Federated learning has been used extensively in business inno-vation scenarios in various *** research adopts the federated learning approach for the first time to address the issue of bank-enterprise information asymmetry in the credit assessment ***,this research designs a credit risk assessment model based on federated learning and feature selection for micro and small enterprises(MSEs)using multi-dimensional enterprise data and multi-perspective enterprise *** proposed model includes four main processes:namely encrypted entity alignment,hybrid feature selection,secure multi-party computation,and global model ***,a two-step feature selection algorithm based on wrapper and filter is designed to construct the optimal feature set in multi-source heterogeneous data,which can provide excellent accuracy and *** addition,a local update screening strategy is proposed to select trustworthy model parameters for aggregation each time to ensure the quality of the global *** results of the study show that the model error rate is reduced by 6.22%and the recall rate is improved by 11.03%compared to the algorithms commonly used in credit risk research,significantly improving the ability to identify ***,the business operations of commercial banks are used to confirm the potential of the proposed model for real-world implementation.

In this study, we introduce a novel auction-based algorithm modeled as a decentralized coalition formation game, designed for the complex requirements of large-scale multi-robot task allocation under uncertain demand. This context is particularly illustrative in scenarios where robots are tasked to charge electric vehicles. The algorithm begins by partitioning a composite task sequence into distinct subsets based on spatial similarity principles. Subsequently, we employ a coalition formation game paradigm to coordinate the assembly of robots into cooperative coalitions focused on these distinct subsets. To mitigate the impact of unpredictable task demands on allocations, our approach utilizes the conditional value-at-risk to assess the risk associated with task execution, along with computing the potential revenue of the coalition with an emphasis on risk-related outcomes. Additionally, integrating consensus auctions into the coalition formation framework allows our approach to accommodate assignments for individual robot-task pairings, thus preserving the stability of individual robotic decision autonomy within the coalition structure and assignment distribution. Simulative analyses on a prototypical parking facility layout confirm that our algorithm achieves Nash equilibrium within the coalition structure in polynomial time and demonstrates significant scalability. Compared to competing algorithms, our proposal exhibits superior performance in resilience, task execution efficiency, and reduced overall task completion times. The results demonstrate that our approach is an effective strategy for solving the scheduling challenges encountered by multi-robot systems operating in complex environments. IEEE

Attacks on multimedia files by malicious users have become quite common, especially with the increase in the number of editing tools and their ease of use. Considering that such files can now be used both as evidence and for social visibility in all kinds of environments, it has become important to prove their authenticity. With the proposed method, the detection of merging forgeries in audio files has been carried out. For this purpose, the audio files received from the input are converted into cochleagram images. The PVTv2 based deep network architecture is trained with the generated cochleagram images. As a result of the training, the suspicious audio file given as input is labelled as original/fake. The proposed method gives 96.11% accuracy for 2s database, 94.63% accuracy for 3s database and 95.19% accuracy for 2s-3s database. © 2024 IEEE.

Since the early 2000s, Model-driven engineering has aimed to accomplish executable UML models. With fUML and PSCS, the Object Management Group (OMG) published standardized specifications of precise semantics for certain parts of UML in the form of metamodels, which form an execution environment. A certain characteristic of these environments is that static information about a model is analyzed and evaluated during runtime. With composite structures being a concept for describing structural properties of a model, the majority of execution semantics specified by PSCS concern analysis and processing of such static information about the model’s fine-grained structure. Thus, the PSCS specification appears suitable for a generative realization approach. Using Model-To-Text-Transformation to generate source code, which serves as an input for the actual execution environment, the runtime level of model executions can be relieved by outsourcing analysis and processing of static information to the level of code generation. By inserting this preprocessing step, the performance of the actual model execution at runtime can be improved. This paper introduces an implementation of the PSCS specification for C++ based on code generation using Model-to-Text-Transformation. This also includes a generative approach to realize an extension mechanism of the fUML and PSCS execution environments by introducing user-defined semantic execution strategies. The proposed PSCS implementation was developed as a part of the MDE4CPP project. Moreover, this paper presents a set of test models validating the correct functionality of the implementation as well as a performance benchmark. Finally, analysis results of an application example for the presented realization are evaluated and discussed. © 2023, Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

software defect prediction is the methodical process of identifying code segments that are likely to have problems. This is done by analyzing software metrics and using categorization algorithms. This work introduces an alternate approach that utilizes ensemble learning techniques to improve the effectiveness of fault detection models. The models utilized in this study are CodeGPT and CodeBERT, both of which are transformer-based deep learning models that can extract code features from source code. The models are trained using the PROMISE dataset, which consists of Java projects that have been labeled with defects. The test results show that using ensemble learning methods can improve the accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score of a single model by around 1-3%. This study contributes to the progress of software dependability and quality by utilizing advanced software fault prediction algorithms. © 2024 IEEE.

