This study investigates the effectiveness of Retrieval-based Voice Conversion (RVC) in detecting AI-generated Arabic speech across diverse linguistic contexts. The primary research questions address whether the RVC model can accurately differentiate between real and synthetic speech samples in various languages and its generalization capability across different linguistic contexts. Experimental evaluations show that the model achieves accuracies of 92% using Ensemble Learning (XGBoost and LightGBM), 93% with Meta Learning, and 90% with Neural Networks. Assessments encompass scenarios with real Arabic and English speech not included in training datasets, as well as different speakers across languages. The study contributes insights into the robustness and practical application of RVC for speech authentication. © 2024 IEEE.

According to estimates, by mid-2030, there will be 8.6 billion people on the planet. The human population has been growing exponentially. There will be a rise in food production and consumption due to the massive population growth. Crop disease is the primary danger to food security, which damages agricultural goods while growing. Due to the limited availability of infrastructure, it remains challenging to recognize crop-damaging diseases in various parts of the world. Deep learning methods and computer vision technologies are used in this work to help identify agricultural illnesses. The train set is used to train the model, and the data split is used for validation. The farmer can use the app (Identifying and Resolving Crop Diseases using Deep Learning) to take pictures of the crops and examine whether or not there are any infections, proving the solution's viability. © 2024 IEEE.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is a network of interconnected objects, which congregate and exchange gigantic amounts of data. Usually, predeployed embedded sensors sense this massive data. Soon, several applications of IoT are anticipated to exploit emerging 6G technology. Healthcare is one of them, where the 6G-inspired paradigm may facilitate the users to exchange information through hundreds of sensors under the assumption of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT). Integration of medical sensors with AIoT is known as Artificial Intelligence of Medical Things (AIoMT). The secure and seamless interactions among 6G-enabled AIoMT users should be the primary challenge. Furthermore, resource-constrained wearable sensing devices, with their inability to execute complex security solutions, provide an ideal attraction for malicious entities to launch diverse attacks. These challenges have motivated us to design a cost-effective authenticated solution (CAS) for 6G-enabled AIoMT healthcare applications. Our CAS protocol not only prevents cyber threats like impersonation session key secrecy but it can also prevent physical threats like hardware tampering. We observe formal and informal security validations to endorse its robustness and effectiveness. Performance comparison reveals that the CAS protocol offers maximum security enrichment. Moreover, CAS is cost-effective as it has achieved 33% and 60% reduction in computation and communication overheads, respectively, compared to contemporary competing related protocols. © 2014 IEEE.

Most children and elderly people worldwide die from pneumonia,which is a contagious illness that causes lung *** diagnosing pneumonia from chest X-ray images,many deep learning models have been put *** goal of this research is to develop an effective and strong approach for detecting and categorizing pneumonia *** varying the deep learning approach,three pre-trained models,GoogLeNet,ResNet18,and DenseNet121,are employed in this research to extract the main features of pneumonia and normal *** addition,the binary dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm is utilized to select the most significant features,which are then fed to the K-nearest neighbor(KNN)classifier for getting the final classification *** guarantee the best performance of KNN,its main parameter(K)is optimized using the continuous DTO *** test the proposed approach,six evaluation metrics were employed namely,positive and negative predictive values,accuracy,specificity,sensitivity,and ***,the proposed approach is compared with other traditional approaches,and the findings confirmed the superiority of the proposed approach in terms of all the evaluation *** minimum accuracy achieved by the proposed approach is(98.5%),and the maximum accuracy is(99.8%)when different test cases are included in the evaluation experiments.

The aim of the paper is to perform an energy-efficient routing for moving nodes in Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) by using an ontological-based dolphin swarm optimization (DSO) approach. It makes use of echolocation and ontology to locate and represent cluster nodes close to the sink thereby maintaining optimal energy consumption during simulation. A comparative analysis for 20 samples (N = 10 each) is performed between OntoDSO, Ad-hoc On-demand Distance Vector (AODV) algorithm and existing literature review studies by taking several parameters namely mean delay, mean packet delivery ratio and mean energy consumption into consideration. The simulation of results is performed using MATLAB Simulink with implementation parameters such as number of nodes (n) and initial battery life. As a result, it is found that the OntoDSO approach identifies a set of optimized routes that can satisfy delay constraints and consume less energy, thereby achieving higher performance than AODV and existing studies in the context of WSNs. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management.

