The study aims to develop machine learning-based mechanisms that can accurately predict the axial capacity of high-strength concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)*** predicting the axial capacity of a CFST column is always challenging for *** artificial neural networks(ANNs),random forest(RF),and extreme gradient boosting(XG-Boost),a total of 165 experimental data sets were *** selected input parameters included the steel tensile strength,concrete compressive strength,tube diameter,tube thickness,and column *** results indicated that the ANN and RF demonstrated a coefficient of determination(R2)value of 0.965 and 0.952 during the training and 0.923 and 0.793 during the testing *** most effective technique was the XG-Boost due to its high efficiency,optimizing the gradient boosting,capturing complex patterns,and incorporating regularization to prevent *** outstanding R2 values of 0.991 and 0.946 during the training and testing were *** to flexibility in model hyperparameter tuning and customization options,the XG-Boost model demonstrated the lowest values of root mean square error and mean absolute error compared to the other *** to the findings,the diameter of CFST columns has the greatest impact on the output,while the column length has the least influence on the ultimate bearing capacity.

For clinical analysis or medical intrusion, imaging technology is a potent tool for producing visual images of a body's inside. However, several existing methods include restricted access to high-quality and diverse datasets, overfitting, a lack of interpretability, high computational costs, varying medical imaging data, and ethical issues concerning patient privacy, consent, and bias. To overcome these issues, the effectiveness of generative adversarial networks in denoising medical imaging (CT/MRI images) is proposed. The input CT images are first gathered and preprocessed to reduce undesired noise using Altered Phase Preserving Dynamic Range Compression (APPDRC). The General Adversarial network (GAN) is then given these preprocessed images to cope with the noisy areas of CT/MRI while also complying with maintaining image structures such as boundary details while preventing over-smoothing, and the weight parameters for the GAN are optimized using the Golden Eagle Optimization (GEO) technique. General Adversarial network (GAN) has piqued the interest of academics studying medical image-denoising mechanisms and developing sophisticated medical image-denoising algorithms based on deep learning. In light of reducing the difficulty in feature learning and improving final diagnosis accuracy, data preprocessing is necessary and crucial in gan-based medical image denoising methods. This work focuses on GAN-based effective denoising approaches in CT/MRI. The potential challenges and research objectives are in the context of data preprocessing in medical image denoising. Because of how CT/MRI images are acquired, it was observed that noise in CT/MRI data follows the distribution. Generative Adversarial networks (GANs) for denoising medical imaging, mainly CT and MRI images, have yielded promising results of 99% accuracy. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

The crucial factor in ensuring the reliability of any power transformer lies in thoroughly examining the analysis of dissolved gases (DG). However, there have been instances where the DG of the insulating oil alone has not been sufficient to assess its suitability. This study focuses on a posteriority analysis of the DG for both Mineral Oil (MO) and Natural Ester (NE). The DG analysis (DGA) results of MO and Natural Esters are compared based on the standards outlined in ASTM D3612-02. Key gases, grouped as group 1 (H2, CO, and CO2) and group 2 (CH4, C2H4, C2H6, and C2H2), are examined in terms of their retention time to determine the oil's suitability under actual transformer conditions. By segregating and interpreting the data of these Key Gases (KG) groups, a comprehensive understanding of their impact is gained, contributing to a deeper comprehension of the subject - UNDERSTANDING KEY GASES. Throughout the analysis, it is observed that the sum of key gases in both MO and natural esters remains below 1000 ppm, which is the safe limit for combustion. Consequently, the significance of this analysis underscores the importance of monitoring key gas proportions in insulating fluids to ensure transformer safety and performance. © 2024 IEEE.

