Healthcare quality assessment and identification of opportunities for improvement are crucially facilitated by patient satisfaction surveys. Traditional approaches sometimes face difficulties in handling substantial amounts of written comments and obtaining real useful data. It presents a new method that combines cloud computing with Natural Language Processing (NLP) approaches to enhance the analysis of patient satisfaction data. By using cloud platforms, it can effectively manage large datasets and provide scalable, cost-efficient processing. The use of NLP methods, such as text mining and sentiment analysis, enables the conversion of unstructured input into structured insights, thereby uncovering the fundamental patient feelings and patterns. This connection enables the analysis of data in real-time also improving the accuracy of interpreting feedback and facilitating fast enhancements in healthcare services. Future research will prioritise the improvement of NLP algorithms and the investigation of supplementary cloud-based technologies to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of patient satisfaction analysis to improved patient care and experience. © 2024 IEEE.

This paper investigates adaptive transmission strategies in embodied AI-enhanced vehicular networks by integrating large language models (LLMs) for semantic information extraction and deep reinforcement learning (DRL) for decision-making. The proposed framework aims to optimize both data transmission efficiency and decision accuracy by formulating an optimization problem that incorporates the Weber-Fechner law, serving as a metric for balancing bandwidth utilization and quality of experience (QoE). Specifically, we employ the large language and vision assistant (LLAVA) model to extract critical semantic information from raw image data captured by embodied AI agents (i.e., vehicles), reducing transmission data size by approximately more than 90% while retaining essential content for vehicular communication and decision-making. In the dynamic vehicular environment, we employ a generalized advantage estimation-based proximal policy optimization (GAE-PPO) method to stabilize decision-making under uncertainty. Simulation results show that attention maps from LLAVA highlight the model’s focus on relevant image regions, enhancing semantic representation accuracy. Additionally, our proposed transmission strategy improves QoE by up to 36% compared to DDPG and accelerates convergence by reducing required steps by up to 47% compared to pure PPO. Further analysis indicates that adapting semantic symbol length provides an effective trade-off between transmission quality and bandwidth, achieving up to a 61.4% improvement in QoE when scaling from 4 to 8 vehicles. © 2025, CC BY.

Advanced wireless networks are essential given the increase in demand for smart services enabled by the Internet of Everything (IoE). Despite the fact that 5G networks could enable Internet of Everything (IoE)-based services, they can't meet all of the requirements needed to create intelligent applications. In order to overcome the shortcomings of the current infrastructure, there is an increasing demand to investigate the potential of 6G wireless communication technologies. Complex network optimization problems can be resolved by integrating artificial intelligence into sixth generation networks. An increasing user base and support for large-scale data-driven applications are essential given the fast evolving 6G landscape. In addition to highlighting network needs, critical supporting technologies, and a comparison of 5G and 6G networks, this study looks at recent advancements and trends in 6G technology. The report also explores new approaches to 6G connectivity, such as edge computing, backscatter communications, AI-driven IoT networks, and holographic beamforming, all of which are meant to support intelligent communities. In order to achieve the goal of 6Gbased IoT networks, it concludes by outlining potential research avenues. © 2024 IEEE.

Information systems play a crucial role in facilitating effective and efficient media sharing by enabling the exchange of information. However, the current technological landscape is plagued by numerous potential attacks that can compromise the security of exchanged information. Examples of such attacks include stealing user data through interception of user-server communication, spoofing, and sniffing. Robust security measures are essential to mitigate the risks of data leakage and ensure data confidentiality during network-based information exchange. This study proposes designing a communication system based on a multi-socket network, employing the elliptic curve cryptography (ECC) encryption algorithm. The system comprises a single server and multiple clients. This paper analyzes the security of ECC from the performance comparison of ECC and RSA when implemented in multi sochet server. This work uses cryptography library implementation using C programming language. The utilization of the ECC encryption algorithm in network transmission ensures a high level of security and data confidentiality during information exchange. Furthermore, the data transmission system implemented with the ECC algorithm exhibits a swift computation time, thereby expediting key processing and message transmission while maintaining a strong level of security. © 2023 IEEE.

