This paper presents ongoing work on kanON, an AI-driven EdTech tool designed to foster interactive learning and support Digital Cultural Heritage (DCH) preservation. kanON facilitates the digital reconstruction of the infamous Pythagorean monochord, by allowing users to seamlessly manipulate parameters such as origin (location and epoch), materials, and shape/dimensions. Through the integration of Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, the tool predicts missing archaeological data and generates real-time 3D renderings based on user input, accompanied by corresponding confidence metrics. A mixed-methods (pilot) study was conducted in classroom environments to evaluate its educational impact via quantitative Likert scale assessments and qualitative content analysis of educator feedback. Preliminary results demonstrate high levels of student engagement and reflect positive educator responses, highlighting its potential to enhance the in-class accessibility and understanding of complex historical concepts, as well as to enable the preservation and exploration of cultural artifacts through digital means. Future work will focus on refining kanON and expanding its applicability within both educational and DCH contexts, by introducing the capability of outputting a fully operational digital twin, that integrates mixed reality functionalities. The idea is to enable users to later engage with their (personalized) model dynamically (e.g., readjusting string length and tension), thus allowing them to produce different soundscapes in real-time. This advancement aims to deepen the pedagogical impact by merging tactile interaction with visual and auditory feedback, further enhancing the educational experience via immersive, experiential learning. © 2024 IEEE.

Searching and Accessing files in a computer device is one of the most important and basic task performed by the computer today. Each Operating System has a dedicated search bar for this, But however, In a network encompassing a multitude of systems, retrieving a specific file from various systems can pose a formidable task. Put differently, users frequently find it challenging to recollect the precise location where they've stored a particular file. This undertaking offers a user-friendly application interface wherein the user inputs the file's name, subsequently receiving both the precise file path and the IP address of the computer device within the network as output. We can access the file by clicking on the path generated. Accessing Files from multiple systems in a network is quite difficult and a Slow process and there are not many Applications which serve this purpose. We aim to overcome this problem by providing an efficient Trie Data Structure based Searching Algorithm to search and access files in a network from any node in the Local Area Network. © 2023 IEEE.

The Internet of Drones (IoD) extends the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles, enabling them to participate in a connected network. In IoD infrastructure, drones communicate not only among themselves but also with users and a control center. This interconnected communication framework holds promise for various applications, from collaborative decision-making to real-time data exchange. However, the expansion of communication in IoD also introduces new challenges, particularly in terms of security, privacy and authentication. Unfortunately, the current authentication protocols are inadequate in offering robust security features against various attacks in the IoD environment. To address these security issues and limitations, we proposed a secure protocol for the IoD environment using chaotic maps and hash functions. In addition, we also employed a physically unclonable function in the development of the proposed protocol. We assess the security of the protocol through both informal and formal security analysis. The formal security analysis is conducted through a widely used random or real (RoR) model. The informal analysis shows the rigorous security features against various attacks, such as masquerading, anonymity violation, and physical cloning attacks. Moreover, we compare the performance of the devised protocol with similar existing protocols across important performance parameters, such as communication overhead, computation overhead, and security features. The devised protocol provides a 67.86% and 17.80% reduction in computation and communication overheads, respectively, as compared to related protocols. The analysis demonstrates the proposed protocol's capacity to support secure communication in the IoD environment and satisfy desirable security attributes. © 2014 IEEE.

Cloud computing and Internet growth have simplified certain formerly difficult activities. This advancement has also revealed many security weaknesses. Due to cyberattacks, organizations need Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS) to protect their data and networks. Preprocessing, feature selection, and model training comprise the suggested strategy. Preprocessing includes data cleansing, standardization, and labeling. Information gain, chi-square, and PSO are used to choose features. CNN-XGBoost trains the model. The CNN-XGBoost model outperforms solo CNN and XGBoost with an average accuracy of 92.08%. This accuracy proves the hybrid method's cloud computing breach detection usefulness. The study underlines the importance of enhanced IDS models in cyber risk reduction. CNN's feature extraction and XGBoost's classification power provide a powerful, efficient, and reliable cloud intrusion detection model. Modern organizations benefit from this network security method. © 2025 IEEE.