In India, agriculture is the main foundation of income for people. It has a momentous influence on the national economy. Nevertheless, there are obstacles in agriculture these days because of the relocation of society from rural to urban areas. Crop output can be increased, but not entirely by monitoring environmental factors. There aren't many things that significantly lower productivity. Therefore, automation needs to be used in farming to solve these issues. an automated irrigation system, saving the farmer money, time, then effort. Manual intervention is necessary for the irrigation of farmland using traditional methods. The amount of human intervention in irrigation can be reduced with automated equipment. Constant crop monitoring and sensing through the conjunction of sensors and the Internet of Things (IOT) to inform agriculturalists about crop growing and yield times on a regular basis, resulting in high crop productivity and accurate product delivery to customers at the appropriate time and location. Therefore, we use IOT-based smart agriculture techniques to solve this issue. In order to gather and process field data, this project has sensors for temperature, humidity, soil moisture, and rain detection. To remotely manage and monitor sensor data, these sensors are coupled with recognized web technologies in the form of a wireless sensor system. © 2024 IEEE.

Currently, the vast majority of international interactions and activities related to trade, government, culture, social interaction, and economics take place online. These interactions involve people, non-governmental organizations, governments, and government agencies at all levels. Recently, a sizeable number of commercial firms and government organizations all over the world have been presented with the challenge offered by cyberattacks as well as the danger represented by wireless communication technologies. A very little amount of time has passed since this had place. We were able to develop a model for the risk of cyber security by making use of Bayesian networks. This model has the capability of locating the point of cyber security that is weak and merging two different cyber analysis models. Among these is the activityquality model, which shows how individuals and/or groups adhere to the legal requirements for cyber security. Evidence describing the critical component of cyber security for a research reactor's RPS may be produced via the cyber security risk model. An further model that shows the probability of a cyberattack against RPS architecture is the cyber security risk model. © 2024 IEEE.

Recycling of metals has become one of the most important concerns in the modern industrial development. The availability of the rare earth metals keeps on decreasing and the cost of mining increases as we go to higher depth of the planet. Not all metals can be recycled but majority of them can be used till they reach their recyclable cycle limits. Till then they can be used for construction and designing purposes. Metals can be separated by various aspects. The major one is separating metals with their magnetic property. Ferrous metals and non-Ferrous metals. Ferrous metals or alloys or those which have iron in their compounds so that they get attracted to magnetic field. Nonferrous are those which are not attracted to magnetic lines of force but still exhibit some characteristics when they are brought close to magnetic fields. With this property in the metals, they can be separated as magnetic and non-magnetic metals. This is done in metal and alloy industries where, while recycling is done this is one the efficient methods to separate metals having different properties. © 2023 IEEE.

Knowing the essential blending techniques covered by the insulating oil blending studies is crucial, as evidenced by the findings presented in them. Mapping the pertinent parameters to the corresponding technique is an important step in blending investigation. This thorough but perceptive evaluation relates the results of problems with the mixing procedure on different insulating fluids. The techniques employed in this context offer not only a preview but also specifics on the chosen blending process, important characteristics, intended usage, standards, unique testing, and software. In general, these data are used as a bundle to create new ideas for combining insulating fluid investigations. Future study will focus on using cutting-edge techniques to increase analysis speed through the use of comprehensive tools. This is relevant to the insulating oils that are used in the Distribution Transformer (DT) and the Power Transformer (PT). © 2024 IEEE.

Due to its significance as a functional component in power transformers (PT) and distribution transformers (DT), the dielectric liquid has been the subject of the current study. To create a new dielectric liquid that will outperform its predecessors and uphold the highest standards, dielectric research was conducted worldwide. Under this method additive addition, comparison of various testing, key properties or properties focused, various advantages and disadvantages of the research, target applications, various standards used in the methodology, any other special studies undertaken, and the analysis tool used are all included. The result of these discussions besieges the critical failure elements of the liquid dielectric with novel methods and mitigation techniques. Having known by the facts on the ageing studies on insulating oil, it is ever important to know the key indicators encompassed within this. One of the crucial things in ageing study is to map the relevant parameters with the method which it is related to. Here, in this short review however insightful way is to relate the outcomes of depolymerization of paper insulation during the ageing process on various insulating fluids. In this context, the indicators besieged in the content provides not only a foreknowledge but also details of ageing method adopted, key properties, target application, standards used, special tests and software used. Overall, these data serve as a package to develop new concepts in ageing studies on insulating fluids. The scope for the future research encompasses with state-of-the-art method to improve the speed of analysis via comprehensive tools. This applies to insulating oils used in both the Power Transformer (PT) and the Distribution Transformer (DT). © 2024 IEEE.
