Data is the part that represents the evidence in presenting the state of the surrounding environment, obtained through research in the form of numbers, sources or scales. with data, conditions can be measured to produce the best solution. GIS Bookstore is one company that needs data every month to be analyzed. However, GIS Bookstore has constraints in processing large data with increasing time. for example GIS bookstore has problems in analyzing bestsellers because of the increasing number of authors and book publishers who work together. In this study, GIS Bookstore found a solution by implementing business intelligence that plays a role in the processing of raw data in large amounts of data into well-structured data information, the results are collected and processed in a data warehouse scheme. Targets stored in the data warehouse are data that will be processed based on the model design method (ERD) and star schema. This paper discusses the GIS Bookstore data warehouse with the aim of analyzing the sales of most books based on a certain time period. The method used in retrieving data uses Pentaho data integration tools, MySQL workbench, report designer, bi server and workbench schema. © 2019 IEEE.

This study aims to identify the processes of UX designing a mobile application, Augmented Reality based on Gamification for Cultural Heritage Tourism, and to provide the prototype design and the testing result;this research employs the Design Thinking Method to design the prototype and uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) to identify and validate the testing result;the author establishes two research questions for this study, then explains the answers through a clear description of the stages of making a prototype which consists of the empathize, define, ideate, prototype, and testing stages, then to find out the testing results, the author uses the SUS method, scoring 88.5 in the excellent and acceptable categories;the originality of the research, this study provides the Design Thinking method to investigate the process of UX designing and the SUS Score method to calculate the resting result, helps build a complete understanding of developing the prototype and validation through testing comprehensively. © 2022 IEEE.

Linear data is a collection of data that is linearly separated by a straight line and nonlinear data is a collection of data that is not separated by a line. Usually, non-linear data is separated by irregular curves. However, for non-linear data. Support Vector Machine (SVM) is difficult to classify data for non-linear data. The solution is to use Kernel Trick. Kernel Trick is a simple method used to map low-dimensional nonlinear data and transform it into a higher-dimensional space. The goal is to make it easier to classify data by finding a hyperplane that can separate the dataset linearly well. This research is to create a program that can predict heart disease using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) model with Kernel Tricks. Heart disease prediction is very important because the heart is one of the most important organs in the human body. The results indicated that the SVM model with the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Kernel achieved the highest accuracy compared to the Linear Kernel and Polynomial Kernel. © 2024 IEEE.

Wild plants are plants that are not cultivated but wild plants can be easily found in the neighborhood. However, not all wild plants can be utilized as food crops by the community. Therefore, it is necessary to know what wild plants can be consumed so that people do not have to worry about food availability. The purpose of this study is to determine whether the EfficientNet model can be used to identify wild plants that can be consumed. Experimental results show that the EfficientNet model has an accuracy of 85% in identifying wild plants that can be consumed. © 2024 IEEE.

In real life, many activities are performed sequentially. These activities must be carried out sequentially, such as the assembly process in the manufacturing production process. This series of activities cannot be reduced or added so that the main goal of the series of activities is achieved. Apart from that, there are also time series events that occur naturally, such as rainy and hot conditions in a certain area. The classification process of time series activities is very important to see the possibility of anomalies occurring. The significant development of machine learning models in recent years has made the process of classifying time series data increasingly researched. Several previous studies stated that deep learning models were more accurate in classifying time series data. In this paper, we will compare Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) and Transformer deep learning models in classifying time series data. Experimental results using the same public datasets for CNN and Transformer model show that the CNN model is more accurate than the Transformer model. The results of measuring accuracy using confusion matrix show that CNN has an accuracy of 92% and Transformer has an accuracy of 80%. © 2023 IEEE.

Text mining is a data mining technique to find hidden things from a set of data in the form of text. One of the things that can be obtained with text mining is opinion or sentiment, whether it is positive or negative. Positive sentiment is used as a reference for a subject or object from a collection of texts to be recommended. Java Island is the city with the most population in Indonesia with a variety of culinary delights. This study aims to analyze sentiment recommendations on culinary data from food or cuisine in big cities on the island of Java. Four big cities were selected, namely Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta, and Surabaya. The data source is a tweet of culinary arts of the four cities from Twitter in Indonesia. The Sastrawi Library is used as a text mining data processing tool in Indonesia. The results obtained are the majority of positive sentiments from all cities. The cumulative sentiment value of the four cities is 54%, meaning that the big cities on the island of Java have good culinary delights and deserve to be recommended to be enjoyed. © 2021 IEEE.

