Addressing multiple criteria and parameter issues in computer modelling presents a significant challenge. Several factors including data types, parameter behaviours, and purposes, must be taken into account to enhance computer modelling capability;particularly in evaluation cases. Through the utilization of a multi-criteria and method approach, a decision model was effectively developed to assess a case of environmental sustainability level of a building. One method operated in the study is the curve method for handling membership function form in realizing fuzzy logic. This innovative model demonstrates superior performance. It achieves an impressive accuracy rate of 96%, surpassing the previous model that employed a trapezoidal approach to describe fuzzy membership functions hy 1%. © 2023 IEEE.

Currently, Indonesia and the whole world are being hit by the Covid-19 pandemic which has an impact on various fields of life. It affects all sectors, including the education sector. The government through the Ministry of Education and Culture makes a policy in education in terms of the learning process. Teaching and learning activities that were initially carried out face to face become distance learning which was carried out at home. In this study, a systematic literature review is conducted on automatic assessment of essay answers. Various previous studies discuss the essay answer scoring system that has been developed using various methods. We synthesize the results to enrich our understanding of the automated essay exam scoring system. The expected result of this research is that it can contribute to further research related to the automated essay exam scoring system, especially in terms of considering methods and dataset forms. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. According to a survey from *** about in 2017, retail e-commerce sales worldwide amounted to 2.3 trillion US dollars and e-retail revenues are projected to grow to 4.88 trillion US dollars in 2021. Each year, e-commerce business increasingly popular. Some retail companies finally decided to focus on internet-based sales to get more customers. Along with transactions that continue to be carried out from year to year, transaction data continues to be stored and stacked and of course space consuming. So after years, Business Intelligence is finally appeared and offer great data processing. Without a business intelligence, these stacked big data are useless and wait to be removed because of poor knowledge. Business intelligence turns on the poor knowledge data into rich knowledge data visualization. This paper proposed a data warehouse that can be used to build a business intelligent with utilize information obtained from the history of transactions. To build up this business intelligent, authors uses methodology steps by Kimball which consists 4 steps of dimensional design process. Furthermore, data analysis will be presented in a dashboard using Power BI. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

With the large amount of information available on the internet, recommendation tasks have grown to be more crucial than ever. Businesses that store digital media on the internet such as video streaming and music streaming platforms, benefit a lot from recommendation systems. A simple yet powerful recommendation system that can give better recommendation performance is always being sought after. Light Graph Convolution Network (LightGCN) is a simplified version of Graph Convolution Network (GCN) for collaborative filtering in recommendation systems. LightGCN architecture includes only the most essential part of GCN for collaborative filtering that is the neighborhood aggregation, it removes the feature transformation and nonlinear activation because both of them contribute little to no effect to the recommendations. The focus of this research is to optimize LightGCN by tuning the hyperparameters using exhaustive search (grid search). The optimized LightGCN model is able to out-perform LightGCN by more than 140% in music recommendation © 2022 IEEE.

The agricultural activities in the Vocational School of Agricultural Engineering (ESTVA) in Timor-Leste requires large quantities of water with high availability for the production and cultivation of plants. However, the crop results sometimes decrease due to challenges problem faced by the management of the water resources. This study aims to design an Internet of Things (IoT) based automatic control system to control water supply and maintain soil moisture conditions effectively. The evaluation of manual and automatic irrigation systems during the 21 days trial shows that the automatic system provides stable utilization of water with watering frequency of 274 occurs only in 12 days, with an amount of total watering of 35.3 L. Meanwhile, the manual system uses up to 49.8 L of water, which is 14.5 L more than the water spent by the automatic system. The results of the evaluation also indicate that automatic system obtains the average moisture value of 509 with a standard deviation of 63, which is smaller than the manual system that obtains an average moisture value of 559 and a significant standard deviation of 126. From these results, the automatic system is more effective in maintaining the soil moisture level and yet requires less water compared to the manual watering system. Furthermore, the quality and productivity of the growth of mustard seedlings with automatic system prove that the seeds are more stable and feasible to continue transplanting since the automatic system produces 12 more mustard trees compared to the manual system. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG 2023.

