Speech recognition systems use computer algorithms to interpret and process spoken words and translate them into text. Speech-to-text, or Speech detection, is the proficiency of a program or machine to find spoken words aloud and translate them into plain text. Speech detection systems are the most common complex systems that use wide-ranging research in computer engineering, linguistics, and computer science. In today's significant data era, several machine learning (ML) approaches for processing raw, unlabelled speech data still need to be improved. Deep learning (DL) models, on the other hand, with their powerful modelling ability for extensive data, are capable of directly processing unlabelled data and have become a crucial area of research in the domain of automated speech recognition. The DL model has recently gained popularity for voice disorders and automated speech detection. DL is an ML that exploits artificial neural networks (ANN) to gain meaningful insights from data. The DL approach demonstrated great success and achieved significant attention in different fields comprising speech processing, computer vision (CV), and natural language processing (NLP). Therefore, this article develops a Deep Learning with Natural Language Processing based Robust Speech Detection (DLNLP-RSD) technique. The DLNLP-RSD technique derives features from the mel-frequency cepstral coefficient (MFCC) technique. Followed by the DLNLP-RSD technique employs a one-dimensional deep convolutional neural network (CNN) approach for the detection and classification of speech. Moreover, the parameter tuning model uses the grasshopper fractals optimization algorithm (GOA) approach. The performance evaluation of the proposed technique highlights its significant performance over other models concerning distinct measures. The popularity of quadrotor Unmanned Aerial Vehicles(UAVs)stems from their simple propulsion systems and structural ***,their complex and nonlinear dynamic behavior presents a significant challenge for control,necessitating sophisticated algorithms to ensure stability and accuracy in *** strategies have been explored by researchers and control engineers,with learning-based methods like reinforcement learning,deep learning,and neural networks showing promise in enhancing the robustness and adaptability of quadrotor control *** paper investigates a Reinforcement Learning(RL)approach for both high and low-level quadrotor control systems,focusing on attitude stabilization and position tracking tasks.A novel reward function and actor-critic network structures are designed to stimulate high-order observable states,improving the agent’s understanding of the quadrotor’s dynamics and environmental *** address the challenge of RL hyper-parameter tuning,a new framework is introduced that combines Simulated Annealing(SA)with a reinforcement learning algorithm,specifically Simulated Annealing-Twin Delayed Deep Deterministic Policy Gradient(SA-TD3).This approach is evaluated for path-following and stabilization tasks through comparative assessments with two commonly used control methods:Backstepping and Sliding Mode Control(SMC).While the implementation of the well-trained agents exhibited unexpected behavior during real-world testing,a reduced neural network used for altitude control was successfully implemented on a Parrot Mambo mini *** results showcase the potential of the proposed SA-TD3 framework for real-world applications,demonstrating improved stability and precision across various test scenarios and highlighting its feasibility for practical deployment.

Accurate brain tumors segmentation is essential for precise diagnosis, planning, treatment, and monitoring of the tumor. However, the variations in tumor size, shape, and location, automating this process can be challenging. Segmentation using manual method is both time-taking and can produce inconsistent results. A promising solution to automated brain tumor segmentation is through deep learning approach that use convolutional neural networks. The models that have used U-Net shown considerable promise in enhancing the precision and effectiveness of automated Brain tumor segmentation. Still, there is a scope for improvement in accurate segmentation of brain MRI images. The segmentation of Brain MRI Images greatly helps in earlier diagnosis of Brain tumor effectively. The proposed model using ResNet, ResNext, and Inception as a backbone of U-Net with BraTs 2020 dataset could potentially reduce the workload of radiologists and provide more consistent results across experts. Future research can explore the use of other architectures or hybrid models to enhance brain tumor segmentation performance. © 2024 IEEE.

In recent years,cryptocurrency has become gradually more significant in economic regions *** cryptocurrencies,records are stored using a cryptographic *** main aim of this research was to develop an optimal solution for predicting the price of cryptocurrencies based on user opinions from social *** is used as a marketing tool for cryptoanalysis owing to the unrestricted conversations on cryptocurrencies that take place on social media ***,this work focuses on extracting Tweets and gathering data from different sources to classify them into positive,negative,and neutral categories,and further examining the correlations between cryptocurrency movements and Tweet *** paper proposes an optimized method using a deep learning algorithm and convolution neural network for cryptocurrency prediction;this method is used to predict the prices of four cryptocurrencies,namely,Litecoin,Monero,Bitcoin,and *** results of analyses demonstrate that the proposed method forecasts prices with a high accuracy of about 98.75%.The method is validated by comparison with existing methods using visualization tools.

