Contemporarily numerous analysts labored in the field of Vehicle detection which improves Intelligent Transport System(ITS)and reduces road *** major obstacles in automatic detection of tiny vehicles are due to occlusion,environmental conditions,illumination,view angles and variation in size of *** research centers on tiny and partially occluded vehicle detection and identification in challenging scene specifically in crowed *** this paper we present comprehensive methodology of tiny vehicle detection using Deep Neural Networks(DNN)namely *** DNN disregards objects that are small in size 5 pixels and more false positives likely to happen in crowded *** there are two categories of deep learning models single-step and two-step.A single forward pass model is the one in which detection is performed directly to possible location over dense sampling,wherein two-step models incorporated by Region proposals followed by object *** in this research scrutinize one-step State of the art(SOTA)model CenteNet as proposed recently with three different feature extractor ResNet-50,HourGlass-104 and ResNet-101 one by *** train our model on challenging KITTI dataset which outperforms in comparison with SOTA single-step technique MSSD300∗which depicts performance improvement by 20.2%mAPandSMOKEby with 13.2%mAP *** of CenterNet can be justified through the huge improved *** performance of our model is evaluated on KITTI(Karlsruhe Institute of technology and Toyota Technological Institute)benchmark dataset with different backbones such as ResNet-50 gives 62.3%mAP ResNet-10182.5%mAP,last but not the least HourGlass-104 outperforms with 98.2%mAP CenterNet-HourGlass-104 achieved high mAP among above mentioned feature *** also compare our model with other SOTA techniques.

In the last few years, artificial intelligence has shown its importance and ability in computer vision due to its high level of accuracy and wide acceptance. The main goal of the research is to look into a better way to separate different types of fruits. Although deep learning is used, the standard classification methods for different types of fruit don't work very well. The main steps of the recommended better multiple fruit classification method are: 1) Making changes to the filter's size. Selecting the most suitable number of repeats is part of the process of improving the ResNet-101 block. 3) It is proposed that there be one more convolutional layer. Exists support for the suggested method after collecting and labeling 27,000 pictures as part of an actual study. The dataset with many fruits is split into two parts: 80% is used for training and 20% is used for testing. These pictures were used to train an application based on deep learning (DL) to help successfully determine multiple fruit objects in images. Then and then possible to compare the results of this method to the most current methods in the area of object division. The application being studied at does better than expected in terms of accuracy AP in a range of levels. The values always go farther than the equivalent measures of three widely used methods. Compared to the other methods, the suggested one takes less time to train. There are higher numbers for the thresholds than there are for the state of the art method's thresholds © 2024 IEEE.

Karnauph classifier for predicting breast cancer based on morphological features

Breast cancer is the primary cause of mortality in women in the world, using artificial intelligence in predicting, detecting and early diagnosing of breast cancer can reduce the mortality rate. In this study, we propose a new approach to find the best morphological features that give the best prediction accuracy about the type of cancer benign or malignant. Our proposed algorithm Karnauph algorithm is a hybrid mathematical model that combines between features from the supervised learning and some other features from the unsupervised learning to obtain an easy and robust algorithm in term of prediction and computation. We apply our proposed algorithm on breast cancer dataset and we compare its performance in term of prediction accuracy with that of Naive Bayes, decision tree and Adaboost algorithms. The results show that our algorithm performance is similar to all of these algorithms when they are implemented on the same dataset and it gives better performance than other algorithms when evaluated on unseen data. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management.