Insurance claim is a fascinating issue to study. A potential loss for the insurance company is major coming from this issue. Thus, many studies performed already to answer such an issue. This study takes aim to develop a computational decision model based on service technology. Four fundamental methods operated in constructing the model and its implementation in service technology. The analytical hierarchical process (AHP) and fuzzy logic methods are two methods benefited to construct the model;where the AHP used to prioritize thirteen parameters considered and the fuzzy logic with its inference capability operated to generate the decision. Object oriented is an analysis and design method to analyze and design the model implanting it in service oriented architecture (SOA). Then, SOA conception functioned to deploy the model in the service architecture. Ultimately, the suggested framework comprising three layers of service-oriented architecture (SOA), namely business process, service interface, and application, has been established, alongside the integration of eight essential services that connect these three applications. The model demonstrates simulation outcomes indicating that 31.47% of claims are categorized as low risk and have been approved, 17.64% of claims are considered moderate risk with currently pending decision status (requiring additional investigation), while 50.89% of claims are classified as high risk with also pending decision status. © 2023 IEEE computer Society. Social media is an online media that functions as a platform for users to participate, share, create, and exchange information through various forums and social networks. The rapid increase in social media activity causes an increase in the number of comments on social media. This is prone to triggering debate due to the easy formation of open discussions between social media users. However, the debate often triggers the emergence of negative things, causing great fights on social media. Social media users often use comments containing toxic words to argue and corner a party or group. This study conducted an experiment to detect comments containing toxic sentences on social media in Indonesia using a Pre-Trained Model that was trained for Indonesian. This study performed a multilabel classification and evaluated the classification results generated by the Multilingual BERT (MBERT), IndoBERT, and Indo Roberta Small models. The optimal result of this study is to use the IndoBERT model with an F1 Score of 0.8897. © 2022 Elsevier B.V.. All rights reserved.

Social media is a platform to share information that is very liked by everyone nowadays because some of the facilities that make it easier for us to communicate with each other, share documents, chat and even create a community. In addition, we can also analyze the content of social media by using several methods in data mining, so that we can get new the information to support decision making that can bring benefits to individuals and companies. The purpose of this research, to create a business intelligence dashboard to observe the performance of each Topic or channel of news posted to social media accounts such as Facebook and Twitter. Topical performance in social media is the number of Topics in articles posted to social media getting like, share, comment etc. To be able to know the Topic of a news post in social media, used some text classification techniques such as Naive Bayes, SVM and Decision Tree. The comparative results of the algorithms are taken which has the best accuracy of SVM for subsequent implementation in the data warehouse. Meanwhile, the business intelligence dashboard data source will be sourced from the data warehouses that have been made before. © 2018 The Authors. Published by Elsevier Ltd.

This paper purposes an improved algorithm of the butterfly lifecycle for calculating the performance of the company's growth. Three types of change for the better are regarding mathematical model, conception in calculating the growth performance parameters, and also data operated practically for testing the proposed algorithm. Three simple stages of study conducted are previous study-re-analyzing and re-reviewing, mathematical model constructing, and model testing. Here, roulette-wheel technique was technically functioned to generate probability of positive and negative factor values;that influence the performance of artificial butterfly's metamorphoses process (also could affect the quality of butterfly finally). Nineteen mathematical equations successfully produced are able to perfect the previous algorithm, particularly in the detailed calculation of performance in every single stage of metamorphoses. Conclusively, a balanced scorecard approach adopted as conception in calculating the company's internal aspect performance that benefited from testing the new improved algorithm. Similar to the previous study, the company's external factors considered as well in stage of model testing. © 2019 IEEE.

One of the health problems that require special attention is diabetes, besides the growth of this disease infection is increasing in various circles ranging from children, adults, men, women and the elderly. So to detect diabetes at an early stage, machine learning algorithms are the right choice to help detect indications of diabetes. This paper presents experimental results related to the exploration of the use of a Super Vector Machine (SVM) for data classification of Diabetes. The model used in this experiment is the Binary Classification Model. Based on the test results, the highest accuracy is obtained by using a total of 700 lines of data, which is 75,7143%. The Best estimated feasible point in Box Constraint is 272.29 with a KernelScale area of 72.627. © 2021 IEEE
