Webometrics Ranking focuses on the Open Access Initiative, where the web content impact/visibility category has the greatest weight. As webometrics committee does not publish the exact formula on visibility ranking calculation, authors conducted an in-depth exploration of the factors that affect the visibility assessment. Authors crawl data on the best three university in the world, best three and three lowest visibility ranking in Indonesia using Ahrefs tools. The exploration results found that universities with high DR and UR also have high visibility ranks. The backlinks are distributed quite a lot and consistently in the URL rating of 21-90 (for the best three visibility rank in Indonesia's and world's universities) while the three lowest has a URL Rating distribution of 11-20. On the other hand, most of the referring domains that refer to Indonesian universities are carried out by the press channels of Tirto and Tribunnews. © 2022 IEEE.

In recent years, companies around the world need to find new ways to reduce costs, increase productivity, improve product quality, and meet various customer demands. Each Distribution Center (DC) or warehouse is specifically designed to minimize costs in the company's supply chain. Cross-docking is a logistics technique that eliminates storing and picking up items at warehouses. Cross-docking has several advantages compared to other product distribution strategies from both an economic and an environmental point of view. Cross-docking decisions are influenced by many factors such as the level of product demand, the cost of stock-outs, and the distance from suppliers to customers. This research builds a Decision Support system (DSS) that can help companies to ensure sustainability in the supply chain. This study assumes the demand is deterministic which is indicated by Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). This system can detect the time and quantity of certain items that experience cross-docks accurately. If the customers'demand cannot be fulfilled by the warehouse, then the goods are categorized as out of stock. By knowing the time and quantity of goods at the time of the cross-dock, the warehouse manager can make operational decisions quickly and accurately related to the resources such asoperators and forklifts. © Published under licence by IOP Publishing Ltd.

As a disaster-prone country, Indonesia needs proper tools for disaster education. Serious games have the potential to be a useful tool for disaster mitigation training because they offer a fun learning environment to produce information that is easier to understand. The learning environment creates the immersive experience, one of the most important element in the game. Game activity design is essential to build the immersive experience. However, in most serious games, the game activities are poorly designed. In this study, we use Appreciative Learning as the fundamental concept to design game activities and enhance the immersive experience. Appreciative Learning emphasizes the discovery of potential, peak achievements, opportunities, and hope for the future. The four stages of appreciative learning are discovery, dream, design, and destiny. Then, Appreciative Learning based activities are are implemented to create more dynamic immersive experiences. As an experiment tool, the puzzle game for disaster mitigation, “Evakuator,“ is developed. The Game Experience Questionnaire measures player experience in playing Evakuator, scoring 3.3 out of 4.

This paper is the development of a crack pipeline defect detection software from the inside for real-time damage assessment using trained model. Collected data on the number of pixels found in the frame that signals damage using a ready-made camera from the JetRacer Kit. The analysis and display of the results of the detected cracks are performed using visualization by a rectangle around damaged concrete. The possibilities of evaluating detected damage based on data on pixels filling a crack in the pipeline are described. The quality of detection of cracks in pipes with artificial and natural lighting is checked. © 2023 IEEE.

This study's objective is to evaluate the system's level of maturity by adopting the COBIT Framework 5. The COBIT Framework is one of the ISACA-issued frameworks that defines the concept of information technology governance. The BAI (Build, Acquire, and Implement) domain is the subject of this investigation. The BAI domain is one of the COBIT 5 Framework domains responsible for program and project management, description of needs, identification of solutions, building change availability and capacity, change acceptance and transition, knowledge, assets, and configuration. This study employs qualitative methods to perform literature reviews and question-and-answer sessions, and then collects quantitative analytical data through the formulation of statements or inquiries. There were 5 respondents who responded to the statement, and they implemented the system. The BAI domain of the CBT Examination system in Jakarta's Senior High School XYZ has been calculated and determined to be at level 4, indicating that the system is functioning appropriately. There are subdomains with a lower maturity level in BAI01, BAI02, BAI03, BAI04, BAI06, BAI07, and BAI08, specifically at a rate between 3.8 and 3.96. Additionally, BAI05, BAI09, and BAI10 contain subdomains with a higher level of maturity, with a value range of 4.07 to 4.15. All BAI subdomains culminate at level 4, the system's maturity level, with a value of 3.93. Level 4 indicates that the level of development for Managed and Measurable is fairly good. It can also provide recommendations for improvements, such as paying attention to project management methods before beginning implementation, being able to estimate the time required for the implementation process, and paying attention to the role of trained stakeholders.