An Exploratory Bibliometric Analysis of the Literature on Age of information-Aware Unmanned Aerial Vehicles Aided Communication

Real-time status updates require more frequent updates with fresh information. This study investigates the applications and research potential of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) for achieving information freshness in time-critical applications to emphasize important aspects of this subject based on a thorough statistical analysis of current research trends. Particularly using the Scopus database, a bibliometric analysis is conducted on 122 articles written in English and published between 2018 and 2023. This analysis provides a knowledge map of past research on this subject and the journey so far, especially concerning major subjects, patterns of citations, publication activities, and the state of cooperation among contributors throughout the UAV-information freshness research history. According to the findings, applying various methods, such as deep reinforcement learning and optimization algorithms, has been evident. In contrast, energy efficiency and harvesting, trajectory planning and design, and scheduling are issues attracting researchers’ interest. Finally, the study offers implications and recommendations such as fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, furthering and improving on DRL and optimization algorithms, addressing energy efficiency and harvesting, enhancing trajectory planning and design, emphasizing scheduling strategies, and bridging the gap between research and practice. © 2023 Slovene Society Informatika. High performance of Dengue shock syndrome detection using extreme gradient boosting with ANOVA feature selection

Dengue shock syndrome (DSS) is an infectious disease that affects millions of people every year all over the world. Early detection of DSS is essential for providing effective therapy and promoting patient recovery. In this work, we proposed a method to enhance DSS detection by combining the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm with variance (ANOVA) feature selection analysis. We used a clinical dataset that contained important information gleaned from people with dengue virus infection. The dataset used for the research was collected from patients at Syaiful Anwar Hospital and consisted of 501 instances. Of these, 401 cases were related to DSS, while the other instances were unrelated to this specific medical condition. An analysis of variance (ANOVA) evaluated the most significant factors that distinguished persons with DSS from those with other dengue diseases. After that, the XGBoost model gave the characteristics of the selected features. For evaluation, we split the data into 80% and 20% for training and testing, respectively. The experimental result showed that the created model had a high degree of performance evaluation in detecting DSS. The highest performance achieved an accuracy of 0.839, precision of 0.875, recall of 0.92, and f1-score of 0.897. Most importantly, the model could detect DSS early on, enabling more proactive therapy and faster responses for individuals at risk of developing the condition. © (2024), (Bio Tech System). Extended reality is proposed as a means to deliver qualitative material to students in higher education institutions. The usage of this technology has increased due to Covid-19 lock down. This paper aims to categorize the challenges encountered by literature that deployed extended reality (XR) in higher education during and after the lockdown. However, the number of available articles addressing these challenges is limited, with a total number of 40 articles obtained from dimensions’ dataset. In this study, bibliometric analysis is used to highlight the number of publications, citations, and authors in this field. Thematic analysis with inductive reasoning is applied to extract the primary challenge themes mentioned in 23 articles. After reviewing the eligible articles;we categorized the challenges into three main themes: Teacher, Student, and technology. © 2023 by the authors of this article. Published under CC-BY.

Fine-grained Energy-efficient Data Center Traffic Scheduling Mechanism Based on Hierarchical Control

With the continuous expansion of the data center, its energy consumption is also increasing. Aiming at the problem that the high redundancy of modern data center network causes low energy-consumption utilization, this paper proposes an energy-saving traffic scheduling algorithm (IMV-MLF) based on improved multi-layer-virtual-topology combined with maximum link-utilization path priority, which realizes more fine-grained control of each layer of virtual topology in data center network. Firstly, the relevant shap-ing linear programming mathematical model is established according to the optimization goal of energy conservation, which can minimize the energy consumption of the whole network as far as possible under the premise of meeting all network-flow requirements;Then, according to the optimization goal, the existing SDN based energy saving multi-layer-virtual-topology (EMV-SDN) method is improved. Whether the network devices in other layers are enabled is determined by the overall traffic level rather than the traffic level of a single link. On the basis of the opened level, the newly arrived network flows are preferentially allocated to the path with the highest link utilization, and overload link set is introduced, we can effectively use the available link routes with sufficient residual bandwidth to reduce congestion when the topology changes by marking the links whose link utilization reaches the critical value, and further count and close the links and switches which no network flows pass through. The experimental results show that the performance of IMV-MLF algorithm is better than multi-layer virtual topology energy saving (EMV-SDN) algorithm and the equivalent multipath (ECMP) algorithm in saving network energy. This result is helpful to provide another new idea for energy conservation of data center. © 2023, Journal of Network Intelligence.
