Due to a tremendous increase in mobile traffic,mobile operators have started to restructure their networks to offload their *** directions will lead to fundamental changes in the design of future Fifthgeneration(5G)cellular *** the formal reason,the study solves the physical network of the mobile base station for the prediction of the best characteristics to develop an enhanced network with the help of graph *** number that can be uniquely calculated by a graph is known as a graph *** the last two decades,innumerable numerical graph invariants have been portrayed and used for correlation *** any case,no efficient assessment has been embraced to choose,how much these invariants are connected with a network *** paper will talk about two unique variations of the hexagonal graph with great capability of forecasting in the field of optimized mobile base station topology in setting with physical *** K-banhatti sombor invariants(KBSO)and Contrharmonic-quadratic invariants(CQIs)are newly introduced and have various expectation characteristics for various variations of hexagonal graphs or *** the hexagonal networks are used in mobile base stations in layered,forms called *** review settled the topology of a hexagon of two distinct sorts with two invariants KBSO and CQIs and their reduced *** deduced outcomes can be utilized for the modeling of mobile cellular networks,multiprocessors interconnections,microchips,chemical compound synthesis and memory interconnection *** results find sharp upper bounds and lower bounds of the honeycomb network to utilize the Mobile base station network(MBSN)for the high load of traffic and minimal traffic also.

Engagement in learning is crucial in maintaining student eagerness as fuel for student learning to achieve learning success. In e-Learning settings, engagement also plays an im-portant role as a factor influencing student learning success as students are regulating themselves during learning one-on-one using computer devices. Failing to detect student engagement may result in unsuccessful learning. In extreme cases, students may disengage and learning purpose cannot be achieved. This research aims to detect user engagement in e-Learning settings by using a deep learning approach with a feature extraction method. The dataset used in this study is the DAiSEE dataset. The dataset is in the form of videos and is extracted into frames and specific facial features. The facial area was extracted using the Mediapipe Library. The features include 1434 3D landmark features, 52 action unit features, one depth estimation feature, and three head pose estimation features. This research also conducts image selection, which selecting frames with an interval of 15 in the train, validation, and test folders. The multi-stacked Convolutional Neural Network model was used to classify four levels of engagements. The results were compared to the existing approach in engagement detection. The untuned proposed model achieved an accuracy of 48.95%, while the tuned proposed model achieved an accuracy of 52.94%. The proposed model is able to compete with state-of-the-art methods using a less complex model. Even so, the model still cannot learn labels perfectly due to a very imbalanced dataset and a possibility of model overfitting. This research is expected to be useful for educational institutions and the e-Learning field in the future. © 2024 IEEE.

Fingerprint authentication is the most sophisticated method of all biometric techniques and has been thoroughly verified through various applications. Fingerprint matching has been done using several fingerprint recognition techniques. The methods for matching fingerprints have changed significantly over time, but Euclidean distance is still widely used since it is efficient and straightforward. Euclidean distance is still used in minutiae-based fingerprint matching to produce accurate results. The computational geometry, image processing, and patter recognition fields all make substantial use of Euclidean distance, a fundamental distance matching approach. The purpose of this work is to highlight the importance of normalization in improving contrast, particularly in noisy fingerprint photographs where accuracy is critical. We analyzed how to make fingerprint matching more robots against a reference template by utilizing Euclidean distance between small spots. We also analyzed algorithm’s effectiveness in producing dependable and accurate fingerprint matching results using MATLAB. © The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

In response to the escalating demand for machine learning techniques capable of handling real-time data streams, particularly in applications like stock markets, this research dives deep into the domain of stream regression. The objective is to adeptly navigate challenges posed by evolving data over time, differentiating it from conventional static regression. Existing models, such as Fast and Incremental Model Trees with Drift Detection (FIMT-DD), k-Nearest Neighbours (KNN), and Adaptive Linear Regression (ALR) and some other studies, though competent, exhibit certain limitations like learning based on certain portions of data, using a significantly large memory and not capable of handling each data in every timestamp it arrives. We propose the Dynamically Adjustable Linear Regression Model (DALR) to address these shortcomings. DALR introduces an adaptive regression model that dynamically evolves based on historical knowledge and newly acquired data, providing an innovative solution to the intricacies of dynamic data streams. This endeavor has also highlighted that the DALR algorithm consistently demonstrates strong performance across various datasets according to the RMSE metric, surpassing other state-of -the-art algorithms in most instances. © 2024 IEEE.

In this ever-evolving healthcare landscape, with the integration of cutting-edge technology, this study has exemplified a medical chatbot by harnessing the advanced Llama2 model. This chatbot places significant emphasis on instance training by changing and adding the meta, which enables it to continuously adapt and stay updated with the latest medical developments. Its adaptability also encompasses capabilities such as question-answering and mining knowledge from an extensive meta dataset. By leveraging its extensive ability to learn medical terminology, the chatbot provides precise and real-time responses to medical inquiries by establishing itself as a reliable information source. Access to a specially collected meta dataset further enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive medical insights while self-supervised learning techniques enhance the model efficacy. Accelerating the economic advantages of ICT is one of the finest methods for any nation to boost its economy. Due to the unique topography, governing laws, and cultural traditions of each nation, these colossal challenges must be confronted in each country. This comparative analysis aims to examine these aspects in further detail. To achieve the objectives of this study, research was conducted by collecting and analysing data from publicly accessible sources. This research compares Pakistan and other Asian countries' cybersecurity legislation, regulations, CERTs (national computer emergency response teams), CIIPs (computer intrusion prevention programs), and cyber security training and awareness. Among forty-eight Asian countries, the study focus on comparative analysis of major neighboring (developed or developing) countries of Pakistan such as Japan, China, Turkey, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Nepal, Iran, Malaysia, Jordan, India, and Bangladesh. Cyber security has not been a major concern in Pakistan for a very long time, perhaps due to the way the government operates and how slowly it adapts to new technology. Many Asian countries have only ever released one version of their national cyber security plan, whilst Pakistan has never released anything;some other Asian countries are also added in this group. © 2024 IEEE.

Motor skills (related to the motor nerve) and neurocognitive disorders affect humans’ typing ability to an extent that is noticeable while using a keyboard, smartphone, or other electronic gadgets. These two medical conditions are Parkinson’s disease (PD), caused by malfunctions of the motor nerve, and neurocognitive disorder, caused by a deficiency of organismic responses to stimuli. A mild symptom of PD, change in fine motor skills during typing, is reflected heavily in keystroke patterns during the early stages. Similarly, Emotional stress (ES) expresses a neurocognitive disorder that affects cognitive abilities as well. Early symptoms of this disorder are reflected in the keystroke patterns according to their severity. As there is no such pathological examination, it is challenging to perceive and measure the development of such disorders already developed in human behaviour as a disease. Furthermore, early screening of these diseases is essential for future diagnosis and preventing fatal consequences, since both are progressive illnesses. A modest attempt is made here to detect two such neurodegenerative disorders in humans using the way they type, formally known as Keystroke dynamics (KD). In this study, a bootstrapped-based homogeneous ensemble classification method has been proposed to address the uncertain performance and uneven distribution of classes for the detection of such medical conditions using users’ typing tendencies. For this purpose, two recent benchmark datasets were used for the validation and confirmation of operational improvements of the proposed method, which have been validated qualitatively and quantitatively. As a result, sensitivity/specificity of 0.82/0.78 in detecting PD and 0.98/0.98 in ES have been achieved, which is robust and accurate in a more realistic evaluation.