Child safety and well-being in daycare settings are important, thus it is vital that the persons in charge be attentive to them. This research tries to solve the problem by introducing a smart and detailed monitoring system that utilizes new technology to enhance safety and support caretakers. The system has various innovative features, such as child missing detection, behavior and facial expression analysis, cry analysis and categorization, and fall detection. Using high-resolution cameras and on-device Edge AI capabilities, it ensures real-time surveillance of children's activities while protecting privacy. The approach integrates behavior and facial expression analysis to assess emotional states, cry recognition to discover childcare needs, as well as a useful fall detection system that can tell the difference between falls and other movements. All these parts synergize to hand over the necessary information to the caregivers on time and in a way that they can act upon. The quantitative experiments in real-time childcare centers show high accuracy through all the components, attesting to the system's reliability and durability. This research has important significance in improving the safety and the frequency response in daycare centers because it gives caregivers automated tools to quickly address the needs of children. While promising, the system has drawbacks, such as potential biases in data models and a reliance on ideal environmental circumstances. Future work intends to improve flexibility across varied daycare situations, improve accuracy through larger datasets, and investigate ethical frameworks for wider application. © 2024 IEEE.

This comprehensive review starts with diving into the progress and real-world applications of combining multi-omics data analysis with machine learning techniques in cancer research. Multi-omics involves examining various biological data types like genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics together to enhance our understanding of complex biological systems. By merging machine learning with multiomics data, we highlight the advantages for cancer studies, the deeper insights they yield and increased performance and results. Furthermore, we explore existing literature that showcases the integration of multi-omics and machine learning in cancer research. As part of our study, we conduct an experiment utilizing a multiomics dataset to predict the survival of breast cancer patients. We compare three distinct machine learning methods-ensemble, DeepProg, and DCAP-for survival prediction and conclude that despite the ensemble method that increased the prediction results of DeepProg over DCAP in multi-model setting, but the primitive capacity for DCAP is better in single model setting and achieves higher accuracy than DeepProg with noticeable margin 0.628 to 0.57 on C-Index metric, which strongly recommends using Denoising Autoencoder as the base for dimensionality reduction over the vanilla Autoencoder. Another empirical results conclude that using gaussian mixture model with diagonal covariance matrix for Clustering, which is used in DeepProg, might hinder the process for identifying reasonable clusters due to the assumption of no or zero correlation between different features which might not hold true in our problem. © 2023 IEEE.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is a slowly progressing, irreversible brain condition that weakens memory and negatively affects the patient's quality of life. Alzheimer's disease (AD) can be identified using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) data. For an early diagnosis of the disease, various medical and diagnostic approaches are being investigated. Even while MRI is a useful tool for locating AD-related brain symptoms, the acquisition process is time-consuming, largely because workflow bottlenecks must be manually evaluated. In order to find the best effective method for detecting the disease, this research examines the basic technique for analyzing MRI images. To carry out our study to slow progression of the disease by the use of Alzheimer's disease (AD) prognosis, a dataset from The Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI) will be imported and fitted. The outcomes highlight the tremendous potential of integrating imaging data for automated categorization of Alzheimer's disease (AD) using multidisciplinary AI techniques. With a deep three-dimensional convolutional network (3D CNN) being used to handle the three-dimensional MRI input and a Transformer encoder being applied to manage the genetic sequence input, the suggested solution merges machine learning, bioinformatics, and other image processing techniques. After various experiments by checking the results accuracy, it is stated that the CNN model is never enough to provide us with the desired accuracy either by training on both skull stripped data or the GM tissue segmented data. Although, it is relatively better at the skull stripped dataset training, but the results accuracy and predicted classes show that inferring some classifiers after extracting the features from the CNN would increase the accuracy and results. Shield tunnel lining is prone to water leakage,which may further bring about corrosion and structural damage to the walls,potentially leading to dangerous *** avoid tedious and inefficient manual inspection,many projects use artificial intelligence(Al)to detect cracks and water leakage.A novel method for water leakage inspection in shield tunnel lining that utilizes deep learning is introduced in this *** proposal includes a ConvNeXt-S backbone,deconvolutional-feature pyramid network(D-FPN),spatial attention module(SPAM).and a detection *** can extract representative features of leaking areas to aid inspection *** further improve the model's robustness,we innovatively use an inversed low-light enhancement method to convert normally illuminated images to low light ones and introduce them into the training *** experiments are performed,achieving the average precision(AP)score of 56.8%,which outperforms previous work by a margin of 5.7%.Visualization illustrations also support our method's practical effectiveness.
