Electrohydrodynamics (EHD) is a thrust force produced when high voltage is applied to two electrodes, and actuators using EHD are expected to reduce equipment size and the effects of friction. However, the EHD effect of multiple anode electrodes has yet to be verified and should be considered when fabricating a multi-degree-of-freedom actuator using EHD. This paper examines the relationship between the applied voltage and the generated EHD to verify the effect of multiple anode electrodes on the EHD. Experiments were conducted using a device with two anode electrodes at right angles and another with two parallel electrodes. The results showed that the two anode electrodes placed at right angles interfered with each other, and the generated forces were not superposed. The direction of the generated force was approximately 45 deg. When the electrodes were placed horizontally, it was confirmed that the generated forces were superposed, indicating that the arrangement, not the number of anode electrodes, was the cause of the interference. © 2023 IEEE.

Research on real-time data visualization methods is necessary to achieve the most accurate and clear representation of information. Creating specific boards and modifying current platforms are two key tasks in performing an appropriate information visualization. An overview of the studies on dashboard platforms, data visualization methods, and accessible strategies is given in this article. To evaluate the effects of the various data visualization approaches on the finished dashboard, a generic and dynamic dashboard based on real-time data was created. Consequently, a preliminary collection of cues, charts, tables, and reports will allow users to interact with the data. produced by the Dashboard itself. Making informed decisions across a variety of businesses requires the capacity to acquire and comprehend real-time information in today’s data-driven environment. Real-time data visualization techniques are now essential for turning complex data into insights that can be put to use. This study examines the value of real-time data visualization and offers a summary of strategies and equipment that enable businesses to efficiently use real-time data.

The agricultural area has undergone a significant transformation owing to the progress made in IoT. It is imperative to have a dependable remote monitoring solution right now. This study aims to accomplish two goals. First, a solution based on an app is offered, which effectively assists in remotely administering the field by displaying the current sensor values. In an Internet of Things based prototype surveillance system, a multi-class categorization method utilizing machine learning and deep learning is incorporated to classify labels such as clear farm, cow, horse, wild boar, and wild elephant. The analysis involved Support Vector Machines and Convolutional Neural Networks, with the accuracy measure being employed to determine the optimal model. The advancements in the Internet of Things (IoT) have significantly transformed the daily lives of individuals. A comprehensive understanding of soil properties gives a variety of soil-related information that can be used to improve crop yields. Machine learning is a cutting-edge technology that aids with agricultural precision and provides answers to crop yield issues. Significant informative advances and Machine Learning (ML) open up new opportunities for deciphering, quantifying, and comprehending data-intensive prediction in agricultural settings. This study thoroughly examines a number of machine learning topics for Internet of Things-based smart agriculture systems.

AI-based Clinical Decision Support systems are a revolutionary innovation in the healthcare sector, using artificial intelligence to improve diagnostic precision, optimize treatment planning, and enhance patient outcomes. This paper discusses the challenges, benefits, applications, and future directions of AI-driven CDSS. Some of the key challenges are data quality, integration with EHRs, ethical concerns, and explainability issues. Despite these challenges, benefits such as efficiency improvements, reduced clinician workload, and the possibility of tailored medicine are substantial. In addition, the paper depicts diverse applications across oncology, cardiology, and primary care. The paper further stresses the directions: validation of robustness, user-friendly interfaces, and equitable deployment to achieve maximal utilization of AI-CDSS in global health care systems. Besides this, the integration of multimodal data and improvement in predictive analytics will help to revolutionize preventive care. Moreover, ethical practices with AI will bring forth trust and adoption. Such an all-inclusive review signifies the pivotal role AI will play in shaping clinical decision-making for the future. © 2025 IEEE.

