In the contemporary era,driverless vehicles are a reality due to the proliferation of distributed technologies,sensing technologies,and Machine to Machine(M2M)***,the emergence of deep learning techniques provides more scope in controlling and making such vehicles energy *** existing methods,it is understood that there have been many approaches found to automate safe driving in autonomous and electric vehicles and also their energy ***,the models focus on different aspects *** is need for a comprehensive framework that exploits multiple deep learning models in order to have better control using Artificial Intelligence(AI)on autonomous driving and energy *** this end,we propose an AI-based framework for autonomous electric vehicles with multi-model learning and decision *** focuses on both safe driving in highway scenarios and energy *** deep learning based framework is realized with many models used for localization,path planning at high level,path planning at low level,reinforcement learning,transfer learning,power control,and speed *** reinforcement learning,state-action-feedback play important role in decision *** simulation implementation reveals that the efficiency of the AI-based approach towards safe driving of autonomous electric vehicle gives better performance than that of the normal electric vehicles.

Classifying scenes and aerial imagery is a critical component in applications such as land-use analysis, land cover mapping, and remote sensing technologies. Numerous existing models leverage Convolutional Neural Networks for classification, but they often involve intricate designs with a vast number of parameters, necessitating extensive computational power and prolonged training periods. This paper introduces a refined strategy employing a pre-trained EfficientNet B0 framework. Modification of parameters and layers through careful fine-tuning has resulted in notable enhancements in the model's classification precision. The superiority of EfficientNet B0 over comparative CNN architectures was confirmed by testing with three disparate datasets, particularly within the sphere of remote sensing imagery. The EfficientNet B0's superior performance is credited to its optimal structure that strikes a balance between model complexity and efficiency. Effective fine-tuning coupled with judicious computational resource allocation yields substantial accuracy in categorization. Moreover, its adaptability to assimilate remote sensing data exemplifies its widespread applicability. This study accentuates the significance of refining prevailing deep learning models to cater to specified objectives. Tailoring pre-trained models such as EfficientNet B0 enables marked advancements in classification precision, circumventing the necessity for intricate systems or significant computational demands. MangoLeafXNet: An Explainable Deep Learning Model for Accurate Mango Leaf Disease Classification

Addressing the global challenge of ensuring a consistent and abundant supply of fresh fruit, particularly in the context of fruit crops, is hindered by the prevalence of plant diseases. These diseases directly impact the quality of fruits, leading to a decline in overall agricultural production. Mango leaf diseases pose significant threats to global mango production, necessitating accurate and efficient classification techniques for timely disease management. Our study focuses on introducing MangoLeafXNet, a customized Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture specifically tailored for the classification of mango leaf diseases, along with a healthy class. Our proposed model comprises six layers optimized to capture intricate disease patterns, demonstrating superior performance compared with prevalent pre-trained models. The model is trained and evaluated on three publicly available datasets: MangoLeafBD (4000 images across 8 classes), MangoPest (16 pest classes including healthy leaves), and MLDID (3000 high-resolution images across 5 classes). Our model demonstrated exceptional classification performance, attaining 99.8% accuracy, 99.62% recall, 99.5% precision, and an F1-score of 99.56%. Further validation on the MangoPest dataset and the Mango Leaf Disease Identification Dataset (MLDID) resulted in accuracies of 96.31% and 96.33%, respectively, confirming the robustness and adaptability of MangoLeafXNet across different datasets. Additionally, we incorporate Explainable AI techniques, including GRAD-CAM, Saliency Map, and LIME to enhance the interpretability of our model. We deployed Gradio web interface to create an interactive interface that allows users to upload images of mango leaves and get real-time classification and validation results along with confidence scores. This contribution not only advances the state-of-the-art in mango leaf disease classification but also offers promising prospects for real-time disease diagnosis and precision agriculture

