Nowadays days,the chief grounds of automobile accidents are driver fatigue and *** the development of computer vision technology,a cutting-edge system has the potential to spot driver distractions or sleepiness and alert them,reducing *** paper presents a novel approach to detecting driver tiredness based on eye and mouth movements and object identification that causes a distraction while operating a motor *** the facial landmarks that the camera picks up and sends to classify using a Convolutional Neural Network(CNN)any changes by focusing on the eyes and mouth zone,precision is *** of the tasks that must be performed in the transit system is seat belt detection to lessen accidents caused by sudden stops or high-speed collisions with other cars.A method is put forth to use convolution neural networks to determine whether the motorist is wearing a seat belt when a driver is sleepy,preoccupied,or not wearing their seat belt,this system alerts them with an alarm,and if they don’t wake up by a predetermined time of 3 s threshold,an automatic message is sent to law enforcement *** suggested CNN-based model exhibits greater accuracy with 97%.It can be utilized to develop a system that detects driver attention or sleeps in real-time.

Optimizing organic crop rotation and effectively managing pests and diseases remain a significant challenge for farmers. In this research, we propose a Smart System to Optimize Organic Crop Rotation using Precision Agriculture Data. The system leverages Internet of Things (IoT) technology, machine learning (ML) algorithms, and cloud computing to enhance decision-making and improve productivity in organic farming. The proposed system integrates multiple components to provide farmers with informed decisions for optimized crop rotation. Soil sensors collect data on soil health, which is then analyzed using a multi-objective optimization technique to determine the best crop for a given soil sample. Real-time weather data is incorporated to enable climate-resilient farming practices and help farmers make educated choices in selecting crops and implementing rotation plans. Additionally, a cloud computing-based model is developed for pest and disease identification, providing farmers with effective solutions to combat these challenges in organic methodologies. By leveraging IoT, ML, and cloud computing, our system proposes farmers a more efficient and effective approach to managing their crops. The system provides real-time data-driven recommendations on fertilizer selection and crop rotation, leading to improved crop growth, increased yields, and reduced environmental impact. Moreover, by adopting organic farming practices, the system contributes to the sustainable development of the agricultural sector. © 2023 IEEE.

Coronary Angiography is necessary because it provides critical information about the blood vessels and blood flow that is essential in diagnosing and treating various cardiovascular conditions. Blood vessel segmentation is a popular approach in medical image analysis since the study of vessels is essential for diagnosis, treatment planning and execution, and evaluation of clinical results. This proposal introduces an Automatic Segmentation and Classification to Diagnose Coronary Artery Disease (AuSC-CAD) framework. Automatic segmentation and classification are key techniques for diagnosing coronary artery disease (CAD) from medical images. The novelty of the proposed framework is the combination of three different levels such as collective constraint-based pre-processing (noise removal, low contrast, and binarization), vessel segmentation, and vessel classification on various modalities of angiography images. Typically, vessel segmentation has been extensively studied, but vessel classification has not received as much attention. The goal of this approach is to extract and analyze relevant features from medical images such as coronary angiograms and CT scans, to diagnose the presence and severity of CAD. The technique involves the segmentation of coronary arteries and classifying the extracted features into normal or abnormal categories. This approach provides a fast, efficient, and accurate way to diagnose CAD, reducing the need for manual interpretation and improving overall diagnostic accuracy. The PSNR (Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio) values for the pre-processing steps, which include noise removal, contrast enhancement, and binarization, are 34.16, 28.47, and 28.37, respectively. © 2023 IEEE.

Fractional order algorithms have shown promising results in various signal processing applications due to their ability to improve performance without significantly increasing *** goal of this work is to inves-tigate the use of fractional order algorithm in the field of adaptive beam-forming,with a focus on improving performance while keeping complexity *** effectiveness of the algorithm will be studied and evaluated in this *** this paper,a fractional order least mean square(FLMS)algorithm is proposed for adaptive beamforming in wireless applications for effective utilization of *** algorithm aims to improve upon existing beam-forming algorithms,which are inefficient in performance,by offering faster convergence,better accuracy,and comparable computational *** FLMS algorithm uses fractional order gradient in addition to the standard ordered gradient in weight *** derivation of the algorithm is provided and supported by mathematical convergence *** is evaluated through simulations using mean square error(MSE)minimization as a metric and compared with the standard LMS algorithm for various *** results,obtained through Matlab simulations,show that the FLMS algorithm outperforms the standard LMS in terms of convergence speed,beampattern accuracy and scatter *** outperforms LMS in terms of convergence speed by 34%.From this,it can be concluded that FLMS is a better candidate for adaptive beamforming and other signal processing applications.

