Academic and financial sectors are interested in research areas that focus on understanding the patterns of financial activities and predicting their future changes. The daily movement of financial data involves complex, insufficient, and ambiguous information, making its prediction an extremely difficult endeavour. The issues of forecasting and analysing financial data is therefore complex and time-dependent. Deep neural networks (DNNs) can be used to solve nonlinear problems more effectively than conventional machine learning techniques. This study proposes an intelligent and optimal model CuDNNLSTM-Multi(1dCNN) for stock market price prediction using a hybrid of CUDA based Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) and Multiple One Dimensional Convolution Neural Networks (CNNs). A variety of models, including Multiple CuDNNLSTM-CNN, Multi-CuDNNLSTM, Multi (1dCNN), are used to compare the prediction performance of the proposed model. In terms of RMSE, MAE, and MAPE, the results show that the suggested model outperforms all hybrid and individual models. © 2023 IEEE.

A substitution box(S-Box)is a crucial component of contemporary cryptosystems that provide data protection in block *** the moment,chaotic maps are being created and extensively used to generate these SBoxes as a chaotic map assists in providing disorder and resistance to combat cryptanalytical *** this paper,the construction of a dynamic S-Box using a cipher key is proposed using a novel chaotic map and an innovative tweaking *** projected chaotic map and the proposed tweak approach are presented for the first time and the use of parameters in their workingmakes both of these dynamic in *** tweak approach employs cubic polynomials while permuting the values of an initial S-Box to enhance its cryptographic *** of the parameters are provided using the cipher key and a small variation in values of these parameters results in a completely different unique *** analysis and exploration confirmed that the projected chaoticmap exhibits a significant amount of chaotic *** security assessment in terms of bijectivity,nonlinearity,bits independence,strict avalanche,linear approximation probability,and differential probability criteria are utilized to critically investigate the effectiveness of the proposed S-Box against several *** proposed S-Box’s cryptographic performance is comparable to those of recently projected S-Boxes for its adaption in real-world security *** comparative scrutiny pacifies the genuine potential of the proposed S-Box in terms of its applicability for data security.

End-user feedback in social media platforms, particularly in the app stores, is increasing exponentially with each passing day. software researchers and vendors started to mine end-user feedback by proposing text analytics methods and tools to extract useful information for software evolution and maintenance. In addition, research shows that positive feedback and high-star app ratings attract more users and increase downloads. However, it emerged in the fake review market, where software vendors started incorporating fake reviews against their corresponding applications to improve overall software ratings. For this purpose, we conducted an exploratory study to understand how end-users register and write fake reviews in the Google Play Store. We curated a research data set containing 68,000 end-user comments from the Google Play Store and a fake review generator, that is, the Testimonial generator (TG). Its purpose is to understand fake reviews on these platforms and identify the common patterns potential end-users and professionals use to report fake reviews by critically analyzing the end-user feedback. We conducted a detailed survey at the University of science and technology Bannu, Pakistan, to identify the intelligence and accuracy of crowd-users in manually identifying fake reviews. In addition, we developed a ground truth to be compared with the results obtained from the automated machine and deep learning (M&DL) classifier experiment. In the survey, 512 end-users participated and recorded their responses in identifying fake reviews. Finally, various M&DL classifiers are employed to classify and identify end-user reviews into real and fake to automate the process. Unlike humans, the M&DL classifiers performed well in automatically classifying reviews into real and fake by obtaining much higher accuracy, precision, recall, and f-measures. This paper presents a novel method for predicting and controlling urban growth by combining convolutional neural networks (CNN) with Spider Monkey Optimization (SMO) to efficiently use their combined capabilities. This strategy utilizes sophisticated machine learning algorithms to forecast urban development patterns, while optimization technologies enhance these forecasts by including sustainable urban design ideas. Integration plays a crucial role in tackling the difficulties presented by fast urbanization, including issues related to land use, resource administration, and environmental sustainability in the fields of civil and architectural engineering. The study employs large datasets to assess the efficacy of CNN models in detecting urban expansion patterns and enhances these models with optimization scenarios encompassing land use, traffic flow, electricity efficiency, water resources, and waste management, all with the goal of enhancing urban sustainability. The findings demonstrate a significant improvement in the precision of predictions and the ability to maintain positive results, highlighting the crucial role of integrating machine learning and optimization in urban planning methodologies. This method not only provides urban planners and politicians with strong and effective tools for making decisions but also creates opportunities for implementing creative and sustainable solutions for urban growth. The results provide a substantial contribution to the existing urban planning literature by demonstrating the actual use of these technologies in regulating urban expansion. The Internet of Drones (IoD) extends the capabilities of unmanned aerial vehicles, enabling them to participate in a connected network. In IoD infrastructure, drones communicate not only among themselves but also with users and a control center. This interconnected communication framework holds promise for various applications, from collaborative decision-making to real-time data exchange. However, the expansion of communication in IoD also introduces new challenges, particularly in terms of security, privacy and authentication. Unfortunately, the current authentication protocols are inadequate in offering robust security features against various attacks in the IoD environment. To address these security issues and limitations, we proposed a secure protocol for the IoD environment using chaotic maps and hash functions. In addition, we also employed a physically unclonable function in the development of the proposed protocol. We assess the security of the protocol through both informal and formal security analysis. The formal security analysis is conducted through a widely used random or real (RoR) model. The informal analysis shows the rigorous security features against various attacks, such as masquerading, anonymity violation, and physical cloning attacks. Moreover, we compare the performance of the devised protocol with similar existing protocols across important performance parameters, such as communication overhead, computation overhead, and security features. The devised protocol provides a 67.86% and 17.80% reduction in computation and communication overheads, respectively, as compared to related protocols. The analysis demonstrates the proposed protocol's capacity to support secure communication in the IoD environment and satisfy desirable security attributes. © 2014 IEEE.