Agile development aims at rapidly developing software while embracing the continuous evolution of user requirements along the whole development *** stories are the primary means of requirements collection and elicitation in the agile development.A project can involve a large amount of user stories,which should be clustered into different groups based on their functionality’s similarity for systematic requirements analysis,effective mapping to developed features,and efficient ***,the current user story clustering is mainly conducted in a manual manner,which is time-consuming and subjective to human *** this paper,we propose a novel approach for clustering the user stories automatically on the basis of natural language ***,the sentence patterns of each component in a user story are first analysed and determined such that the critical structure in the representative tasks can be automatically extracted based on the user story *** similarity of user stories is calculated,which can be used to generate the connected graph as the basis of automatic user story *** evaluate the approach based on thirteen datasets,compared against ten baseline *** results show that our clustering approach has higher accuracy,recall rate and F1-score than these *** is demonstrated that the proposed approach can significantly improve the efficacy of user story clustering and thus enhance the overall performance of agile *** study also highlights promising research directions for more accurate requirements elicitation.

Cervical cancer is an intrusive cancer that imitates various women around the world. Cervical cancer ranks in thefourth position because of the leading death cause in its premature stages. The cervix which is the lower end of thevagina that connects the uterus and vagina forms a cancerous tumor very slowly. This pre-mature cancerous tumorin the cervix is deadly if it cannot be detected in the early stages. So, in this delineated study, the proposed approachuses federated machine learning with numerous machine learning solvers for the prediction of cervical cancer totrain the weights with varying neurons empowered fuzzed techniques to align the neurons, Internet of MedicalThings (IoMT) to fetch data and blockchain technology for data privacy and models protection from hazardousattacks. The proposed approach achieves the highest cervical cancer prediction accuracy of 99.26% and a 0.74%misprediction rate. So, the proposed approach shows the best prediction results of cervical cancer in its early stageswith the help of patient clinical records, and all medical professionals will get beneficial diagnosing approachesfrom this study and detect cervical cancer in its early stages which reduce the overall death ratio of women due tocervical cancer.

Complex networking analysis is a powerful technique for understanding both complex networks and big graphs in ubiquitous computing. Particularly, there are several novel metrics, such as k-clique and k-core are proposed in order to study the relative importance of nodes in complex networks. Among of those metrics, k-core analysis is an effective approach for simplifying graphical structure. This research concentrates on author profiling using transfer learning models for classifying age and gender. The investigation encompassed a diverse set of transfer learning techniques, including Roberta, BERT, ALBERT, Distil BERT, Distil Roberta, ELECTRA, and XLNet. Through meticulous evaluation using metrics such as the Matthews Correlation Coefficient, Accuracy, Precision, Recall, and F1 Score, the study examined the efficacy of these models. The curated dataset was divided for gender and age tasks, resulting in robust gender prediction with the XLNet model and age prediction with the BERT model. Notably, the XLNet model achieved the highest MCC (0.7946), Accuracy (0.8957), Precision (0.8992), Recall (0.8957), and F1 Score (0.8958) values in gender classification, while the BERT model excelled in age prediction with an MCC of (0.7338), Accuracy of (0.8220), Precision of (0.8324), Recall of (0.8220), and F1 Score of (0.8243). Visualized outcomes provide valuable insights into the model’s performance nuances, paving the way for their practical implementation. Illegible handwriting on medical prescriptions poses a significant challenge, often leading to the misinterpretation of drug names and dosages. This issue primarily stems from doctors' use of Latin abbreviations, driven by time constraints during patient consultations. The resultant discrepancies in prescription interpretation can potentially expose patients to incorrect medications and dosages, leading to adverse effects. In response to this concern, this study proposes a novel system integrating Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and Recurrent Neural Network (RNN) models. Promising findings are reported in this study, achieving a loss of 0.4874 and an accuracy of 0.83 in the latest trial. The final model offers a potential solution to the persistent problem of illegible prescriptions, enhancing patient safety in the healthcare domain. © 2024 IEEE.