Antenna Pattern Reconstruction Based on Mid-field Phaseless Measured Data Using Simplified Extrapolation Technique

With the rapid development and commercialization of 5G technology, calibration and RF testing using over-the-air (OTA) is becoming increasingly important. Due to the large size of the massive MIMO base station, it is very challenging to fulfill direct far-field (DFF) conditions in OTA tests. Conventional near-field (NF) testing methods suffer from long measurement times due to the stringent sampling requirements (e.g. NF to far-field (FF) transformation) or the requirement for expensive test equipment (e.g. compact antenna test range). In this paper, we propose a simplified extrapolation technique (ET) strategy to reconstruct FF radiation pattern based on mid-field (MF) phaseless measurements, with high measurement efficiency. The traditional ET uses polynomials with many terms to fit the radiated power of an arbitrary antenna at the radial direction, while the simplified ET only use few terms to fit the power variation in the MF, taking into account the structure and element excitation characteristics of common arrays such as base stations. The relationship between the element excitation mode and the coefficients of each fitted term is determined by detailed theoretical derivations. Then, the best-fitting polynomials are determined for different excitation modes. The antenna pattern of the base station is successfully reconstructed in an anechoic chamber by power measurements at two or three different distances of less than 1/4 of the FF distance. The robustness and effectiveness of the proposed method is experimentally verified by comparing the accuracy of the antenna pattern reconstruction with different fitting polynomials in the anechoic chamber for a practical base station antenna. © 1963-2012 IEEE.

Twitter has been observed to be one of the essential data resources for dependable event accreditation. In any case, Twitter-based event affirmation structures can't guarantee assessment concerning their attestation results. This problem is not yet evident in light of the assumption that most people tend to think that they have a specific limit to the data on Twitter that have frames based on events based on Twitter. Current appraisals see new pieces by seeing and looking at the significant psychological aspects of hitting the details on Twitter. No matter, the scale of the visual cues can be well established, with the intention that it is essential to design an integrated Twitter experiment with another set of extensible data resources to rectify this problem. The problem is the processes by which you should wholeheartedly investigate all converted data because it has different data structures, transfer times, etc. This issue of address, the paper proposes a framework for evaluating the use of Twitter-based events and examines two types of data resources for the reliability of impact testing. Our framework uses the resultant of the request obtaining by various events and relevant to the articles on it. This paper has improved the cleaning test with the proposed process how the integrity estimation of twitter based event can be recognized with the help of group of analyzed data. The evaluation indicates that the proposed system provides visible high-level testing events and a variety of low-level testing events. © 2024 IEEE.

With an aging population and an increase in chronic sickness, healthcare systems are under increasing pressure. Internet of Things (IoT) technology has recently garnered a lot of interest for its ability to alleviate this burden. The IoT is a network of interconnected wireless digital devices that can gather, transmit, and store data automatically, without the need for human or computer intervention. In order to better anticipate health problems, diagnose, treat, and monitor patients in and out of the hospital, the IoT offers numerous advantages that could streamline and improve health care delivery. As a matter of urgency, decision-makers and heads of state around the world are enacting policies to provide healthcare services through the use of technology. Thanks to recent advancements in the IoT, healthcare has been able to evolve at a rapid pace. Social commerce uses a variety of social networking sites like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and business Whatsapp as a platform to promote products and services. Since advertising, a product, or service in s-comm will reach as high as a possible number of users on networking sites. Ads will spread virally by sharing among friends and friends of friends. So that wider reachability is possible and shortly will get the customer for our business. The success of an s-comm campaign is measured by the degree to which consumers interact with the sellers through review comments, likes, and shares between friends. Customer behavior analysis is needed for s-comm marketing because social commerce can significantly boost economic growth. The sentiment analysis of customer recommendations was investigated using a dataset of women's s-comm apparel hashtags and reviews. So for such reviews are experimented with different machine learning algorithms (Decision tree, SVM, Random Forest, KNN, Naïve Bayes and LSTM). These models handled the common English reviews and compared the metrics (Accuracy, Sensitivity and Specificity) with one another. Instead of working with individual model, this paper introduces a novel hybrid approach that integrates CNN and Ada Boost LSTM algorithms to provide better results in sentiment analysis when compared to other machine learning algorithms mentioned above. While considering the hash tag with common review comments the hybrid system is out performed. The comparison analysis is done for performance matrices namely accuracy of 98%, specificity of 98.1%, and sensitivity of 98.1%. In the s-commerce transaction industry, this hybrid approach will help to create a deeper understanding of consumer sentiment analysis and psychologically attract clients. © 2024 IEEE.
