This document outlines a proposal for the development of a device dedicated to monitoring the health and physical activity of athletes. The realization of this device leveraged the Arduino UNO microcontroller, and empirical trials have yielded encouraging results. The device was meticulously engineered with the primary objective of scrutinizing vital functions, encompassing heart rate, blood oxygen saturation, body temperature, lung capacity, and electromyography (EMG) for a comprehensive assessment of muscle activity. Furthermore, spirometry has been integrated to quantify lung vital capacity. This endeavor heralds pioneering prospects in the realm of health and fitness surveillance, proffering potential advantages not only to athletes but also to the broader populace.
