Because of the development of wireless capabilities, the network and, in specific, data centers have become a significant problem in our everyday lives. In order to maximize miniaturization and lower the opportunity burden among this equipment, the Network of Things (IoT) attempts to incorporate sensor and actuators into commonplace things. The idea is to use wireless and satellite networks to link these parts to the Internet, producing hard numbers that can then be saved and processed later. The Internet and pcs all provide innovative elements, but Interface TV (iTV) mixes conventional TV with a comparable level of involvement. With the advancement of Smart tvs, computational capability has been added to the device, enabling it to provide services beyond the norm, execute programmes, and realise its networking potential. This study proposes a methodology that comprises and unifies an IoT platform, a genuine tv Streaming show, and a network of wireless sensors. It includes everything from wireless sensor network implementation and transmission to web content accessibility guidelines and finished products through a genuine interactive television application. Hard data provision has now been trialled in a housing area with the goal of enhancing residents' life experiences. Additionally, it combines the potential for using this data to build procedures aimed at lowering energy consumption, enhancing longevity, and promoting the effective use of already available resources. For any implementation with comparable features, the conceptual approach serves as the foundation. © 2023 IEEE.

Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), a rare blood disorder marked by excessive immature lymphocyte proliferation in the bone marrow, primarily affects children but poses a more challenging prognosis in adults due to late detection. Pathologists employ bone marrow morphology and immunophenotyping to establish cell lineage based on antigens to diagnose acute lymphoblastic leukemia. These manual approaches are time-consuming and need specialized expertise. It is critical for the decision support system to train an accurate classification model to discriminate between mature and immature white blood cells along with the stratification of its phases which is a crucial component in diagnostic accuracy. Another major challenge in ALL classification arises from the morphological resemblance between leukemic B-lymphoblast cells and normal B-lymphoid progenitors. To improve the detection of leukemia, this work integrates an ensemble model of Vision transformer with attention-based pre-trained architectures that use high-resolution blood smear images, to accelerate the prompt detection of this insidious illness and its stages. The ensemble model, which combines ViT with attention-based CNNs, uses dual feature extraction methods from cell images to improve classification results. Our suggested model demonstrates promising performance with an accuracy of 99.96% on a test dataset with 1600 images. The suggested model provides a promising methodology that could be extremely useful in medical settings, allowing for the accurate classification and diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia. © Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management 2024.

Faba bean (Vicia faba L.) is an important cash crop for animal and human consumption in many countries, especially Ethiopia due to its high protein content and high rate of production. It also improves soil fertility with the help of bacteria, which forms nodules on its roots. Ethiopia is the second largest faba bean producer;however, according to research, the yield is generally low. Among the constraints contributing to low productivity of the crop, disease is the most important. Even though there are countermeasures such as the use of chemical sprays, which is used to reduce the damage or eliminate the disease, an effective disease identification technique is still required. Chocolate spot, faba bean gal, and rust are the most common diseases of faba beans. To effectively detect the disease, in this paper, we propose an end-to-end CNN model for training before and after the dataset is preprocessed. The CNN end-to-end model is trained with raw images and achieves 92.1% training accuracy. Also, the model is trained with preprocessed data and it achieves a training accuracy of 98.14% for the end-to-end CNN classifier. The results show that the proposed approach is suitable for faba bean disease detection and can be employed to detect diseases of other crops. © 2023 IEEE.

Sign language is a non-verbal communication method used to communicate between hard of hearing or deaf and ordinary people. Automatic Sign language detection is a complex computer vision problem due to the diversity of modern sign languages and variations in gesture positions, hand and finger form, and body part placements. This research paper aims to conduct a systematic experimental evaluation of computer vision-based approaches for sign language recognition. The present research focuses on mapping non-segmented video streams to glosses to gain insights into sign language recognition. The proposed machine learning model consists of Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) layers such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM). The model is implemented using current deep learning frameworks such as Google TensorFlow and Keras API. © 2022 IEEE.

Artificial Intelligence(AI)is finding increasing application in healthcare *** learning systems are utilized for monitoring patient health through the use of IoT sensor,which keep track of the physiological state by way of various health ***,early detection of any disease or derangement can aid doctors in saving patients’***,there are some challenges associated with predicting health status using the common algorithms,such as time requirements,chances of errors,and improper *** propose an Artificial Krill Herd based on the Random Forest(AKHRF)technique for monitoring patients’health and eliciting an optimal prescription based on their health *** begin with,various patient datasets were collected and trained into the system using IoT *** a result,the framework developed includes four processes:preprocessing,feature extraction,classification,and result ***,preprocessing removes errors,noise,and missing values from the dataset,whereas feature extraction extracts the relevant ***,in the classification layer,we updated the fitness function of the krill herd to classify the patient’s health status and also generate a *** found that the results fromthe proposed framework are comparable to the results from other state-of-the-art techniques in terms of sensitivity,specificity,Area under the Curve(AUC),accuracy,precision,recall,and F-measure.