Blockchain technology is widely used to develop software systems in different industries such as finance, healthcare, supply chain management, data management, Internet of Things (IoT). To adopt blockchain, some critical challenges such as performance, interoperability, availability, security attacks, sustainability, and latency need to be taken into consideration. If the blockchain platform selected is not appropriate, the functionality and quality of the blockchain-based systems will be affected. Additionally, numerous blockchain platforms with unique properties and specifications are available in the market, and the task of selecting the right platform that best meets the project needs is getting complicated. It is crucial to define significant criteria that can help to shortlist the blockchain platforms for further comparison and selection using multicriteria decision-making methods. This research proposes a set of selection criteria that cover both features and quality attributes of the blockchain platforms. A survey was conducted to get the opinions of blockchain practitioners on the suitability of the selection criteria for the evaluation and selection of blockchain platforms. © 2022 IEEE.

Dengue Fever presents a substantial global health challenge, necessitating the development of accurate predictive models for effective disease management. This research paper conducts a comprehensive analysis of a Long ShortTerm Memory (LSTM) neural network-based model for forecasting Dengue cases in the Philippines. The study includes data preprocessing, model development using TensorFlow and Keras, and thorough evaluation using metrics such as Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Mean Squared Error (MSE), Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE), and Rsquared (R2). The dataset, 'Dengue Cases in the Philippines,' provides a detailed historical record of Dengue fever cases and fatalities across various regions, enabling a thorough analysis of temporal and spatial dynamics. Data preprocessing involves label encoding, normalization, and careful data splitting to ensure accurate model training and testing. The LSTM neural network architecture is optimized through hyperparameter tuning, including learning rate, batch size, and epochs, to improve prediction accuracy. Model performance is rigorously evaluated, with an MAE of 913, indicating areas for further improvement. While the model shows promise, there is room for refinement. This study contributes to the field by exploring the feasibility of LSTM models for Dengue prediction, with insights that may inform future research in disease forecasting and public health strategies. Limitations, ethical considerations, and recommendations for further work are discussed. © 2024 IEEE.

Heart disease is rapidly overtaking other causes of death in India, and it is a major threat to both men and women. Among the top causes of mortality throughout the globe, heart disease ranks first. Therefore, it is crucial to accurately and rapidly forecast cardiac problems at an early stage to guarantee the lives of millions of people. In the realm of medicine, machine learning has become more important. The realm of machine learning is where the idea of boosting first appeared. The underlying premise is that by merging multiple cases into a more accurate forecast, the accuracy of a rather ineffective classifying tool may be improved. Subsequently, this overarching idea was implemented in statistical modeling. The purpose of this research is to evaluate and contrast the performance of four popular boosting algorithms for machine learning in the context of cardiac illness diagnosis and prediction. The emergence of 5 G and 6 G networks promises significant advancements in the Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) by enabling real-time medical data transmission and continuous connectivity for mobile healthcare devices. However, traditional Handover (HO) mechanisms face latency, security, energy consumption, and scalability challenges when supporting fast-moving and dense IoMT environments. This paper presents a secure and fast mobility handover scheme for IoMT in 5 G and future 6 G networks, incorporating a predictive algorithm, Blockchain-Based (BC-B) decentralized authentication mechanism, and AI-driven anomaly detection. The predictive algorithm anticipates device movement and pre-allocates resources at the target Base Station (BS), reducing HO latency by 20–30 % in 5 G and up to 40 % in 6 G. Meanwhile, blockchain-based authentication ensures tamper-proof and decentralized security, reducing vulnerability to cyberattacks by 90 % compared to traditional methods. Additionally, the energy consumption during HO events is reduced by 20–35 %, dropping from 15 mJ in traditional schemes to 12 mJ in 5 G and further to 10 mJ in 6 G. The scheme also incorporates AI-driven anomaly detection, achieving an accuracy of 96.7 %, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential security threats. The analyzed scheme maintains consistent throughput with less than 5 % reduction and scales effectively for up to 300 devices per cell. The simulation results demonstrate significant improvements across key performance metrics, including latency, security, energy efficiency, and scalability, making this approach highly suitable for critical IoMT applications such as telesurgery, remote patient monitoring, and innovative healthcare environments. These advancements position the analyzed framework as a cornerstone for next-generation (NG) healthcare networks. © 2025 The Authors
