In Ivanovo State powerengineering University (ISPEU, Ivanovo, Russia) digital instrument current and voltage transformers (DCVTs) has developed. Numerous studies and tests of DCVTs have been carried out; these devices already have operating experience in existing electrical facilities. However, some areas of application of DCVTs require additional research. The article presents a methodology for experimental study of 6(10) kV DCVTs under conditions of arc intermittent single-phase ground faults, a diagram of a test installation, as well as the results of testing the methodology. The article presents the quantitative characteristics of the modes obtained in laboratory conditions. The modes of arc intermittent single-phase ground faults and ferroresonance were simulated using electromagnetic measuring voltage transformers in the installation. However, during the experiments, some shortcomings in the methodology of the experiment were revealed. The article also indicates measures to improve the methodology for conducting further experimental studies of DCVTs.

Recent developments in autonomous vehicle technologies and applications gain a lot of interest by the public, as the popularity of both driver assistance and automated driving systems increase. One of the most promising aspect of the autonomous vehicle compared to conventional human driven vehicle is the increased level of safety. Machine learning techniques enables to achieve fast and efficient control actions compared to model based techniques. However, the advantages of a more conservative model based controller are their better robustness properties. In this paper a synergy of the two control philosophy is presented through a trajectory tracking controldesign for autonomous vehicles. A supervised reinforcement learning (RL) control method is introduced, where a robust Linear Parameter Varying (LPV) controller supervises the operation of the trained RL agent. Thus, in case sensor noise is detected, the guaranteed stability LPV controller takes over the steering control action. In order to demonstrate the operation of the proposed method, three different simulations have been evaluated and compared in CarSim simulation environment.

The paper proposes a switching multiparametric control for an electrohydraulic servo system with throttle regulation. The architecture of a MISO (Multiple Input Single Output) control is considered, consisting of a conventional PID controller operating in the deviation control channel and a fuzzy PID controller operating in the disturbance channel. The main issues arising from the use of this type of control are discussed, and an analysis of the stability of the closed-loop system is conducted. Graphic results for the control quality of the designed system are obtained using a universal measurement and control module. The advantages of this type of control and the manifestation of additional robust qualities of the system are experimentally demonstrated.

The paper proposes a switching multi-regulator control for an electro-hydraulic servo system with throttle regulation. The architecture of the multi-regulator control, composed of three conventional regulators (PID 1 , PI 2 , PI 3 ) for different regions of the setpoint signal variation and switching logic, is discussed. The main issues arising from the use of such control are considered, and an analysis of the stability of the closed-loop system is conducted. Some mathematical formulas and descriptions are presented. Using a universal measurement and control module, graphical results for the quality of the designed control are obtained.
