In this paper, a space vector modulation implementation is done via ATmega2560 microcontroller with the Arduino development board. The control parameters are defined by the user in MATLAB software and sent to Arduino to start or stop the controller or to change the controller parameters. Space vector switching times for chosen parameters are calculated and given. The implemented algorithm is validated via Typhoon HIL 402 system on a three-phase inverter model for two different operation points. Voltage and current waveforms are obtained in Typhoon HIL. Line and phase voltage, as well as the phase current spectrum analysis is done via Typhoon HIL and processed in MATLAB for given system parameters. The measurement results validates the implemented space vector control algorithm. © 2022 IEEE.

The "ethical by design" approach involves examining all stages of a lifecycle of technology to ensure that they are ethically justifiable and socially sustainable. Building on our work on the ethics of autonomous intelligent robocars, and studies of the literature on the ethics of robotics, we propose for robot applications a set of values and ethical principles including safety, security, privacy, transparency, and explainability, accountability, fairness, human control, well-being, autonomy and freedom, and sustainability. This may help stakeholders in the field of intelligent autonomous robotics to connect ethical principles with their applications. Most ethical considerations we identified in our work on autonomous cars are relevant to all AI-powered robots, but robots require additional examination depending on their application domain, such as social robots (care robots, personal companions, robots used in education, health care, elderly care, education, entertainment, chat-bots), industrial robots, etcetera. Thus, existing ethical frameworks need to be applied in a context-sensitive way, by assessments in interdisciplinary, multi-competent teams through multi-criteria analysis. Furthermore, we argue for the need for continuous development of ethical principles, guidelines, and regulations, informed by the progress of technologies and involving relevant stakeholders. Artificial intelligence technologies for the mobile health and smart hospitals are important, by applying predictive Analytics and Deep Learning algorithms and developing new models. The main objective is applying artificial Intelligence methods in the medical field, especially for heart/brain stroke diseases diagnosis and prediction for emergency patients' cases. Thus, to save patients' lives, also through the integration with IoT and wearable technologies, which are integrated with AI and DL algorithms that help to make sense of bio signals predictive analytics such as biomedical sensors processing. and complex diseases predictions and early detection like heart and stroke diseases. Also dealing with EMG sensors for stroke prediction. Moreover, Intelligent Mobile Health based on our previously introduced project of AI smart hospital and Mobile AI stroke prediction system for connected health and stroke emergencies. In this paper, a new deep learning model has been built and tested for Stroke EMG signal prediction by modifying the Inception-v3 architecture and other deep learning models. Also, this paper compares current results of Mobile AI health Inception model with our previous developed Mobile AI stroke engine that depends on hybrid LSTM deep learning for EMG signals prediction. Both models have achieved high accuracies. Moreover, the inception model is more stable and higher average accuracies that reaches 98%. Moreover, AI research and future industry implementations for Generative AI Dell Technologies servers is discussed. © 2024 IEEE.

Patient medical information in all forms is crucial to keep private and secure,particularly when medical data communication occurs through insecure ***,there is a bad need for protecting and securing the color medical images against impostors and *** this paper,an optical medical image security approach is *** is based on the optical bit-plane Jigsaw Transform(JT)and Fractional Fourier Transform(FFT).Different kernels with a lone lens and a single arbitrary phase code are exploited in this security approach.A preceding bit-plane scrambling process is conducted on the input color medical images prior to the JT and FFT processes to accomplish a tremendous level of robustness and *** confirm the efficiency of the suggested security approach for secure color medical image communication,various assessments on different color medical images are examined based on different statistical security ***,a comparative analysis is introduced between the suggested security approach and other conventional cryptography *** simulation outcomes acquired for performance assessment demonstrate that the suggested security approach is highly *** has excellent encryption/decryption performance and superior security results compared to conventional cryptography approaches with achieving recommended values of average entropy and correlation coefficient of 7.63 and 0.0103 for encrypted images.

The growing advancement of different jobs, skills and businesses has stimulated the spread of diseases. Most of the time, these diseases can cross countries’ borders and spread at a very rapid rate. Avoiding and detecting these infections have proved to be a major problem for our public health and one that must be treated with great importance. Crop disease has haunted, farmers have been victimized for several decades, and a remedy must be offered to halt this damage. As a result, a system should be developed to detect plant disease. Untreated plant diseases ultimately result in a loss to the farmer. Traditional methods of detecting plant disease have become less efficient and inaccurate;thus there is need to improve on the techniques of plant disease detection, as a reliable detection of plant diseases will greatly improve the quality of food crops produced and decrease the threat plant diseases pose to food security. Therefore, this study is aimed at analyzing comparatively, two machine learning language techniques convolutional neural network (CNN) and support vector machine (SVM) in terms of their respective accuracy in detecting plant diseases through their leaves in which both algorithms are used for the automatic diagnosis of plant disease. From the experimental test conducted on various plants using CNN and SVM algorithms, CNN had an accuracy of 98%, while SVM had an accuracy of 62% on various plant leaves used. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Recently,deep learning(DL)became one of the essential tools in bioinformatics.A modified convolutional neural network(CNN)is employed in this paper for building an integratedmodel for deoxyribonucleic acid(DNA)*** any CNN model,convolutional layers are used to extract features followed by max-pooling layers to reduce the dimensionality of features.A novel method based on downsampling and CNNs is introduced for feature *** downsampling is an improved form of the existing pooling layer to obtain better classification *** two-dimensional discrete transform(2D DT)and two-dimensional random projection(2D RP)methods are applied for *** convert the high-dimensional data to low-dimensional data and transform the data to the most significant feature ***,there are parameters which directly affect how a CNN model is *** this paper,some issues concerned with the training of CNNs have been *** CNNs are examined by changing some hyperparameters such as the learning rate,size of minibatch,and the number of *** and assessment of the performance of CNNs are carried out on 16S rRNA bacterial *** results indicate that the utilization of a CNN based on wavelet subsampling yields the best trade-off between processing time and accuracy with a learning rate equal to 0.0001,a size of minibatch equal to 64,and a number of epochs equal to 20.

The global incidence of Alzheimer's Disease(AD)is on a swift *** Electroencephalogram(EEG)signals is an effective tool for the identification of AD and its initial Mild Cognitive Impairment(MCI)stage using machine learning *** of AD using EEG involves multi-channel ***,the use of multiple channels may impact the classification performance due to data redundancy and *** this work,a hybrid EEG channel selection is proposed using a combination of Reptile Search Algorithm and Snake Optimizer(RSO)for AD and MCI detection based on decomposition *** Mode Decomposition(EMD),Low-Complexity Orthogonal Wavelet Filter Banks(LCOWFB),Variational Mode Decomposition,and discrete-wavelet transform decomposition techniques have been employed for subbands-based EEG *** extracted thirty-four features from each subband of EEG ***,a hybrid RSO optimizer is compared with five individual metaheuristic algorithms for effective channel *** effectiveness of this model is assessed by two publicly accessible AD EEG *** accuracy of 99.22% was achieved for binary classification from RSO with EMD using 4(out of 16)EEG ***,the RSO with LCOWFBs obtained 89.68%the average accuracy for three-class classification using 7(out of 19)*** performance reveals that RSO performs better than individual Metaheuristic algorithms with 60%fewer channels and improved accuracy of 4%than existing AD detection techniques.
