In response to Japan's imminent labor shortage crisis and its sluggish integration of IT into industry, an innovative AI-Based Skill Analysis and Matching System is proposed. With projections indicating a demand for 7 million foreign workers by 2040, there arises an urgent need for streamlined HR training processes. The system leverages advanced technologies to accelerate candidate selection and job matching, encompassing resume parsing, keyword filtering, skill matching, and improvement. Methodologically, various libraries, modules, and NLP models are integrated for comprehensive data extraction and analysis. Techniques such as tokenization, lemmatization, and cosine similarity-based matching optimize the alignment of candidates with job requirements. Findings demonstrate the system's effectiveness in reducing recruitment time and effort, enabling recruiters to focus on assessing relevant candidates efficiently. Additionally, the system offers tailored skill enhancement recommendations to candidates, facilitating their integration into the Japanese workforce. The significance of this research lies in its contribution to mitigating Japan's labor shortage crisis and advancing HR management practices. By harnessing AI technologies, the system not only addresses immediate labor market needs but also sets the stage for a technology-driven approach to talent acquisition. Leukemia, a malignant disease characterized by the rapid proliferation of specific types of white blood cells (WBC), has prompted increased interest in leveraging automatic WBC classification system. This study presents the design of a robust WBC classification system, integrating deep learning with microscopic image analysis. The proposed classification model is designed to categorize blood cells into four distinct groups: eosinophil, lymphocyte, monocyte, and neutrophil. The study employs a Kaggle image dataset for comprehensive learning. The dataset comprises 12,500 microscopic images used to categorize the four blood cell groups. To enhance performance and reduce the likelihood of overfitting, transfer learning techniques are employed. Six deep transfer learning models namely VGG16, ResNet50, AlexNet, MobileNet, GoogLeNet, and EfficientNetBO are used for feature extraction and classification. The results of the experiments show that VGG16 and MobileNet demonstrated enhancements compared to other pre-trained models when evaluated on both augmented and original datasets. A diverse set of evaluation criteria was employed to thoroughly assess the effectiveness of medical image classification. Notably, the VGG16 and MobileNet models accurately predicted Lymphocytes and Monocytes with a 100% accuracy rate, and Eosinophil and Neutrophil with rates of 99.35% and 99.81%, respectively. This research work empower medical practitioners, particularly in the field of pathology and hematology by providing advanced tools for accurate blood cell classification. The proposed VGG16 and MobileNet models hold promise for simplifying WBC classification, improving decision-making processes, and ultimately advancing patient care in the medical domain. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Myelin damage and a wide range of symptoms are caused by the immune system targeting the central nervous system in Multiple Sclerosis(MS),a chronic autoimmune neurological *** disrupts signals between the brain and body,causing symptoms including tiredness,muscle weakness,and difficulty with memory and *** methods for detecting MS are less precise and time-consuming,which is a major gap in addressing this *** gap has motivated the investigation of new methods to improve MS detection consistency and *** paper proposed a novel approach named FAD consisting of Deep Neural Network(DNN)fused with an Artificial Neural Network(ANN)to detect MS with more efficiency and accuracy,utilizing regularization and combat *** use gene expression data for MS research in the GEO GSE17048 *** dataset is preprocessed by performing encoding,standardization using min-max-scaler,and feature selection using Recursive Feature Elimination with Cross-Validation(RFECV)to optimize and refine the ***,for experimenting with the dataset,another deep-learning hybrid model is integrated with different ML models,including Random Forest(RF),Gradient Boosting(GB),XGBoost(XGB),K-Nearest Neighbors(KNN)and Decision Tree(DT).Results reveal that FAD performed exceptionally well on the dataset,which was evident with an accuracy of 96.55%and an F1-score of 96.71%.The use of the proposed FAD approach helps in achieving remarkable results with better accuracy than previous studies.

Expression of hate content through social media is prevalent and a global issue. The objective of this paper is to conduct analysis on hate content research and suggest policies to combat online hate content. The Scopus database containing published articles is queried with a set of keywords and filtering techniques to obtain relevant documents on hate content research. Different bibliometric analysis approaches such as bibliometric coupling, co-occurrence of keywords and citation analysis of documents are applied on selected dataset. Bibliometric analysis resulted with major sources of hate content research, most associated keywords with hate content and top cited articles. From the year 2015 onwards, there is a rapid increase in hate content research. Currently, different social media and its content are the most associated keywords with hate content. © 2024 IEEE.

Decision-making is crucial in fully autonomous vehicle operations and is expected to greatly influence future transportation systems. Observing the current driving status of autonomous vehicles is vital for its decision-making process. The autonomous connected vehicles on the road send significant data about their movements to the server to maintain continuous training. With the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus process, blockchain technology provides a valid, decentralised and secure option to improve transactions throughput and minimise delay. The limited computational capacity of vehicles poses a challenge in achieving high accuracy and low latency while training self-driving algorithms. GPT-4V surpassed challenging autonomous systems in scene interpretation and causal thinking. GPT-4V has ability to navigate circumstances without access to database, interpret intentions, and make sound decisions in real-world driving scenarios. The reward function and different driving conditions are organised to allow an optimal search to find the most efficient driving style while ensuring safety. The consequences of the Blockchain-enabled decision-making model (DMM) for Self-Driving Vehicles (SDV) primarily based on GPT-4V and Federated Reinforcement Learning (FRL) would, likely, upgrades in decision-making accuracy, operational performance, statistics integrity, and potentially enhanced learning skills in SDV. Integrating blockchain technology, superior language modelling GPT-4V and FRL may lead to multiplied safety, reliability, and decision-making ability in SDV. This study utilised the Simulation of Urban MObility (SUMO) simulator to assess the ability of SDV to maintain its desired speed consistently and securely in a highway setting using proposed DMM. This study indicates that the suggested DMM, utilising the driving state evaluation approach for SDV, can help these vehicles operate safely and effectively. This study focuses on the challenge of developing abstract models to differentiate various cloud resources. It explores the advancements in cloud products that offer specialized services to meet specific external needs. The study proposes a new approach to request processing in clusters, improving downtime, load distribution, and overall performance. A comparison of three clustering approaches is conducted: local single cluster, local multiple clusters, and multiple cloud clusters. Performance, scalability, fault tolerance, resource allocation, availability, and cost-effectiveness are evaluated through experiments with 50 requests. All three approaches achieve a 100% success rate, but processing times vary. The local single cluster has the longest duration, while the local multiple clusters and multiple cloud clusters perform better and offer faster processing, scalability, fault tolerance, and availability. From a cost perspective, the local single cluster and local multiple clusters incur capital and operational expenses, while the multiple cloud clusters follow a pay-as-you-go model. Overall, the local multiple clusters and multiple cloud clusters outperform the local single cluster in terms of performance, scalability, fault tolerance, resource allocation, availability, and cost-effectiveness. These findings provide valuable insights for selecting appropriate clustering strategies in cloud environments. © 2023 by the authors of this article. Published under CC-BY.
