutions to manage mobile data networks’ profiles. This paper aims to identify an effective way of managing real-time data traffic by adjusting QoS/profile parameters dynamically so that high-value subscribers get better QoS during congestion than regular users. In the modern era of a growing population,it is arduous for humans to monitor every aspect of sports,events occurring around us,and scenarios or *** recognition of different types of sports and events has increasingly incorporated the use of machine learning and artificial *** research focuses on detecting and recognizing events in sequential photos characterized by several factors,including the size,location,and position of people’s body parts in those pictures,and the influence around those *** approaches utilized,here are feature descriptors such as MSER(Maximally Stable Extremal Regions),SIFT(Scale-Invariant Feature Transform),and DOF(degree of freedom)between the joint points are applied to the skeleton ***,for the same purposes,other features such as BRISK(Binary Robust Invariant Scalable Keypoints),ORB(Oriented FAST and Rotated BRIEF),and HOG(Histogram of Oriented Gradients)are applied on full body or *** integration of these techniques increases the discriminative nature of characteristics retrieved in the identification process of the event,hence improving the efficiency and reliability of the entire *** extracted features are passed to the early fusion and DBscan for feature fusion and *** deep belief,network is employed for *** results demonstrate a separate experiment’s detection average recognition rate of 87%in the HMDB51 video database and 89%in the YouTube database,showing a better perspective than the current methods in sports and event identification.