Deep learning (DL) techniques hold immense promise for revolutionizing medical diagnostics, including brain tumor detection. Detecting malignancies in the brain is fraught with challenges that carry critical implications for accurate and timely diagnosis. Early detection is paramount, and our paper presents a novel approach to address this issue. We introduce the BiGait ensemble transfer learning (TL) architecture tailored for brain tumor classification tasks. Our proposed methodology is a two-stage process that harnesses the power of TL. In the initial phase, we employ two established models, ResNet50 and EfficientNetB1, and fine-tune them using the Kaggle multiclass dataset. This includes the incorporation of supplementary feature layers. We also leverage a stack ensemble solution to combine these feature layers, enhancing the model's overall predictive capabilities. Our approach is designed to shift the input distribution positively, effectively mitigating overfitting and reducing hardware overhead. To validate the effectiveness of our method, we conducted extensive experiments and evaluation. The dataset utilized in this work, publicly available on Kaggle contains 3,264 brain MRIs categorized into four groups: normal (500 images), meningioma (937 images), glioma (926 images), and pituitary tumor (901 images). The experimental results demonstrate that our model surpasses traditional single-model approaches, achieving an impressive accuracy rate of 96% and exhibiting superior generalization capabilities. This advancement in brain tumor classification holds great promise for early diagnosis and improved patient outcomes. © 2024 IEEE.

With technological improvements in the restaurant industry, competition is fierce, and a restaurant's success depends on providing excellent and luxury customer satisfaction. The food industry has had to continuously advance with technology in order to adequately satisfy the wants of people leading increasingly luxurious lives. While some restaurants still rely on manpower, the majority are eager to advance with technology in order to improve the standard of their offerings and enhance their customers' experiences. In order to optimize customer satisfaction and experience, this research project intends to investigate the potential of intelligence in the restaurant business. This research has explored intelligent systems such as digital self-service menus for ordering food, augmented reality (AR) visualization systems for customers, the observation of chefs in the kitchen, and the usage of robots to serve meals. This research paper analyzes the advantages of automating restaurant operations and how to do so to enhance customer satisfaction. Overall, this study has the potential to transform the restaurant industry and increase customer satisfaction. © 2023 IEEE.

Human emotions, psychology, and social well-being are all parts of mental health. It has an impact on how people feel, think, and act. It aids in figuring out how individuals act under pressure, interact with each other, and arrive at decisions. Every period of life, from childhood and adolescence to maturity, is vital for mental health. There are several elements that affect mental health issues, such as experiences with trauma or abuse in life, work-life stress, relationship difficulties, etc. Help is available for many of the mental health issues that are identified within a person. The proposed solution is implementing a friendly chatbot that is capable of capturing human emotional states (happy, angry, sad, etc.) and mental health states (depression, anxiety, stress, etc.) using human computer interaction and health record management. The proposed solution has been developed by considering both regular users and mental health practitioners. The user can communicate with the proposed assistant using text or voice to identify their emotions and mental health based on keywords, particular characteristics of voice and facial recognition used during the conversation. Once the mental health and emotion statuses are analyzed the electronic health records will be readily available on the blockchain as blockchain tokens, this could be shared with the practitioners securely. © 2023 IEEE.
