This paper presents an approach to software development which uses a generative AI Model as compiler to translate human language requirements into high-level programming language. We propose an executable human-language module specification and a tool to support it, which has been used successfully for human-language UI test automation. We anticipate further development of this approach to enable complex software to be programmed in human language, allowing for more intuitive and efficient software development. © 2023 IEEE.

This study proposes a comprehensive method to reduce the problems posed by global air pollution. To measure pollution levels and raise public awareness, the research uses a comprehensive strategy that incorporates image processing, time series analysis, chatbot, and facemask recognition. Time series analysis is used to build prediction models by recognizing historical patterns, and image processing techniques are used to examine cloud pictures for precise pollution predictions. Chatbots provide real time communication and may educate the public on environmental facts, health risks, and safety procedures. Additionally, it has a facemask identification system that monitors and promotes the use of masks. Importantly this not only encourages users to take action to reduce pollution but also utilizes predictive models to help mitigate pollution's consequences. These components result in improved public health, environmental conservation, and sustainability. The outcomes reflect significant advantages, with evidence of accuracy and its positive impact on both awareness and proactive measures to combat air pollution. © 2023 IEEE.

Automated ventricular function analysis can improve healthcare in resource-scarce areas, but current segmentation methods struggle with accurately delineating the irregular shape of the left ventricle due to a lack of emphasis on exploring the high-frequency target boundary features, and computational inefficiency is another concern. To address the two challenges, we turn to a novel and efficient basic structure, RWKV, and propose High-Frequency Enhanced RWKV (HFE-RWKV) for accurate and efficient left ventricle segmentation. Specifically, we propose the HFE-RWKV block as the encoder's core to augment the high-frequency component, which is also the boundary area of the left ventricles in pediatric echocardiograms. In this way, the target boundaries can be explored more adequately during feature extraction. We propose space-frequency consistency loss to refine the shape of predicted masks further. Specifically, our new loss function incorporates spatial and frequency domain loss components to jointly refine predicted mask shapes in cases where current spatial-domain segmentation losses cannot be optimized further. Experiments on two public datasets prove our HFE-RWKV's superiority in accuracy and efficiency. Specifically, our HFE-RWKV outperforms U-Mamba [12] by 2% in Dice Similarity Coefficient (DSC) while using only 67% of the parameters and 26% of the computational complexity. This study developed and implemented a machine learning-driven HR system designed to enhance recruitment outcomes, particularly in online interviews. Challenges such as candidate impersonation, interview question memorization, and deepfake manipulations were addressed. The system incorporated several critical processes utilizing advanced algorithms: pre-interview shortlisting employed Support Vector Machines (SVM) achieving 92% accuracy;cognitive skills assessment utilized adaptive testing methods powered by fine-tuned Large Language Models (LLMs) with 88% accuracy;emotional intelligence evaluation was conducted using deep learning-based emotion detection algorithms attaining 85% accuracy;face verification leveraged Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) for identity and deepfake detection with 90% accuracy;online video interviews were analyzed through integrated audio-visual processing techniques;language proficiency testing employed Natural Language Processing (NLP) models reaching 87% accuracy;analysis of thinking patterns was performed using sentiment analysis algorithms with 83% accuracy;and candidate grading was facilitated by ensemble learning methods ensuring consistent and reliable evaluations. The results demonstrated the system’s effectiveness in verifying candidate authenticity and assessing competence, providing a robust solution for modern recruitment challenges. © 2024 IEEE.

