An information system is an important part in an organization to support business processes and to achieve its vision and mission. The information system nowadays has been one of the assets that ought to be protected by an organization. The department of Communication, Informatics, and Statistics has the information system supporting its various operational activities. In order to protect the information system, OCTAVE-S method as the management method is used. Currently, online project-based learning is one of the methodologies used in university student assessment. Furthermore, this study is supported by several factors and current conditions applied to learning, such as the pandemic situation where all learning activities and assignments are carried out online and also the many applications of online project-based learning as a learning method to increase students' knowledges and abilities. The purpose of this study is to see how flow experience perception, self-efficacy, product evaluation, and learning motivation affect online PjBL effectiveness at a private university in Jakarta to improve sustain ability education. We surveyed 62 active undergraduate students with online PjBL experience and interviewed one of these five responders from various majors for more information. Flow experience perception, self-efficacy, product evaluation, and learning motivation all have a positive influence on online PjBL, according to multiple linier regression. © 2022 IEEE.

This paper examines the reproducibility of massive information analytics under particular factors. The paper proposes the 'performing Scalable Inference' technique to cope with scalability troubles and to exploit current big statistics platforms for efficient computing and statistics garage of the statistics. In particular, the paper describes how to perform leak-free, parallelizable visible analytics over massive datasets using present extensive records analytics frameworks such as Apache Flink. This method presents an automated manner to execute analytics that preserves reproducibility and the ability to make adjustments without re-running the entire technique. The paper also demonstrates how these analytics may help several real-world use instances, explore affected person cohorts for studies, and develop stratified patient cohorts for hospital therapy. In the end, the paper observes how the proposed method may be exercised within the real world. Actively scalable inference for massive information analytics is pivotal in optimizing decision-making and allocation of assets. Typically, such inferences are made based on information accumulated from numerous sources, databases, unstructured data, and different digital sources. So one can ensure scalability, a complete cloud-primarily based platform has to be hired. This solution will permit the ***, deploying the essential records series and evaluation algorithms are prime here. It could permit the platform to recognize the styles inside the statistics and discover any ability correlations or traits. Additionally, predictive analytics and system mastering strategies may be incorporated to provide insights into the results of the information. This research aims to build a mathematical model to formulate the problems of implementing knowledge management systems in companies that often face obstacles in achieving the desired objectives and goals. With increasing competition in the business sector, organizations or organizations realize the importance of utilizing the knowledge assets that reside in each individual and organization. If this knowledge can be managed optimally, it can become a competitive advantage for the company due to the emergence of innovative ideas by the concepts of knowledge management theory. By implementing optimal knowledge management (KM), companies can design innovative solutions to improve business operations and increase overall revenue. The factor analysis method will be used to find the determining factors for the success of the implementation of knowledge management systems (KMS) and the regression analysis method will also be used to form a mathematical model of several new factors which are formed as independent variables with the current level of community understanding of KMS as the dependent variable. The research results provide insight into strategies to improve success factors to successfully facilitate KMS implementation. This study contributes to existing knowledge management by providing insight into dynamics that go beyond the technical aspects of KMS, ultimately developing strategies for more effective and efficient utilization of knowledge and organizational growth and supporting competitive advantage for companies.

Defects in gastric progenitor cell differentiation are associated with various gastric disorders, including atrophic gastritis, intestinal metaplasia, and gastric cancer. However, the mechanisms underlying the multilineage differentiation of gastric progenitor cells during healthy homeostasis remain poorly understood. Here, using a single-cell RNA sequencing method, Quartz-Seq2, we analyzed the gene expression dynamics of progenitor cell differentiation toward pit cell, neck cell, and parietal cell lineages in healthy adult mouse corpus tissues. Enrichment analysis of pseudotime-dependent genes and a gastric organoid assay revealed that EGFR-ERK signaling promotes pit cell differentiation, whereas NF-κB signaling maintains gastric progenitor cells in an undifferentiated state. In addition, pharmacological inhibition of EGFR in vivo resulted in a decreased number of pit cells. Although activation of EGFR signaling in gastric progenitor cells has been suggested as one of the major inducers of gastric cancers, our findings unexpectedly identified that EGFR signaling exerts a differentiation-promoting function, not a mitogenic function, in normal gastric homeostasis.