Data preparation is crucial in every machine learning approach, particularly when applied to detecting claims in the automotive industry. The challenge of managing highdimensional feature spaces and imbalanced data becomes even more pronounced with the proliferation of IoT devices, which generate vast amounts of data over time. Machine learning models trained on such imbalanced datasets often yield unreliable and inaccurate predictions. Thus, addressing these issues during the data pre-processing phase is critical. In this paper, we introduce a novel two-dimensional optimization (TDO) strategy to tackle the problem of imbalanced data in fault detection, specifically in the context of IoT-enhanced automotive systems. We leverage a heuristic optimization technique known as the Genetic Algorithm to simultaneously reduce both the number of data point tuples and the feature space. Additionally, we evaluate the effectiveness of two-dimensional reduction using Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Whale Optimization algorithms. Our empirical results, derived from data collected from thousands of IoT-equipped vehicles, demonstrate the promise of our proposed methods. © 2024 IEEE.

Human action recognition(HAR)based on Artificial intelligence reasoning is the most important research area in computer *** breakthroughs in this field have been observed in the last few years;additionally,the interest in research in this field is evolving,such as understanding of actions and scenes,studying human joints,and human posture *** HAR techniques are introduced in the ***,the challenge of redundant and irrelevant features reduces recognition *** also faced a few other challenges,such as differing perspectives,environmental conditions,and temporal variations,among *** this work,a deep learning and improved whale optimization algorithm based framework is proposed for *** proposed framework consists of a few core stages i.e.,frames initial preprocessing,fine-tuned pre-trained deep learning models through transfer learning(TL),features fusion using modified serial based approach,and improved whale optimization based best features selection for final *** pre-trained deep learning models such as InceptionV3 and Resnet101 are fine-tuned and TL is employed to train on action recognition *** fusion process increases the length of feature vectors;therefore,improved whale optimization algorithm is proposed and selects the best *** best selected features are finally classified usingmachine learning(ML)*** publicly accessible datasets such as Ut-interaction,Hollywood,Free Viewpoint Action Recognition usingMotion History Volumes(IXMAS),and centre of computer vision(UCF)Sports,are employed and achieved the testing accuracy of 100%,99.9%,99.1%,and 100%*** with state of the art techniques(SOTA),the proposed method showed the improved accuracy.

This paper presents the development of a secure data platform designed to enhance operational efficiency and to facilitate cross-company collaboration within the manufacturing supply chain. The platform is designed to ease secure information exchange while maintaining the sovereignty of each participant, leveraging standardized security features and advanced technologies such as federated learning. Security measures are based on a comprehensive risk analysis, which methodically identifies, assesses, and mitigates potential threats. Moreover, federated learning models that are not transparent are utilized. This allows data owners to maintain control over sensitive information within the consortium. The described approach markedly enhances both security and operational collaboration across the industry, representing a crucial stride towards more integrated and efficient supply chain management in manufacturing. © 2024 IEEE.

Characteristics of the complex neuro-developmental condition Autism Spectrum condition (ASD) include impaired social communication and restricted, repetitive patterns of behavior. This study presents a novel approach for identifying ASD in young infants by integrating deep learning, Internet of Things (IoT) and medical image processing. The goal of this research is to create comprehensive and discriminative features by combining wearable sensor data with brain imaging and smart home environments. For the greatest results, early diagnosis is essential. The proposed method called IoT based Autism Predictive Framework (IoTAPF) has a high detection rate of 97.8% and is cross-validated against the current Learning based Autism Detection Strategy (LADS). The proposed approach aims at improving diagnostic specificity which helps in forecasting behaviors and thus pushing earlier interventions, providing better support for ASD individuals and their families. The paper discusses the design and implementation of the framework, including sensor integration, data management, and predictive modeling. Preliminary results from pilot studies are presented, demonstrating the framework's potential to improve diagnostic accuracy and support individualized care plans. The proposed solution represents a significant advancement in the application of IoT technology for early autism detection and management, paving the way for more proactive and data-driven approaches in the field of neuro-developmental disorders. © 2024 IEEE.

The agriculture industry significantly contributes to the nation's economy by employing a large segment of the population and enhancing the GDP. It is a primary source of livelihood for many people, particularly in rural areas. India's agricultural sector is known for its diversity, producing a wide range of crops including rice, wheat pulses, sugarcane, cotton, fruits, and vegetables. This industry faces a significant challenge in predicting crop yield production and crop demand accurately. Efforts have been made to address these challenges through various government initiatives such as subsidies and continued investment in agricultural research and development. The traditional methods of predicting crop yield and market demand is cumbersome and time consuming and is susceptible to errors, resulting in inefficient resource utilization and revenue losses. There is a need for predicting the most efficient crop based on various influential environmental markers and forecasting the profitability. This project aims to develop an intelligent platform that uses machine learning algorithms to estimate the crop for cultivation in each area based on environmental factors. The project also aims to forecast market demand and pricing trends for the identified crop with the aim of increasing the profitability for the farmers and other stakeholders in the agriculture industry. © 2024 IEEE.
