EEG emotion signal feature extraction is computationally intensive and the classification accuracy of the model is not high. Therefore, it can seriously affect the overall performance of classification algorithms. In order to better apply deep learning methods to EEG emotion recognition classification. To address the above problems, this paper uses the Fast Fourier Transformation algorithm to extract richer and more complete multi-channel feature information in feature extraction. At the same time, for the problem of low classification accuracy, an improved Bi-LSTM classification model is proposed. Finally, the model proposed in this paper is verified by 32-channel EEG signal data. The experimental results show that the classification method proposed improves the accuracy of Arousal to 93.35% and Valence to 93.09%. Compared with other models, the improved Bi-LSTM model has an excellent performance in EEG emotion recognition. Meanwhile, this paper explores the brain emotion mechanism by the accuracy of the improved model for different brain region channels, showing that the brain regions with the highest emotional relevance are the parietal and frontal lobes in the brain. © 2022 Taiwan Ubiquitous information CO LTD. A biometric identifier, in contrast to other identifiers used for authentication, is a quantitative evaluation of an individual's physical attributes that is successfully used to confirm or validate the identification. Because of its remarkable and consistent texture variation, iris recognition is thought to be the most dependable biometric recognition. Concerns about security, authentication, and identification are growing in importance across all domains as technology advances daily. High-security applications use these unique patterns for iris recognition. To increase the security of biometric applications without jeopardizing individual privacy, this research suggests a novel FL technique for privacy-preserving iris detection. Traditional biometric systems rely on centralised data storage and processing, which threatens data security and misuse. Federated Learning: decentralized model training that allows multiple federated clients (like mobile devices or edge servers) to collaboratively train a global model without sharing their raw iris data. We explore how this architecture can be applied to iris detection systems, maintaining accuracy while mitigating privacy risks. Our method ensures that iris features are learned locally on individual devices, and only encrypted model updates are shared with the central server. To strengthen privacy, we incorporate differential privacy and secure aggregation techniques to prevent data leakage during model training. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed framework in maintaining high detection accuracy, low communication overhead, and robust privacy guarantees. © 2024 IEEE.

software testing is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambiguities in the requirements during specification,which affect the testing ***,it is difficult to identify all faults in *** requirement changes continuously,it increases the irrelevancy and redundancy during *** to these challenges;fault detection capability decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing process,which is based on changes in requirements *** this research,we have developed a model to resolve testing challenges through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-based *** research objective is to identify the most relevant and meaningful requirements through semantic analysis for correct change *** compute the similarity of requirements through case-based reasoning,which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based ***,the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to select relevant test cases based on frequently reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection ***,the proposed model was evaluated by conducting *** results showed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to semantic analysis,which correctly predicted the requirements,increasing the fault detection rate and resulting in high user *** predicted requirements are mapped into test cases,increasing the fault detection rate after changes to achieve higher user ***,the model improves the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements by more than 90%compared to other clustering methods and the analytical hierarchical process,achieving an 80%fault detection rate at an earlier ***,it provides guidelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern *** the future,we will provide the working prototype of this model for proof of concept.

Climate change is considered a global disaster that has wreaked havoc worldwide. Climate change conditions are primarily driven due to emission of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases. Around the globe, several countries are facing serious challenges related to global warming and climate change. The adverse effects of global warming and climate change are recently observed in the form heat waves, floods, extreme rainfall events and drought conditions. The escalating CO2 emission level causes threats of food security and water scarcity. To overcome this, timely and accurate CO2 emissions forecasting is essential for developing effective mitigation strategies in such a manner that CO2 emission impacts can be reduced. The aim of this study is to forecast the total CO2 emissions of upcoming years using various statistical, machine learning models such as ARIMA (Auto-Regressive Integrated Moving Average), SARIMA (Seasonal ARIMA), Linear Regression, and Decision tree regressor. We had forecasted CO2 emission on the basis of influencing factors, which highly contributes in CO2 emission. The performance of the models is validated using multiple evaluation metrics such as MAE, MSE RMSE,MAPE and R2 square. The results show that CO2 emission is highly affected by fossil fuel consumption. In particular, Linear regression performs better among all applied models, with R2 value 0.93 and MAE, RMSE and MAPE values 5.52, 6.47 and 0.03, respectively. Our research delineates the results and insights that will assist concerned authorities, policymakers and environmental agencies. The present study also aim to inform authorities, helping them to better understand the future of CO2 emission trajectories and make timely efforts and interventions to tackle the climate change and global warming challenges. © 2024 IEEE.