Signature verification,which is a method to distinguish the authenticity of signature images,is a biometric verification technique that can effectively reduce the risk of forged signatures in financial,legal,and other business ***,compared with ordinary images,signature images have the following characteristics:First,the strokes are slim,i.e.,there is less effective ***,the signature changes slightly with the time,place,and mood of the signer,i.e.,it has high intraclass *** challenges lead to the low accuracy of the existing methods based on convolutional neural net-works(CNN).This study proposes an end-to-end multi-path attention inverse dis-crimination network that focuses on the signature stroke parts to extract features by reversing the foreground and background of signature images,which effectively solves the problem of little effective *** solve the problem of high intraclass variability of signature images,we add multi-path attention modules between discriminative streams and inverse streams to enhance the discriminative features of signature ***,a multi-path discrimination loss function is proposed,which does not require the feature representation of the samples with the same class label to be infinitely close,as long as the gap between inter-class distance and the intra-class distance is bigger than the set classification threshold,which radically resolves the problem of high intra-class difference of signature *** addition,this loss can also spur the network to explore the detailed infor-mation on the stroke parts,such as the crossing,thickness,and connection of *** respectively tested on CEDAR,BHSig-Bengali,BHSig-Hindi,and GPDS Synthetic datasets with accuracies of 100%,96.24%,93.86%,and 83.72%,which are more accurate than existing signature verification *** is more helpful to the task of signature authentication in justice and finance.

Thyroid disease, one of the most common endocrine disorders, requires prompt diagnosis to effectively treat it. To improve diagnostic precision and expedite medical procedures, this paper explores the use of Machine Learning (ML) approaches for the early identification and categorization of thyroid diseasees. Sophisticated machine learning methods, including support vector machines, neural networks, and decision trees, are used to leverage a variety of datasets. These models outperform traditional diagnostic techniques in their capacity to identify complex patterns and minute variations in thyroid function parameters. The application of machine learning to the diagnosis of thyroid disease not only increases diagnostic accuracy but also makes preventive healthcare approaches possible. Personalized risk assessments are made possible by ML models, which analyze a wide range of patient-specific characteristics and help to improve the targeting of therapies. Furthermore, decision-making procedures are accelerated by the real-time processing powers of machine learning systems, which may shorten the interval between diagnosis and the start of therapy. this paper emphasizes how machine learning has revolutionized the diagnosis of thyroid disease and how it has the potential to completely change clinical procedures. The integration of sophisticated algorithms and extensive datasets presents opportunities for enhanced precision, effectiveness, and customization of diagnostic methods, which might eventually lead to better patient outcomes and more efficient use of healthcare resources for thyroid condition treatment. In this paper, the results were as follows: Two classifiers performed the best: LMT and LogitBoost. The Trees and Meta-learning strategy performed the best learning strategy, while the CorrelationAttributeEval and InfoGainAttributeEval methods performed the best feature selection. © 2024 IEEE.

According to the Global Cancer Observatory's 2018 estimations, gastrointestinal cancer is the third most common cause of cancer deaths and the fifth most common cause of being diagnosed with cancer worldwide. Diagnosis is crucial, and gastroscopy is used to detect stomach cancer early to enhance patient survival. This study proposed a Deep Learning based computer-Aided Diagnostics (CADx) method to identify gastroscopy disease. The dataset is trained with an adversarial training technique. The proposed approach uses the deep convolution neural network based on VGG16, VGG19, and InceptionV3. The dataset is trained with an adversarial training technique. The Inception V3 has the best accuracy among them, with an accuracy in the training of 94.44% and a validation accuracy of 84.75%, with a minor loss compared to VGG16 and VGG19 models. © The Institution of engineering & technology 2023.

To lessen damages from landslides, the key challenge is to predict the events precisely and accurately. The objective of this study is to assess landslide susceptibility in the study area. To achieve this objective, a detailed landslide inventory has been prepared based on imagery data and frequent field visits of 153 rock slides and 44 debris slides. Nine landslide factors were prepared initially and their relationships with each other and with the type of landslide was analysed. information gain ratio measure is used to eliminate triggering factors with least score. Train_test_split method was used to classify the dataset into training and testing groups. Decision tree classification model of machine learning was applied for landslide susceptibility model (LSM). The performance was evaluated using classification report and receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve. Results obtained have proven that the decision tree classification model performed well with good accuracy in forecasting landslide susceptibility. Copyright © 2024 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.
