The automatic detection of noisy channels in surface Electromyogram(sEMG)signals,at the time of recording,is very critical in making a noise-free EMG *** an EMG signal contaminated by high-level noise is recorded,then it will be useless and can’t be used for any healthcare *** this research work,a new machine learning-based paradigm is proposed to automate the detection of low-level and high-level noises occurring in different channels of high density and multi-channel sEMG signals.A modiﬁed version of mel fre-quency cepstral coefﬁcients(mMFCC)is proposed for the extraction of features from sEMG channels along with other statistical parameters i-e complexity coef-ﬁcient,hurst exponent,and root mean *** state-of-the-art classiﬁers such as Support Vector Machine(SVM),Ensemble Bagged Trees,Ensemble Sub-space Discriminant,and Logistic Regression are used to automatically identify an EMG channel either bad or good based on these extracted ***-based analyses of these classiﬁers have also been considered based on total classi-ﬁcation accuracy,prediction speed(observations/sec),and processing *** proposed method is tested on 320 simulated EMG channels as well as 640 experi-mental EMG *** is used as our main classiﬁer for the detection of noisy channels which gives a total classiﬁcation accuracy of 99.4%for simulated EMG channels whereas accuracy of 98.9%is achieved for experimental EMG channels.

In cipher algorithms,the encryption and decryption are based on the same *** are some limitations in cipher algorithms,for example in polyalphabetic substitution cipher the key size must be equal to plaintext otherwise it will be repeated and if the key is known then encryption becomes *** paper aims to improve the said limitations by designing of Triple key security algorithm(TKS)in which the key is modified on polyalphabetic substitution cipher to maintain the size of the key and *** plaintext character is substituted by an alternative *** mode of substitution is transformed cyclically which depends on the current position of the modified *** keys are used in the encryption and decryption process on 8 or 16 rounds with the Exclusively-OR(XOR)of the 1st *** study also identifies a single-key attack on multiple rounds block cipher in mobile communications and applied the proposed technique to prevent the *** utilization of the TKS algorithm,the decryption is illustrated,and security is analyzed in detail with mathematical examples.

A Neural Network Framework for Classifying Educational Content Aligned with Learning Outcomes

Rapid growth of digital educational content necessitates efficient and accurate methods for organizing and mapping resources to ensure well-alignment with targeted learning outcomes, academic standards, and competency frameworks. Traditional text classification approaches, including rule-based and classical machine learning techniques, often fail to address the semantic diversity and scalability demands of modern educational systems. This study investigates the application of neural networks for text classification to automate the mapping of educational content into predefined categories. Leveraging state-of-the-art architectures such as Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks, and transformers like BERT, we present an architecture of a systematic Classification of educational materials. We discuss the implications of this work for adaptive learning environments, emphasizing the potential of neural networks to enhance the efficiency and scalability of content mapping. This study contributes to the growing body of research in artificial intelligence for education and sets the stage for further exploration into multilingual and domain-specific content classification methods.

Among Women, Breast cancer is one of the maximum occurring diseases. Many women die every year because of breast cancer globally. Early prediction and diagnosis of this disease can prevent death in the end. The survival rate increases on detecting breast cancer early as better treatment can be provided. Development in prediction and diagnosis is necessary for the life of people. A higher amount of accuracy in the prediction of breast cancer is necessary for the treatment aspects and also for the survivability of patients. It is apparent that there are different techniques available in breast cancer detection but machine learning algorithms can bring a large contribution to the process of prediction and early diagnosis of breast cancer. In this study, we use a Wisconsin dataset which was collected from a scientific dataset of 569 breast cancer. Out of 569 patients, 63% were diagnosed with benign and 37% were diagnosed with malignant cancer. The benign tumor grows slowly and does not spread. We apply five machine learning algorithms to this dataset and train a model for predicting malignant and benign tissues (BCs). Algorithms are K-Nearest neighbor, Support vector machine, Decision tree, Deep learning, and Random-forest respectively. The effectiveness of these algorithms is evaluated in terms of accuracy, F measure, confusion matrix, and specificity. By comparing the results deep learning classifier gives the highest accuracy and outclass all the other classifiers by attaining an accuracy of 9S.l3%. SVM gives an accuracy of 97.66% whereas KNN gives an accuracy of 95.79% etc. © 2023 IEEE.