The quality of products is very important for a software development industry. The product quality is strongly influenced by the software development process. Software development company with limited resources is hard to improve the quality of the software produced. The method to be taken is to improve the software development process to achieve maturity level 2. In this study, CMMI-Dev (CMMI for Development) version 1.3 with continuous representation is used as a reference. SCAMPI-C with PST Tool was used to conduct the assessment of the 5 (five) process areas of CMMI level 2. Data were collected by interviews and observations of project documentation and the process of software development. Unapplied practice from assesment then be analyzed using Ishikawa Analysis to find root of the problem refers to the SPF (Software Process Framework) and subsequently use Pareto Analysis to determine the improvements priority. The process which have already good are in the process area PP (Project Planning), CM (Configuration Management), and most of the processes in the area of PMC (Project Monitoring and Control). Software development processes which are need to be improved in the process area with priority PPQA (Process and Product Quality Assurance), REQM (Requirements Management), then PMC (Project Monitoring and Control). The prior improvement from the SPF category were in the order of procedure category and then process category. © 2017 IEEE.

Making socio-economic decisions is critical as they profoundly impact communities. It is imperative to approach these decisions with academic rigour and objectivity to effectively address prevalent community-wide issues. One such challenge often encountered by communities is socio-economic inequality. This study attempts to tackle this challenge by creating a decision model to assess socio-economic inequality in a region. The research was performed via four crucial stages, leading to the creation of a fuzzy decision model based on the Williamson Index (WI) method. This carefully developed model was designed and constructed using an object-oriented approach. The simulation results indicated that the integrated inequality index value for Sawah, an urban village in Ciputat, Indonesia, is 0.65. This em-pirical result provides valuable insights, enabling policymakers and stakeholders (as decision-makers) to design targeted policies and programs to reduce inequality and enhance community prosperity. © 2024 IEEE.

Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly strained health care systems globally, leading to an overwhelming influx of patients and exacerbating resource limitations. Concurrently, an “infodemic” of misinformation, particularly prevalent in women’s health, has emerged. This challenge has been pivotal for health care providers, especially gynecologists and obstetricians, in managing pregnant women’s health. The pandemic heightened risks for pregnant women from COVID-19, necessitating balanced advice from specialists on vaccine safety versus known risks. In addition, the advent of generative artificial intelligence (AI), such as large language models (LLMs), offers promising support in health care. However, they necessitate rigorous testing. Objective: This study aimed to assess LLMs’ proficiency, clarity, and objectivity regarding COVID-19’s impacts on pregnancy. Methods: This study evaluates 4 major AI prototypes (ChatGPT-3.5, ChatGPT-4, Microsoft Copilot, and Google Bard) using zero-shot prompts in a questionnaire validated among 159 Israeli gynecologists and obstetricians. The questionnaire assesses proficiency in providing accurate information on COVID-19 in relation to pregnancy. Text-mining, sentiment analysis, and readability (Flesch-Kincaid grade level and Flesch Reading Ease Score) were also conducted. Results: In terms of LLMs’ knowledge, ChatGPT-4 and Microsoft Copilot each scored 97% (32/33), Google Bard 94% (31/33), and ChatGPT-3.5 82% (27/33). ChatGPT-4 incorrectly stated an increased risk of miscarriage due to COVID-19. Google Bard and Microsoft Copilot had minor inaccuracies concerning COVID-19 transmission and complications. In the sentiment analysis, Microsoft Copilot achieved the least negative score (–4), followed by ChatGPT-4 (–6) and Google Bard (–7), while ChatGPT-3.5 obtained the most negative score (–12). The testing stage is essential in software development because it determines the quality level, which is indicated by minimal errors. Meanwhile, the error that is discovered by the tester is called a fault. Therefore, this research aims to create a Model-Based Testing (MBT) using the equivalence partitioning technique in the black-box method. The model is expected to log software errors such as Access, performance, initialization, a data structure or external database, incorrect or missing functions, to identify, categorize, and fix them methodically and appropriately. Based on the discoveries, the errors form a dataset that measures the accuracy of the fault output using a neural network algorithm. The result showed the formation of MBT can be developed using the equivalence partitioning technique by measuring the fault output accuracy level using a neural network algorithm, where the average accuracy rate is 80%. © 2022 IEEE.
