Buck converters are a common converter of DCDC used for high energy conversion and power sources. These regulators are utilized in electronic gear to alter the result voltage because of changes in the heap current and information voltage. Therefore, in order to react to enquiries in real time, an efficient control system is required. In this work, an upgraded Sine Cosine Algorithm (ISCA) with proportional-integral-derivative (PID) controller is proposed for Mult objective optimization of a DC-DC buck converter. Through two distinct modifications, the limitations of the traditional SCA were therefore addressed, leading to the innovative use of nonlinear equations in conjunction with instrumental mechanisms to update the average location. By contrasting its response for frequency, response for increment, uncertainties of parametric, statistics of time-space indispensable error execution, objective capability, and resistance from aggravation with the previous methods-based PID for buck converters of DC-DC, the suggested ISCA-PID technique's robustness was *** results obtained later revealed that the suggested approach outperformed its algorithmic predecessors in terms of the DC-DC buck converter's remarkably improved transient responsiveness.

DNA cryptography has been developed for nearly thirty years, and there is a lot of research on DNA based encryption and decryption. In 2018, Thangavel and Varlakshmi proposed an article “Enhanced DNA and ElGamal cryptosystem for secure data storage and retrieval in cloud”, they provide two cryptosystem schemes DNA and ElGamal. In this paper the authors would like to analyze security to DNA scheme, this is our research goal. We also prove it may occur insecure when the XOR operation using in special environment. The mathematical Proof and experimental evidence be demonstrated in this article, this is our method. The results point out it is not secure to Thangavel and Varlakshmi's DNA protocol.

Enhancing spatiotemporal wind power forecasting with meta-learning in data-scarce environments

Accurate wind power forecasting is critical for maintaining stable power grids, yet the inherent variability of wind and limited data availability for new wind farms present significant challenges. To address these issues, we present a novel artificial intelligence framework that integrates a self-attention enhanced Spatiotemporal Long Short-Term Memory (ST-LSTM) network with Model-Agnostic Meta-Learning (MAML), termed as the Meta-Learning Spatiotemporal Attention Long Short-Term Memory framework (MAML-STALSTM). This deep learning combination enables the model to effectively capture long-range spatiotemporal dependencies while rapidly adapting to new wind farm configurations or changing wind conditions with minimal training data. By employing rigorous data preprocessing techniques and ensuring temporal separation in data splitting, we mitigate potential data leakage and enhance the model's generalizability. Extensive experiments conducted on both onshore and offshore wind farm datasets demonstrate that our artificial intelligence approach outperforms established baseline models, particularly excelling in data-scarce environments. Ablation studies highlight the crucial roles of the self-attention mechanism and meta-learning in improving forecasting accuracy, adaptation speed, and model robustness. These results emphasize the practical benefits of our approach in enhancing grid stability and supporting the seamless integration of wind energy, thereby contributing significantly to the advancement of sustainable energy solutions. © 2025 The Authors

CLDG: Contrastive Learning on Dynamic Graphs

The graph with complex annotations is the most potent data type, whose constantly evolving motivates further exploration of the unsupervised dynamic graph representation. One of the representative paradigms is graph contrastive learning. It constructs self-supervised signals by maximizing the mutual information between the statistic graph’s augmentation views. However, the semantics and labels may change within the augmentation process, causing a significant performance drop in downstream tasks. This drawback becomes greatly magnified on dynamic graphs. To address this problem, we designed a simple yet effective framework named CLDG. Firstly, we elaborate that dynamic graphs have temporal translation invariance at different levels. Then, we proposed a sampling layer to extract the temporally-persistent signals. It will encourage the node to maintain consistent local and global representations, i.e., temporal translation invariance under the timespan views. The extensive experiments demonstrate the effectiveness and efficiency of the method on seven datasets by outperforming eight unsupervised state-of-the-art baselines and showing competitiveness against four semi-supervised methods. Compared with the existing dynamic graph method, the number of model parameters and training time is reduced by an average of 2,001.86 times and 130.31 times on seven datasets, respectively. Document retrieval plays an essential role in many real-world applications especially when the data storage is outsourced. Due to the great advantages offered by cloud computing, clients tend to outsource their personal data to remote servers maintained by external service providers. This raises serious privacy concerns about outsourced data because such providers are usually considered untrusted entities. The majority of previous schemes of document similarity search share the same limitation: they focus mainly on static collections. Dynamic searchable schemes (DSE) allow adding or removing documents at the expense of more leakage than static schemes. To thwart certain attacks, DSE schemes should support forward privacy property, which ensures that newly added documents cannot be related to previously issued search queries. We design and implement dynamic secure similarity search schemes with forward privacy for textual documents utilizing simhash method for hamming similarity. Our scheme provides an efficient search time and a sufficient level of privacy. To show the practicality of our proposed scheme, we performed excremental results with large document collections. © 2023 IEEE.

