The idea of separating the management plane from the data-forwarding gear was first introduced by software-Defined Networking (SDN), which has brought about a revolutionary new age in networking. This innovation makes networks programmable, flexible, and dynamically reconfigurable. These characteristics have great potential for the field of computer science in the cloud, where dynamic adjustments and reconfiguration are essential owing to on-demand consumption patterns. The many simulation and empirical assessment techniques that have been created expressly for SDN-enabled cloud settings are also highlighted by us. Video in an outdoor environment suffers from the haze problem due to smoke, dust, and other particles in the atmosphere. The quality of video under these atmospheric conditions is clearly/dramatically degraded, leading to poor contrast and information leakage. The proposed algorithm in this paper depends on pre-processing of video frames prior to the dehazing process. Different enhancement techniques are used to remove noise and control the dynamic range, because each frame has some noise due to sensor measurement errors. This noise might be magnified during the haze removal process, if totally neglected. Previous dehazing algorithms enhance the video contrast and reduce frame degradation. We use optimized dehazing algorithms, namely a dual-transmission-map dehazing algorithm, and a recursive Deep Residual Learning (DRL) network, as dehazing tools. We modify the previous dehazing algorithms to generate new algorithms to be suitable not only for visible frames but also for Near Infrared (NIR) frames. In the optimized dehazing algorithms, the haze effect is reduced, according to the hazing model. In the dual-transmission-map dehazing algorithm, the effect of attenuation parameter R and attenuation weight U on the dehazed frames is investigated. A dual-transmission-map algorithm, depending on the Dark Channel Prior (DCP) technique, is studied. We study the effect of a regularization parameter Ω on the visible and NIR dehazed frames without and with enhancement techniques. For the recursive deep residual learning algorithm, we increase the number of iterations in the DRL network from three iterations in the traditional DRL algorithm without denoising techniques to nine iterations, in order to explore the impact of increasing the number of iterations on the output dehazed frames. This research aims to find the best deep learning model to do Chinese sentimental analysis. BERT's model may work well in the English language but not work in the Chinese language. English is easier to encode in embedding space, and words are separated by space characters, unlike Chinese words, which do not exist separate by the area. BERT Chinese model work on character level encoding is not enough to make the BERT model adapt to Chinese NLP tasks. The BERT Model and ERNIE models are the current state of art pre-training language models. Word level embeddings and input is needed to improve the BERT model to perform in Chinese Sentiment Analysis. With the motivation to improve the Chinese Sentiment Analysis, this study will explore the role of different models to propose a better version of the ERNIE model. This study will limit the scope to improve Chinese sentiment analysis among different NLP tasks. © 2023 IEEE.

The issue of signal outages in sub-THz frequency communication for future 6G networks is addressed by this research. A machine learning method is proposed, employing Random Forest and K-Means algorithms to predict the optimal frequency band and outage probabilities for UAV relays. Both space and frequency diversity are explored to enhance signal strength, and metasurface-carrying UAVs are introduced with a 16 × 16 mm2 design. This design significantly reduces the predicted outage probability from 0.1% to 0.0178%. Finally, triangular and hexagonal UAV swarm formations with metasurfaces are investigated, demonstrating improved performance through heatmap results. © (2024), (Electromagnetics Academy). Twitter has been observed to be one of the essential data resources for dependable event accreditation. In any case, Twitter-based event affirmation structures can't guarantee assessment concerning their attestation results. Talk statement has been locked in starting late to enable liberal event Recognition. This problem is not yet evident in light of the assumption that most people tend to think that they have a specific limit to the data on Twitter that have frames based on events based on Twitter. Current appraisals see new pieces by seeing and looking at the significant psychological aspects of hitting the details on Twitter. No matter, the scale of the visual cues can be well established, with the intention that it is essential to design an integrated Twitter experiment with another set of extensible data resources to rectify this problem. The problem is the processes by which you should wholeheartedly investigate all converted data because it has different data structures, transfer times, etc. This issue of address, the paper proposes a framework for evaluating the use of Twitter-based events and examines two types of data resources for the reliability of impact testing. Our framework uses the resultant of the request obtaining by various events and relevant to the articles on it. This paper has improved the cleaning test with the proposed process how the integrity estimation of twitter based event can be recognized with the help of group of analyzed data. The evaluation indicates that the proposed system provides visible high-level testing events and a variety of low-level testing events. © 2024 IEEE.

Given the variety of fire and smoke, which are distinguished by variances in texture and color, it is extremely difficult to detect fire and smoke from visual imagery. A significant amount of economic and environmental harm has resulted from fire and smoke incidents around the world. In order to prevent property damage and save lives, fires must be detected as soon as possible, for example, forest fires, which frequently occur in the summer yet are easily avoidable. Using cutting-edge deep learning models including Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), VGG16, Vision Transformer (ViT), and MobileViT, we offer a thorough method for classifying fire and smoke in this study. We also provide an innovative model dubbed EfficientViT, which combines the advantages of the MobileViT and Inverted Residual layers. The correct classification of visual images into the categories of fire and smoke is our main goal. We show that EfficientViT beats the other developed models, obtaining an amazing accuracy of 0.92, through a thorough experimentation and evaluation. This demonstrates how well our suggested model works at correctly differentiating between incidents of fire and smoke. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

Given maize’s significant role as a staple crop, it becomes imperative to carry out precise crop yield prediction to ensure food security. This research employs machine learning algorithms to analyze historical data related to maize crop yields, with the aim of developing a predictive model. The outcome of this study can serve as a valuable tool for pre-harvest planning and measuring crop production per unit of land area. The dataset utilized in this research spans from 2010 to 2021 and was sourced from Ethiopia’s Central Statistical Agency. Three machine learning regression algorithms—Logistic Regression, XGBoost, and Random Forest—were employed to design the predictive model. After data preparation and preprocessing, a total of 436,358 records were used for model development. The models were further trained with reduced features using principal component analysis (PCA). The experimental results demonstrate that the Random Forest algorithm, trained with a reduced number of features through PCA, yielded superior performance, with a lower error rate and a high R2 score of 0.98. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.
