This paper presents methods for solving problems using the method of fuzzy logic. The covid-19 pandemic and Economic Policy Uncertainty resulting from the shutdown of production, withdrawal of investments, enforcement of lockdowns and quarantines globally, have been directly affecting stock markets worldwide. This study is thus an attempt to analyse the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on stock market behaviour in major affected economies. Moreover, the time frame was extended by using current data which investigate the impact of the virus during the boom and the blast phase in the country's most hit by the pandemic crisis such as China, Italy, UK and US. The frequency of the data is daily, and it dates from 3 January 2020 up to 10 February 2021. The considered time framework will give a deep insight into how stock markets behave in the case of an exogenous shock. The Dickey-Fuller Augmented Unit Root Test indicates that all the variables are stationary at first difference, which is one of the main conditions to have robust result, and the ARCH-LM test for the heteroskedasticity of the residuals, which show that all the probability values are significant, rejecting the null hypothesis of no ARCH effect. Based on the results of GARCH (1,1), we conclude that the change in stock markets volatility is positive and significant in China, Italy, UK and USA. This suggests that the impacts of COVID-19 outbreak and economic policy uncertainty on Stock Markets are a significant and Homogeneous across the studied countries, and the shock on FTSE Italia All Share has the longest time to vanish which makes it the riskiest to invest during this period, while the shock on SP500 USA has the shortest time to disappear meaning that it is safest Stock Market in this study. These findings have significant implications for policymakers, institutional and individual investors and Financial Markets analysts. © 2022 IET Conference Proceedings. All rights reserved.

To search for new technical solutions when designing color measuring systems, we need a design object, i.e. to divide color measuring device into fragments, and solutions are sought for these fragments separately. At the first level of the partition, the color measuring device is divided into four main structural parts: the lighting, dispersing, electronic recording and computing devices.

The paper considers the stages of information-and-technological development of an enterprise from automation to digitization. The task is set to determine the appropriate moment when an enterprise shall come to its activity digitization. An early or late transition threatens with the reduction of the enterprise efficiency achieved due to information technology use. Rapidly developing and implemented business process management systems, as a rule, declare the need to use strategic goals in the operation and development of enterprises. The same is required by international standards for the creation of appropriate information systems and technologies. However, to this day, this condition is not optimally fulfilled, as a method of turning the requirements of the strategic goal into monthly planned indicators used by the budgeting department is necessary. Performance management of enterprises, in accordance with international standards, focuses on the direct monthly impact of the requirements of their strategic goals on the content of the relevant budget sections. To fulfill this requirement, you need a method that creates a direct algorithmic relationship between the strategy of the enterprise and its budgeting department. The proposed method of inverse calculations is able to establish the necessary connection. This is the method described in this article. To demonstrate the possibility of reverse calculations as an example selected estimates of business processes (both qualitative and quantitative), characteristic of construction companies. The Balanced Scorecard is used as a structural basis. Using this we were able to show the options of imbalance between the spheres of activity. To visualize the relationships between business process management sub-targets, the goal tree is used as a tool. As an example of a strategic goal to demonstrate the possibility of reverse calculations before the enterprise construction profile set a strategic goal – to increase the return on equity. In the formulation of the problem of inverse calculations, a number of solutions were adopted. Augmented lines depending on the target installation-makers the decision, indicating the desired change trend of each of the arguments to a direct function. Increasing requirements to the content and form of higher education in conditions of digital economy set new tasks for professors: formation of applied competences, the involvement of students in project activities, provision of students' online support, their individual and project work. The growing load on university professors complicates satisfaction of these requirements. The development of the lecturers' network interaction makes it possible to redistribute the load for disciplines methodological provision. The article reveals possibilities of lecturers' network interaction by using innovative teaching methods including gaming forms and online courses. The research scientific novelty is to implement the lecturers' network interaction and experimental application of innovative teaching methods. Network interaction was carried out through the educational process of students' preparation in following areas: information security, applied information technology, business information technology.
