Robots are increasingly being deployed in densely populated environments, such as homes, hotels, and office buildings, where they rely on explicit instructions from humans to perform tasks. However, complex tasks often require multiple instructions and prolonged monitoring, which can be time-consuming and demanding for users. Despite this, there is limited research on enabling robots to autonomously generate tasks based on real-life scenarios. Advanced intelligence necessitates robots to autonomously observe and analyze their environment and then generate tasks autonomously to fulfill human requirements without explicit commands. To address this gap, we propose the autonomous generation of navigation tasks using natural language dialogues. Specifically, a robot autonomously generates tasks by analyzing dialogues involving multiple persons in a real office environment to facilitate the completion of item transportation between various *** propose the leveraging of a large language model(LLM) through chain-of-thought prompting to generate a navigation sequence for a robot from dialogues. We also construct a benchmark dataset consisting of 625 multiperson dialogues using the generation capability of LLMs. Evaluation results and real-world experiments in an office building demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Spin pumping, a central phenomenon in spintronics used to source pure spin currents, is best understood in collinear magnetic multilayers. There is not yet a unified Landau-Lifshitz-Gilbert (LLG) theory that captures the fieldlike and dampinglike torques in a generic noncollinear magnetic multilayer. Here, we theoretically expand the LLG phenomenology to incorporate both dynamic fieldlike and dampinglike torques arising from spin pumping within noncollinear magnetic materials. We find that often overlooked dynamic fieldlike torques are capable of unveiling inversion asymmetries present in magnetic multilayers. Consequently, spin pumping can be used to lift the spectral degeneracy between various magnon modes in noncollinear antiferromagnets. We experimentally confirm this magnon-magnon interaction in a synthetic antiferromagnetic tetralayer, which has highly noncollinear magnetization configurations when under the influence of an external field. Thus, we demonstrate how spin pumping can facilitate a magnon-magnon interaction, significantly expanding how magnonic interactions can be engineered into antiferromagnets and magnetic metamaterials.

Interacting impurity spins adsorbed on surfaces have been suggested as basic components for applications in quantum computation and spintronics. Such spins usually prefer a parallel or antiparallel configuration, but weakly noncollinear alignments are possible due to the Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) that arises in the presence of relativistic spin-orbit coupling. Here, we show that an effective Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya-type interaction (DMTI) can emerge purely from superconducting correlations without any spin-orbit interaction. We give an analytical proof and provide a numerical study which shows that DMTI arises in mixed-parity superconductors solely from the superconducting pairing. Moreover, we show that the same effect can be realized in Josephson junctions between s-wave and p-wave superconductors, where a phase bias toggles the DMTI entirely on and off. These results enable a way to engineer spin textures using superconducting order.

Hybrid superconductor-semiconductor materials are fueling research in mesoscopic physics and quantum technology. Recently demonstrated smooth β-Sn superconductor shells, due to the increased induced gap, are expanding the available parameter space to new regimes. Fabricated on quasiballistic InSb nanowires, with careful control over the hybrid interface, Sn shells yield measurable switching currents even when nanowire resistance is of order 10kΩ. In this regime Cooper pairs travel through a purely one-dimensional quantum wire for at least part of their trajectory. Here, we focus on the evolution of proximity-induced supercurrent in magnetic field parallel to the nanowire. Long decay up to fields of 1T is observed. At the same time, the decay for higher occupied subbands is notably faster in some devices but not in others. We analyze this using a tight-binding numerical model that includes the Zeeman, orbital, and spin-orbit effects. When the first subband is spin polarized, we observe a dramatic suppression of supercurrent, which is also confirmed by the model and suggests an absence of significant triplet supercurrent generation.