Graph convolutional neural network (GCN) is a powerful deep learning framework for network data. However, variants of graph neural architectures can lead to drastically different performance on different tasks. Model comparison calls for a unifying framework with interpretability and principled experimental procedures. Based on the theories from graph signal processing (GSP), we show that GCN's capability is fundamentally limited by the uncertainty principle, and wavelets provide a controllable trade-off between local and global information. We adapt wavelet denoising filters to the graph domain, unifying popular variants of GCN under a common interpretable mathematical framework. Furthermore, we propose WaveThresh and WaveShrink which are novel GCN models based on proven denoising filters from the signal processing literature. Empirically, we evaluate our models and other popular GCNs under a more principled procedure and analyze how trade-offs between local and global graph signals can lead to better performance in different datasets. © 2023 ACM.

Point clouds from real-world scenarios inevitably contain complex noise, significantly impairing the accuracy of downstream tasks. To tackle this challenge, cascading encoder-decoder architecture has become a conventional technical route to iterative denoise. However, circularly feeding the output of denoiser as its input again involves the re-extraction of underlying surface, leading to unstable denoising process and over-smoothed geometric details. To address these issues, we propose a novel denoising paradigm dubbed PD-Refiner that employs a single encoder to model the underlying surface. Then, we leverage several lightweight hierarchical Underlying Surface Inheritance Refiners (USIRs) to inherit and strengthen it, thereby avoiding the re-extraction from the intermediate point cloud. Furthermore, we design adaptive edge-aware supervision to improve the edge awareness of the USIRs, allowing for the adjustment of the denoising preferences from global structure to local details. The results demonstrate that our method not only achieves state-of-the-art performance in terms of denoising stability and efficacy, but also enhances edge clarity and point cloud uniformity. © 2024 ACM.

Today, the world is still suffering from Coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) and other disasters. Therefore, it is critical to improve medical emergency professional training, and ensuring the training effect has become the top priority. As a result, this paper builds a Particle Swarm Optimization Back Propagation(PSO-BP) neural network model using training data from the National Disaster Life Support(NDLS) course to predict NDLS training outcomes. The PSO algorithm is used to calculate the initial weights of the BP network, and the model is then trained using error back propagation to obtain the predicted value of the training effect. When compared to the standard BP neural network prediction results, experimental analysis shows that the prediction model's accuracy reaches 93.24 percentage, and the prediction accuracy is improved by 11.71 percentage. It is also better in terms of convergence speed, minimum error, global search ability, and learning smoothness. This approach is suitable for medical training effect prediction and additionally to assist the training providers in grasping trainees' learning effects in advance to improve training quality. © 2022 IEEE.

Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) have demonstrated remarkable performance in classification and regression tasks on RGB-based pathological inputs. The network’s prediction mechanism must be interpretable to establish trust in the clinical routine. One principal approach to interpretation is feature attribution. Feature attribution methods identify the importance of input features for the output prediction. Building on the Information Bottleneck Attribution (IBA) method, we recognize the RGB’s input regions with high mutual information with the network’s output for each prediction. IBA identifies input regions that have sufficient predictive information. In this paper, we introduce "IBATree", a novel approach that combines IBA with decision trees to enhance both the interpretability and accuracy of DNNs in cancer cell classification. Our method leverages the information bottleneck framework to inject noise into feature maps and then isolates the most informative features for model predictions while maintaining high classification performance. We evaluated our proposed approach on three datasets—CNMC, ISBI2016, and BreaKHis—demonstrating competitive accuracy and producing clear interpretations. This makes IBATree particularly suitable for clinical applications, where understanding the rationale behind predictions is crucial. Our results show that IBATree provides reliable predictions and valuable insights into feature importance, paving the way for its application in various biomedical domains.

User-generated content is daily produced in social media, as such user interest summarization is critical to distill salient information from massive information. While the interested messages (e.g., tags or posts) from a single user are usually sparse becoming a bottleneck for existing methods, we propose a topic-aware graph-based neural interest summarization method (UGraphNet), enhancing user semantic mining by unearthing potential user relations and jointly learning the latent topic representations of posts that facilitates user interest learning. Experiments on two datasets collected from well-known social media platforms demonstrate the superior performance of our model in the tasks of user interest summarization and item recommendation.