With the development of fine-grained multimodal sentiment analysis tasks, target-oriented multimodal sentiment (TMSC) analysis has received more attention, which aims to classify the sentiment of target with the help of textual and associated image features. Existing methods focus on exploring fine-grained image features and incorporate transformer-based complex fusion strategies, while ignoring the heavy computational burden. Recently, some lightweight multilayer perceptrons (MLP)-based methods have been successfully applied to multimodal sentiment classification tasks. In this article, we propose an effective rearrangement and restore mixer model (RR-Mixer) for TMSC, which dedicates the interaction of image, text, and targets along the modal-axis, sequential-axis, and feature channel-axis through rearrangement and restore operations. Specifically, we take vision transformer (ViT) and robustly optimized BERT (RoBERTa) pretrained models to extract image and textual features, respectively. Further, we adopt cosine similarity to select the most semantically relevant image features. Then, an RR-Mixer module is designed for mixed multimodal features, with the core technology consisting of rolling, grouping rearrangement and restore operations. Moreover, we introduce MLP Unit to learn the information of different modalities for intermodal interaction. The results show that our model achieves superior performance on two benchmark multimodal datasets, TWITTER-15 and TWITTER-17, with a significant improvement of 4.66% and 1.26% in terms of macro-F1. © 2020 IEEE.

In light of increased constraints on healthcare systems, particularly as a result of the pandemic, the importance of directing patients to the appropriate healthcare departments for individualized treatment based on their health conditions has been emphasized. Numerous healthcare institutions currently employ an online booking system that enables patients to schedule appointments. However, because patient requests are the main driving force behind this process, appointments with inappropriate departments or the bypassing of primary care facilities like general practice clinics frequently occur. Many studies proposed the use of AI-based chatbots and machine learning algorithms in healthcare systems to improve clinic operations, reduce patient wait times, and predict outpatient appointment no-show rates. This paper describes the conception and implementation steps of an innovative (mhealth app) that uses open AI tools to prioritize and classify outpatients based on their symptoms. Our AI-based appointment scheduling app will decide for the outpatient either to schedule appointments with primary care facilities or direct them to the appropriate healthcare department in hospitals only when absolutely necessary, thereby nurturing a more efficient, patient-centered healthcare service. © 2023 IEEE.

In Agile software delivery, complexity factors have become an important part that has been linked to the success of software projects, especially with highly structured plan-driven approaches. Although there are a range of known techniques, practices and structures aimed at improving communication, team, and organisational cohesion, there remains a poor understanding of how organisations and teams can effectively deal with complexity in Agile software delivery. While theoretical and management frameworks of complexity exist, nevertheless, little is known about the important complexity factors at play in the planning, design, and creation of Agile software at the various levels of organisational structures. To better understand complexity and how it may impact Agile delivery across organisational structures, processes and roles, a systematic literature review was undertaken to identify the known complexity factors, to identify gaps in our knowledge, and to identify the approaches that have been undertaken to date to address complexity. This review contributes a fresh perspective to the literature on complexity in Agile software delivery and forwards our conversation on complexity in IT projects, and their effective management. The review was structured around Remington and Pollack’s (2016) model identifying different types of complexity. The review’s findings indicate that complexities result from aspects in functional teams, organizational structures, roles, Agile tasks, and practice-related issues that were identified in distributed Agile projects. We conclude that there may remain a lack of understanding in practice of the complexity factors that are at play in an Agile software delivery context. These findings are relevant to researchers and practitioners seeking to identify areas of focus for addressing complexity in Agile software delivery. Copyright © 2023 Taniela Ramesh Stephen.

Creating accurate and insightful personas for automotive applications requires understanding the diverse driving styles that emerge from sensor data. This paper introduces initial results of our methodology for developing personas based on the analysis of automotive sensor data, which captures various driving behaviors. We present a comprehensive process that begins with the extraction of driving events from sensor data, followed by the identification of distinct driving styles through K-Means clustering. Our approach is innovative in its use of dynamic, real-world driving data as opposed to static or direct user interaction data commonly employed in persona development. This allows for a deeper understanding of driver behaviors, which are indirectly inferred from sensor data, thus providing a foundation for creating detailed personas. © 2024 IEEE.