Smartphones and Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), regarded as consumer-grade technologies, offer a remarkable price/performance ratio, making their integration a strategic approach for maximizing overall performance. Our work addresses the complex challenges of UAV navigation in GPS-denied and enclosed environments for estimating the exact relative position by proposing an integration of a smartphone-based aerial platform. The selected control strategy and estimation, demonstrates enhanced robustness in diverse indoor and outdoor environments, showcasing precision and managing uncertainty by reducing the sensory drift taking into account the motion dynamics of the UAV. This study underscores the challenges of UAV navigation in GPS-denied settings, emphasizing the significance of sensor fusion and advanced estimation techniques. Our devised strategies aim to keep a balanced tradeoff between the estimation and motion model of the aerial platform. This research could lay the groundwork for advancing UAV technology, providing solutions to real-world challenges in GPS-denied and enclosed spaces.

This research paper introduces a sophisticated arm movement tracking system, leveraging a multi-sensor fusion approach for enhanced precision and versatility. The comprehensive system comprises various components, including a dedicated cabinet, six Leap Motion sensors, six microcomputers, a Kinect depth camera, a KVM switcher, a router, and flex sensors. In addition to the aforementioned components, the integration of flex sensors enhances the system's capability to capture nuanced movements and gestures of the human arm. Flex sensors contribute valuable data to the multi-sensor fusion, further refining the arm movement tracking and providing a comprehensive understanding of the intricacies involved. By quantifying the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) for each filtering technique, including the data from flex sensors, we gained valuable insights into the accuracy and precision achieved by Particle Filtering in refining data from the specified angles. This approach ensures a thorough validation of Particle Filtering's superior performance when compared to Existing filtering Methods. The systematic evaluation of RMSE serves as a robust method for assessing the effectiveness of Particle Filtering, affirming its potential as a high-performing solution for precise angle estimation and tracking within the context of the presented arm movement tracking system that incorporates flex sensors. © 2024 IEEE.

The surge in Internet of Things (IoT) devices and data generation highlights the limitations of traditional cloud computing in meeting demands for immediacy, Quality of Service, and location-aware services. Fog computing emerges as a solution, bringing computation, storage, and networking closer to data sources. This study explores the role of Deep Reinforcement Learning in enhancing fog computing's task offloading, aiming for operational efficiency and robust security. By reviewing current strategies and proposing future research directions, the paper shows the potential of Deep Reinforcement Learning in optimizing resource use, speeding up responses, and securing against vulnerabilities. It suggests advancing Deep Reinforcement Learning for fog computing, exploring blockchain for better security, and seeking energy-efficient models to improve the Internet of Things ecosystem. Incorporating artificial intelligence, Our results indicate potential improvements in key metrics, such as task completion time, energy consumption, and security incident reduction. Internet of Everything(IoE),the recent technological advancement,represents an interconnected network of people,processes,data,and *** recent times,IoE gained significant attention among entrepreneurs,individuals,and communities owing to its realization of intense values from the connected *** the other hand,the massive increase in data generation from IoE applications enables the transmission of big data,from contextawaremachines,into useful *** and privacy pose serious challenges in designing IoE environment which can be addressed by developing effective Intrusion Detection Systems(IDS).In this background,the current study develops Intelligent Multiverse Optimization with Deep Learning Enabled Intrusion Detection System(IMVO-DLIDS)for IoT *** presented IMVO-DLIDS model focuses on identification and classification of intrusions in IoT *** proposed IMVO-DLIDS model follows a three-stage *** first,data pre-processing is performed to convert the actual data into useful *** addition,Chaotic Local Search Whale Optimization Algorithm-based Feature Selection(CLSWOA-FS)technique is employed to choose the optimal feature ***,MVO algorithm is exploited with Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit(BiGRU)model for ***,the novelty of the work is the application of MVO algorithm in fine-turning the hyperparameters involved in BiGRU *** experimental validation was conducted for the proposed IMVO-DLIDS model on benchmark datasets and the results were assessed under distinct *** extensive comparative study was conducted and the results confirmed the promising outcomes of IMVO-DLIDS approach compared to other approaches.
