Organization of cross-brand compatibility of equipment from various manufacturers, and integration with the modern intellectual ones is a promising direction for the development of automatic control and forecasting systems. This article discusses an approach of data collection organization from the industrial equipment of the companies Schneider Electric and Siemens with the help of OPC server and immune network modeling in the MATLAB environment.

This paper is concerned with the robust H infin filtering problem for a class of uncertain nonlinear networked systems with both multiple stochastic time-varying communication delays and multiple packet dropouts. The discrete-time system under consideration is also subject to parameter uncertainties, state-dependent stochastic disturbances and sector-bounded nonlinearities. Sufficient conditions are derived for a linear full-order filter such that the estimation error converges to zero exponentially in the mean square while the disturbance rejection attenuation is constrained to a give level by means of the H infin performance index. The explicit expression is then given for the desired filter parameters. A numerical example is exploited to show the usefulness of the results derived.

In this work we realized the method multistage mixing of speech signals and conducted the series of computational experiments at wav-files. As a result of experiments we received dependences time of mixing speech signals, which are contained in wav-files, from amount wav-files and their descriptions. We formed requirements to the speech signals, that mixed accordant with the method of multistage mixing, which allow decreasing time of mixing of speech signals.

A pattern recognition scenario, where instead of object classification into the classes by the learning set, the algorithm aims to allocate all objects to the same, the so-called "normal" class, is the research objective. Given the learning set L;the class K! is called "normal", and the reminder l classes K", K#,..., K$ from the environment K are "deviated". The classification algorithm is for a recurrent use in a "classification, action" format. Actions A% are defined for each "deviated" class K%. Applied to an object X ∈ K%, the action delivers update A%(x) of the object. The goal is in constructing a classification algorithm that applied repeatedly (small number of times) to the objects of L, moves the objects (correspondingly, the elements of K) to the "normal" class. In this way, the static recognition action is transferred to a dynamic domain. This paper is continuing the discussion on the "normal" class classification problem, its theoretical postulations, possible use cases, and advantages of using logical-combinatorial approaches in solving these dynamic recognition problems. Some light relation to the topics like reinforcement learning, and recurrent neural networks are also provided. Copyright © 2021, The Authors. All rights reserved.

A variety of powerful tools and results in systems and control theory rely on classical Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov-Zames results establishing equivalence between special frequency domain inequalities (FDIs), linear matrix inequalities (LMIs) and time domain inequalities (TDIs). Recent developments have addressed FDIs within (semi)finite frequency ranges to increase flexibility in the system analysis and synthesis. In this paper it is shown that validity of a general FDI within a restricted frequency range is equivalent to validity of the corresponding TDI under rate limitations specified by a matrix-valued integral quadratic constraint. The latter property of a system is termed "restricted dissipativity". Its special cases are "restricted passivity" and "restricted finite gain property". The equivalence between restricted FDI and restricted dissipativity is established for both continuous-time and discrete-time settings. The paper together with the previous developments extends Kalman-Yakubovich-Popov-Zames FDI-LMI-passivity results to FDIs specified within restricted frequency ranges.

DURING our discussion at workshops for writing“What Does ChatGPT Say:The DAO from Algorithmic Intelligence to Linguistic Intelligence”[1],we had expected the next milestone for Artificial Intelligence(AI)would be in the direction of Imaginative Intelligence(II),i.e.,something similar to automatic wordsto-videos generation or intelligent digital movies/theater technology that could be used for conducting new“Artificiofactual Experiments”[2]to replace conventional“Counterfactual Experiments”in scientific research and technical development for both natural and social studies[2]-[6].Now we have OpenAI’s Sora,so soon,but this is not the final,actually far away,and it is just the beginning.

This paper is concerned with the finite-horizon recursive filtering problem for a class of nonlinear time-varying systems with missing measurements. The missing measurements are modeled by a series of mutually independent random variables obeying Bernoulli distributions with possibly different occurrence probabilities. Attention is focused on the design of a recursive filter such that, for the missing measurements, an upper bound for the filtering error covariance is guaranteed and such an upper bound is subsequently minimized by properly designing the filter parameters at each sampling instant. The desired filter parameters are obtained by solving two Riccati-like difference equations that are of a recursive form suitable for online applications. A simulation example is exploited to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed filter design scheme.

In this paper, the event-based finite-horizon filtering problem is investigated for discrete time-varying systems. For the purpose of reducing communication, a general event generator is employed to determine the event time instant and then transmit the measurement output to the remote time-varying filter. By utilizing the stochastic analysis techniques, sufficient conditions are derived for a finite-horizon filter to satisfy the prescribed H ∞ performance requirement. These conditions are expressed in terms of the feasibility of a series of recursive linear matrix inequalities. The effectiveness of the proposed filter design scheme is illustrated by a numerical simulation.

This paper considers a new lossless image compression algorithm that provides reduction of data redundancy in video processing systems. To achieve the high compression level group encoding approach is proposed. The experimental research shows that proposed algorithm provides 1.33 times better compression quality index than the Run Length Encoding (RLE) algorithm.