Banking and Fintech are encouraged to collaborate to fill each other's deficiencies and further grow the digital economy. This collaboration will create benefits for both banks, Fintech, and customers. However, this collaboration also comes with risks. The Financial Services Authority has stated that several risk phenomena can occur in the collaboration of banks and Fintech. First, no law guarantees the protection and exchange of customer personal data. Second, the risk of customer data leakage. Third, the risk of cyberattacks. The fourth is the risk of outsourcing. This research aims to analyze the risk phenomenon of bank and fintech collaboration through the Enterprise Risk Management Framework approach. This study uses a phenomenological research approach, which is a study to study how individuals subjectively experience and give meaning to the phenomenon. Data analysis based on this phenomenon data uses qualitative methods involving banking and fintech practitioners. The results of this study describe the phenomenon of risks that occur in banking-fintech collaboration, as approached by the Enterprise Risk Management framework. Proper risk management will minimize risks when the Bank collaborates with FinTech. This study hopefully contributes to making brief policy recommendations on bank and fintech collaboration risk management for Indonesian financial regulators.

technology in the tax field is evolving by the minute. Digital technology has many implications for development in various fields. One of them is the field of economics. One of the latest technologies is the Internet of Things, which has attracted the attention of various organizations and governments, more precisely the tax authorities. This research tries to illustrate the impact of the Internet of Things on taxation. The researcher used qualitative research with literature survey methods. Data were collected from various journals, media publications, articles, and previous research papers. The study's findings indicated that the Internet of Things (IoT) is crucial to the development of control technologies. This supports the Director General of Taxes’ (DGT) goal of using big data analytics to optimize the potential of digital taxes through his two mechanisms: predictive analytics and tax ranking.

Strengthening climate resilience is a global priority, essential for ensuring sustainable development and improving overall well-being. Digital technology and innovation play a pivotal role in enhancing this resilience. This paper aims to examine literature related to the role of technology in supporting climate resilience, as indexed in the Scopus database. A total of 22 articles were reviewed, employing systematic literature review and mapping study methods. The analysis covered publication sources, annual publication trends, contributing countries, research approaches, related issues, and the most cited papers, utilizing Excel 365 for data processing. Additionally, VOSviewer was used to visually analyze keyword occurrences. The review reveals a strong connection between technology and climate resilience, with digital technology being the most prominent focus. Key strategies for strengthening climate resilience include developing tools and methods that facilitate emission reductions, enhance resource efficiency, and improve climate risk management. The findings indicate a growing research trend on climate resilience, predominantly addressing carbon emissions, corporate finance, logistics, drought, asset management, and climate change mitigation. The 22 articles reviewed are categorized into various topics, with digital technology emerging as the most studied area, comprising 6 documents (27.27%). Following this, 4 papers (18.18%) explore the topic of smart agriculture. Other notable topics include energy transition and smart cities, each with 3 papers (13.64%). Additional research themes include green innovation, renewable energy sources, rural water providers, and the role of higher education institutions. Advancing climate resilience necessitates leveraging advanced technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and digital twins. A vast number of spatiotemporal datasets collected from a wide range of sources has motivated scientists to develop effective approaches to identify interesting patterns hidden in these datasets. In this respect, kernel density estimators, which belong to a class of non-parametric estimators in statistics, have been widely exploited in recent years. With this background, we have developed a novel kernel density estimator aiming to provide accurate analysis results. According to the evaluation with a real spatiotemporal dataset, which collected emergency medical service records in a county in the United States, the proposed kernel density estimator can approximate the probability density function significantly more accurately than a conventional kernel density estimator. Furthermore, we have exploited the proposed kernel density estimator to identify interesting patterns hidden in the real spatiotemporal dataset. © 2023 IEEE.

technology will continue to be an important thing in life, technological developments can be found in everyday life. In medical intelligence technology, to identify bio-Terrorism actions, and aspects that can threaten national security, such as targets that may be the object of attack, identify indicators early, build biosecurity, and analyze pathogen communities. The threat that hit the world is when resources are used by irresponsible people or groups and are used as biological weapons (bioweapons), bioterrorism, and others. These biological weapons are not only used for war but can also be used for terrorism purposes. The involvement of biological weapons in the history of war has been used, various weapons were created before the 20th century biological weapons in the form of biological toxins or bacteria from decaying animals and plants, after the 20th-century weapons switched to bacteria (anthrax), viruses (smallpox), and poison (botulinum). Regarding what is used as a biological weapon, this is regulated by various policies, both national policies, and defense policies. Anticipatory steps and efforts to overcome the threat of bioterrorism need to involve all parties, including the community, security forces, health workers, and scientists. Legal reforms can be carried out to perfect and complement existing legal loopholes as a result of controlling bioterrorism which widens the opportunities or loopholes for bioterrorism attacks in Indonesia that should receive state attention and formulate bioterrorism regulations. © 2022 IEEE.