Synthesis Optimization of SSZ-13 Zeolite Membranes by Dual Templates for N_(2)/NO_(2) Separation

High-silica SSZ-13 zeolite membranes are promising in industrial separations of light gases and continuous membranes are highly demanded for better separation performances. Herein, pure-phase, continuous and thin SSZ-13 zeolite membranes were synthesized using dual templates of N,N,N-trimethtyl-1-adamantammonium hydroxide(TMAdaOH) and tetraethylammonium hydroxide(TEAOH). systematical investigations of TMAdaOH/TEAOH ratios and their concentrations show that TMAdaOH acts as the main structure-directing agent in the formation of the SSZ-13 zeolite. TMAdaOH cooperatively plays with TEAOH in promoting the SSZ-13 crystal intergrowth to form a continuous polycrystalline membrane. Additionally, appropriate introduction of TEAOH is able to adjust the membrane thickness to the crystal-comparable size of ca. 2.0 μm. The SSZ-13 membranes are further applied for N2/NO2separation, which is firstly reported on zeolite membranes. The gas permeation results show that the SSZ-13 membrane synthesized by the dual-template approach exhibits selective separation of N2 over NO2 with N2/NO2 separation factor of 7.6 and N2 permeance of 1.66×10-8 mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1.

Telemedicine, the remote delivery of medical treatment via digital technology has become essential, particularly for rural and disadvantaged populations. The benefits of telemedicine are reviewed in this research, including increased access to care, lower costs, and better chronic illness management. Although the COVID-19 pandemic's acceleration guaranteed continuity of care, technological constraints, legal concerns, and data privacy considerations hindered the full potential from being achieved. The article addresses the barriers to wider adoption and examines research showing the benefits of telemedicine. It ends with suggestions for infrastructure investments and legislative modifications to broaden the use of telemedicine and lessen healthcare inequities. © 2025 IEEE.

A virtual chatbot assistant is an interactive application designed to simulate human-like communication and respond to user inquiries promptly. In terms of security and privacy,mobile ad-hoc network(MANET)continues to be in demand for additional debate and *** more MANET applications become data-oriented,implementing a secure and reliable data transfer protocol becomes a major concern in the ***,MANET’s lack of infrastructure,unpredictable topology,and restricted resources,as well as the lack of a previously permitted trust relationship among connected nodes,contribute to the attack detection burden.A novel detection approach is presented in this paper to classify passive and active black-hole *** proposed approach is based on the dipper throated optimization(DTO)algorithm,which presents a plausible path out of multiple paths for statistics transmission to boost MANETs’quality of service.A group of selected packet features will then be weighed by the DTO-based multi-layer perceptron(DTO-MLP),and these features are collected from nodes using the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchical(LEACH)clustering *** is a powerful classifier and the DTO weight optimization method has a significant impact on improving the classification process by strengthening the weights of key features while suppressing the weights ofminor *** hybridmethod is primarily designed to combat active black-hole *** the LEACH clustering phase,however,can also detect passive black-hole *** effect of mobility variation on detection error and routing overhead is explored and evaluated using the suggested *** diverse mobility situations,the results demonstrate up to 97%detection accuracy and faster execution ***,the suggested approach uses an adjustable threshold value to make a correct conclusion regarding whether a node is malicious or benign.

Fiber-reinforced composites are an ideal material for the lightweight design of aerospace structures. Especially in recent years, with the rapid development of composite additive manufacturing technology, the design optimization of variable stiffness of fiber-reinforced composite laminates has attracted widespread attention from scholars and industry. In these aerospace composite structures, numerous cutout panels and shells serve as access points for maintaining electrical, fuel, and hydraulic systems. The traditional fiber-reinforced composite laminate subtractive drilling manufacturing inevitably faces the problems of interlayer delamination, fiber fracture, and burr of the laminate. Continuous fiber additive manufacturing technology offers the potential for integrated design optimization and manufacturing with high structural performance. Considering the integration of design and manufacturability in continuous fiber additive manufacturing, the paper proposes linear and nonlinear filtering strategies based on the Normal Distribution Fiber Optimization (NDFO) material interpolation scheme to overcome the challenge of discrete fiber optimization results, which are difficult to apply directly to continuous fiber additive manufacturing. With minimizing structural compliance as the objective function, the proposed approach provides a strategy to achieve continuity of discrete fiber paths in the variable stiffness design optimization of composite laminates with regular and irregular holes. In the variable stiffness design optimization model, the number of candidate fiber laying angles in the NDFO material interpolation scheme is considered as design variable. The sensitivity information of structural compliance with respect to the number of candidate fiber laying angles is obtained using the analytical sensitivity analysis method.
