Myocardial infarction(MI)is one of the leading causes of death globally among cardiovascular diseases,necessitating modern and accurate diagnostics for cardiac patient *** the available functional diagnostic methods,electrocardiography(ECG)is particularly well-known for its ability to detect ***,confirming its accuracy—particularly in identifying the localization of myocardial damage—often presents challenges in *** study,therefore,proposes a new approach based on machine learning models for the analysis of 12-lead ECG data to accurately identify the localization of *** particular,the learning vector quantization(LVQ)algorithm was applied,considering the contribution of each ECG lead in the 12-channel system,which obtained an accuracy of 87%in localizing damaged *** developed model was tested on verified data from the PTB database,including 445 ECG recordings from both healthy individuals and MI-diagnosed *** results demonstrated that the 12-lead ECG system allows for a comprehensive understanding of cardiac activities in myocardial infarction patients,serving as an essential tool for the diagnosis of myocardial conditions and localizing their damage.A comprehensive comparison was performed,including CNN,SVM,and Logistic Regression,to evaluate the proposed LVQ *** results demonstrate that the LVQ model achieves competitive performance in diagnostic tasks while maintaining computational efficiency,making it suitable for resource-constrained *** study also applies a carefully designed data pre-processing flow,including class balancing and noise removal,which improves the reliability and reproducibility of the *** aspects highlight the potential application of the LVQ model in cardiac diagnostics,opening up prospects for its use along with more complex neural network architectures.

Parallel manipulators found wide applications in the industry such as entertainment, heavy, and aerospace industries. However, the contemporary growth of the economy and industry demands additional and exceptional capabilities for robots. Parallel manipulator applications in the industry are pretty specific and complex rather than serial manipulators. Therefore in this research, we proposed an isotropic Stewart parallel manipulator to enhance robot stiffness and payload capacity capabilities. Moreover, proves the concept by experimental methods. The main contribution of this paper is to rely on robot design, joint positions, and comparison of experimental results to prove the concept idea. The research paper is organized in the following order: introduction, design concept, joint positions and simulation, experimental results, and conclusion.

The machining of high-value products needs advanced quality control to avoid the risk of expensive follow-up operations performed on parts with unacceptable quality. This situation requires the in-process or close to in-process control of the machining operation. The tangential cutting force is a parameter that characterizes the force interaction between the specific workpiece material and the specific tool geometry. This paper presents a method for a tangential cutting force calculation along the given tool path based on processing of the high-frequency data acquired from the machine tool control system with support of the geometric material removal model. The calculated data are compared with the reference dynamometer results. The influence of the variable engagement parameters is demonstrated and discussed from the perspective of the in-process workpiece quality control.

Maintenance management is a vital part of the business of a production company. It contributes to determining the long-term success of the company because poorly maintained resources can stop production activities, causing delays, loss of profit and even personal injuries. While the predictive maintenance approach is nowadays a mainstay of modern factory management, usually only big companies with dedicated research department can deploy it, since its application involves scientific knowledge that is not available in smaller production environments. This paper describes how the EU project PROGRAMS answers the needs of small and medium companies that wish to apply an Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) approach to maintenance management.