Differential privacy offers a promising solution to balance data utility and user privacy. This paper compares two prominent differential privacy tools-PyDP and IBM's diffprivlib-that are applied to a synthetic dataset with medical attributes. We evaluate these tools based on their effectiveness in maintaining data privacy while preserving the statistical integrity of the data. Our results reveal that PyDP provides synthetic data that closely matches real-world data, making it appropriate for tasks requiring accuracy while striking a better balance between data utility and privacy. However, IBM's diffprivlib is more suitable for privacy-critical applications due to its stronger privacy guarantees, but at the cost of increased noise and decreased data utility. This paper contributes to the practical understanding of implementing differential privacy in machine learning and software applications and enhances the tools available for developers in sensitive data environments. © 2025 IEEE.

This paper investigates the suitability of advanced deep learning models for precise diagnosis of lung cancer from MRI images. Recurrent neural networks (RNN), K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), ResNet50, and convolutional neural networks (CNN) were all carefully evaluated to determine their unique contributions. The CNN showed off its good performance and capacity to recognize intricate patterns in lung images, achieving an accuracy of 92.3%. KNN demonstrated competitive results, demonstrating the adaptability of non-parametric methods for medical image classification. Remarkably, ResNet50 fared extremely well, exhibiting a remarkable accuracy of 94.8% and verifying the value of deep residual networks in differentiating between intricate features. RNNs gave the analysis a temporal dimension and contributed to its 89.5% accuracy. Information from confusion matrices containing comprehensive classification results was useful in refining the model. Spatial representations of expected cancer cell locations showed the effectiveness of the models by giving doctors visual cues for targeted interventions. Comparisons with the literature show that the results are in line with recent developments in deep learning for medical image analysis. Because of its comprehensive assessment of different deep learning architectures, which provides fresh perspectives that advance the field of lung cancer detection technologies, this work is an invaluable resource for future research. © 2024 IEEE.

Considering the fact that the test case runs abnormally and the test case execution fails during the development and debugging of the 5G terminal protocol conformance test system. Here useful approach is implemented by embedding data copy and storage module in the system, which completes the encapsulation, copy and storage of massive data generated during the operation of the system, so that equipment developers can correctly locate the errors in the system according to the data, and repair the system loopholes to ensure the stability and accuracy of the system. © 2024 IEEE.

Internet of things is progressing very rapidly and involving multiple domains of everyday life including environment, governance, healthcare system, transportation system, energy management system, etc. smart city is a platform for collecting and storing the information that is accessed through various sensor-based IoT devices and make their information available in required and authorized domains. This interoperability can be achieved by semantic web technology. In this paper, I have reviewed multiple papers related to IoT in Smart Cities and presented a comparison among the semantic parameters. This study proposes a comprehensive method to reduce the problems posed by global air pollution. To measure pollution levels and raise public awareness, the research uses a comprehensive strategy that incorporates image processing, time series analysis, chatbot, and facemask recognition. Time series analysis is used to build prediction models by recognizing historical patterns, and image processing techniques are used to examine cloud pictures for precise pollution predictions. Chatbots provide real time communication and may educate the public on environmental facts, health risks, and safety procedures. Additionally, it has a facemask identification system that monitors and promotes the use of masks. Importantly this not only encourages users to take action to reduce pollution but also utilizes predictive models to help mitigate pollution's consequences. These components result in improved public health, environmental conservation, and sustainability. The outcomes reflect significant advantages, with evidence of accuracy and its positive impact on both awareness and proactive measures to combat air pollution. © 2023 IEEE.