According to data from the World Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO), Indonesia produced the fourth-most coffee in the world in 2017 and 2018. Gayo, Robusta Dampit, and Toraja coffees are only a few well-known coffee varieties Indonesian growers produce. This research aims to create an app that can identify the type of coffee and serve as a coffee-related educational tool. A single case study was the research methodology used. By employing the EfficienNet-Lite architecture for transfer learning, a model for categorizing coffee beans is created. Users can get information through the photographs they submit with the help of the type of application development that uses deep learning to do categorization based on image data of coffee bean types. The coffee bean classification feature was built using transfer learning with the EfficientNet architecture. A training accuracy of 87% and a validation accuracy of 81% were achieved using the EfficientNet-Lite 0 architecture. © 2022 ACM.

Female passengers dominate the mobility by employing Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) in Indonesia and they possess a unique travel pattern compared to men. Women require more genuine investment efforts in comfortable and safer infrastructure for accessing and utilizing public transportation. The implementation of a smart city is one of the infrastructure investments. Smart mobility is one of the service cluster divisions, and smart mobility indicators are taken into account in the implementation. The objective of this study is to convert female mobility patterns and attitudes toward BRT service into smart mobility indicators. The method used is quantitative, and the questionnaire is designed to poll 209 people. Chi-Square and Likert scale are employed to analyze those criteria. The results demonstrate that the BRT has provided the female passenger services that they require at the current service level. The passenger pattern demonstrates that women depend on the BRT service to meet their transportation needs. Furthermore, the ICT criteria as a core for smart mobility has been challenging for both parties (female passengers and BRT operator). The limitation of this study is that it cannot demonstrate empirically that smart mobility is free gender biased and gaps until public transportation is fully inclusive. © 2023 Budapest University of Technology and Economics. Customers in different parts of the world have experienced blackouts due to several different events in recent years. To recover from blackouts, power system restoration plans, like the black start, must be in place. To advance the decarbonization of transmission systems, this article proposes a grid-forming offshore wind farm with integrated battery storage to black start the power system. The novelty of this strategy consists of the integration of grid-forming control in the wind turbines as well as the application of auxiliary battery storage to boost the resilience of the black start source. The strategy is analyzed by the use of electromagnetic transient studies on a benchmark system. The system can firstly work in islanded mode, then can black-start the transmission network stably and restore the power system.

Background and objective: This study aimed to enhance point-of-care pulmonary function tests by developing a novel method for the spatiotemporal analysis of chest wall movements using a sequence of depth sensor images. Methods: The proposed method employs singular value decomposition (SVD) to extract features from respiratory waveforms, which are then used to cluster pixels while preserving high resolution. The initial validation using simulated thoracic movement data confirmed the validity of the method. Further validation with clinical data capturing the chest wall movements of a patient undergoing interventional bronchology for a right bronchial tumor demonstrated the ability of this method to detect respiratory asynchrony. Results: A phase lag of 867 ms was observed between the left and right sides of the rib cage preoperatively along with notable amplitude differences. These asynchronies resolved postoperatively. These results were consistent with the pulmonary pathophysiology, underscoring the clinical relevance of this method. The proposed system, integrated into an iOS app for an iPhone, is user-friendly and noninvasive and has the potential to become a valuable tool for the real-time assessment of interventional outcomes. Conclusions: The novel method can be applied to various pulmonary diseases to detect the regional ventilation distribution. The method establishes a new generic framework for clinical studies of chest wall motion and pathophysiology. © 2025 The Authors