Artificial intelligence techniques like natural language processing and others, have shown encouraging improvements in recognizing complex relationships in a wide range of textual data, including clinical notes, social media posts, and interviews. The paper provides brief overview of Brain-computer Interface (BCI), highlighting BCI-based assisting technologies for disabled persons in healthcare applications as one of the key priorities. Cardiotocography measures the fetal heart rate in the fetus during pregnancy to ensure physical health because cardiotocography gives data about fetal heart rate and uterine shrinkages which is very beneficial to detect whether the fetus is normal or suspect or *** cardiotocography measures infer wrongly and give wrong predictions because of human *** traditional way of reading the cardiotocography measures is the time taken and belongs to numerous human errors as *** condition is very important to measure at numerous stages and give proper medications to the fetus for its *** the current period Machine learning(ML)is a well-known classification strategy used in the biomedical field on various issues because ML is very fast and gives appropriate results that are better than traditional *** techniques play a pivotal role in detecting fetal disease in its early *** research article uses Federated machine learning(FML)and ML techniques to classify the condition of the *** study proposed a model for the detection of bio-signal cardiotocography that uses FML and ML techniques to train and test the ***,the proposed model of FML used numerous data preprocessing techniques to overcome data deficiency and achieves 99.06%and 0.94%of prediction accuracy and misprediction rate,respectively,and parallel the proposed model applying K-nearest neighbor(KNN)and achieves 82.93%and 17.07%of prediction accuracy and misprediction accuracy,***,by comparing both models FML outperformed the KNN technique and achieved the best and most appropriate prediction results as compared with previous studies the proposed study achieves the best and most accurate results.

Active Queue Management (AQM) methods control the router's buffer to maintain high network performance and control congestion at the router buffer. Random Early Detection (RED) method is the most well-known and the most utilized AQM. RED suffers from a high dropping rate, which motivates the later AQM methods to use more complex processes, which reach the limits of using fuzzy systems as a processing technique. Yet, high computational cost affects the router's performance specifically and the network as a whole, with so-called processing delay. In this paper, a linear version of RED (LRED) is presented to reduce the computational cost of the original RED and maintain the network performance in terms of throughput, delay, dropping, and loss. LRED is built based on two distinctive features, simplifying the congestion indicator calculation and reducing the operations in calculating the dropping probability. The experimental results showed that the proposed method reduces the delay and the processing time while maintaining the throughput and loss of the RED method. © 2022 Slovene Society Informatika. Well-working Internet connectivity is a fundamental citizen right and a necessity in modern digital societies. Nevertheless, the digital divide persists and often affects rural or remote areas. To bridge the digital divide, we need to understand the specific rural use cases and challenges. This would increase understanding about problems weak Internet connectivity causes, what is required from the connectivity technology and what is needed from policymakers and regulation. The goal of this paper is to identify rural use cases and analyze consequences to future connectivity technology through a mixed-methods approach: we investigated the divide and its consequences by a questionnaire and interviews conducted in northern Europe. The study found that the main issues faced by rural internet users are related to capacity, availability, and vulnerability of internet services. These issues hinder their daily life, work activities, and expose them to system-level risks. The article discusses how these findings can inform the development of more inclusive and resilient internet connectivity solutions. © 2024 IEEE.

Evaluation of Electronic Medical Certification (EMC) is integral to today's healthcare systems since they are a consolidated database of individual patients' medical histories. Security measures and privacy issues are standard in electronic medical certification. Incompatible systems make sharing data across healthcare providers difficult, which may lead to data breaches and a lack of patient authority over their medical data. Blockchain has become essential for real-world corporate applications where confidentiality of information is paramount. The handling of security in medical records through a decentralized peer-to-peer network might be revolutionized by blockchain technology and improving the protection of the interchange of healthcare records. This study proposes a lightweight flask framework-based blockchain strategy to store and display patient status and transaction log information about their disease diagnosis. In a potential Blockchain system, the diseased patients act as assets, and their records contain any prior illnesses as blocks. The report analyzes a lot of national and international EHR standards. It identifies which of these interoperability needs to be addressed, discusses the interoperability challenges in but also outlines the standards. Current blockchain-based EHR frameworks. Without the suggested has the requirement for centralized systems. By using this framework, the healthcare industry can be provided safer ways to while also providing the exchange of health information. It offers features of immutability, security, and user control over stored records. This work contributes to an understanding of what potential Blockchain technology has offered an interoperable application in the EHR frameworks. Meet the blockchain-based EHR framework.