Atrial Fibrillation (AF) with high mortality rate needs to be monitored and detected accurately. AF is indicated as varying pulse-to-pulse intervals in a PPG signal. To record Photoplethysmography (PPG) signal, wrist-watches are used. AF detection is made using features, discriminating AF from Normal Sinus Rhythm (NSR). The presence of Premature Atrial and Ventricular Contraction (PAC/PVC) in subjects due to its randomness may lead to false AF detection. The proposed methodology utilizes Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) on Time-Frequency spectra (TFS) along with signal processing for classification of PPG signal into AF, NSR and PAC/PVC, The Poincare plot based PAC}/PVC detection implemented in this paper not only separates PAC/PVC from NSR and AF but also improves the accuracy of AF and NSR detection. The results for training and testing are validated on UMass Simband dataset (Smartwatch PPG Data with AF, NSR, PAC, PVC) and MIMIC III dataset (Finger Tips Pulse Oximetry PPG data with AF, NSR, PAC/PVC)., The experimental results have shown that the proposed system gives higher accuracy, sensitivity and specificity values for both datasets. © 2023 IEEE.

Open-vocabulary object perception has become an important topic in artificial intelligence, which aims to identify objects with novel classes that have not been seen during training. Under this setting, open-vocabulary object detection (OVD) in a single image has been studied in many literature. However, open-vocabulary object tracking (OVT) from a video has been studied less, and one reason is the shortage of benchmarks. In this work, we have built a new large-scale benchmark for open-vocabulary multi-object tracking namely OVT-B. OVT-B contains 1,048 categories of objects and 1,973 videos with 637,608 bounding box annotations, which is much larger than the sole open-vocabulary tracking dataset, i.e., OV-TAO-val dataset (200+ categories, 900+ videos). The proposed OVT-B can be used as a new benchmark to pave the way for OVT research. We also develop a simple yet effective baseline method for OVT. It integrates the motion features for object tracking, which is an important feature for MOT but is ignored in previous OVT methods. Experimental results have verified the usefulness of the proposed benchmark and the effectiveness of our method. software testing is a critical phase due to misconceptions about ambiguities in the requirements during specification,which affect the testing ***,it is difficult to identify all faults in *** requirement changes continuously,it increases the irrelevancy and redundancy during *** to these challenges;fault detection capability decreases and there arises a need to improve the testing process,which is based on changes in requirements *** this research,we have developed a model to resolve testing challenges through requirement prioritization and prediction in an agile-based *** research objective is to identify the most relevant and meaningful requirements through semantic analysis for correct change *** compute the similarity of requirements through case-based reasoning,which predicted the requirements for reuse and restricted to error-based ***,the apriori algorithm mapped out requirement frequency to select relevant test cases based on frequently reused or not reused test cases to increase the fault detection ***,the proposed model was evaluated by conducting *** results showed that requirement redundancy and irrelevancy improved due to semantic analysis,which correctly predicted the requirements,increasing the fault detection rate and resulting in high user *** predicted requirements are mapped into test cases,increasing the fault detection rate after changes to achieve higher user ***,the model improves the redundancy and irrelevancy of requirements by more than 90%compared to other clustering methods and the analytical hierarchical process,achieving an 80%fault detection rate at an earlier ***,it provides guidelines for practitioners and researchers in the modern *** the future,we will provide the working prototype of this model for proof of concept.

The flourish of deep learning frameworks and hardware platforms has been demanding an efficient compiler that can shield the diversity in both software and hardware in order to provide application *** the existing deep learning compilers,TVM is well known for its efficiency in code generation and optimization across diverse hardware *** the meanwhile,the Sunway many-core processor renders itself as a competitive candidate for its attractive computational power in both scientific computing and deep learning *** paper combines the trends in these two ***,we propose swTVM that extends the original TVM to support ahead-of-time compilation for architecture requiring cross-compilation such as *** addition,we leverage the architecture features during the compilation such as core group for massive parallelism,DMA for high bandwidth memory transfer and local device memory for data locality,in order to generate efficient codes for deep learning workloads on *** experiment results show that the codes generated by swTVM achieve 1.79x improvement of inference latency on average compared to the state-of-the-art deep learning framework on Sunway,across eight representative *** work is the first attempt from the compiler perspective to bridge the gap of deep learning and Sunway processor particularly with productivity and efficiency in *** believe this work will encourage more people to embrace the power of deep learning and Sunwaymany-coreprocessor.
