Recently, different countries have made rapid developments in the field of near space hypersonic vehicles. Among which successful hypersonic vehicle flight tests of X-51 A and HTV-2 are representative. They often adopt the way of nonballistic maneuver flight with characteristics of high speed and lift-to-drag ratio, flying in atmosphere for a long time. Their motion trajectory is sometimes characterized by "hopping", which induces difficulties of nonballistic target acceleration estimation, trajectory tracking and prediction. This paper introduces four typical nonballistic maneuver models of near space targets, and then introduces target ballistic equation and design of tracking filter. At last, four tracking filters are used to estimate target acceleration. Simulation results show that particle filter algorithm is the best one to guarantee the target tracking accuracy within allowable ranges.

The robust stabilization problem is considered for a class of interconnected systems using the decentralized output-feedback sliding-mode (DOFSM) control approach. Based on the design procedure of optimal optimal hyperplane in the slate space, a set of conditions on the output-feedback pseudo-control gains of sliding mode is derived and then the corresponding set of hyperplane parameters in the output space can be determined. In addition, a different structure of the robust DOFSM controller is proposed in order to satisfy the sliding condition and to overcome the difficulty that the focal state of the system and the interconnections among subsystems cannot be measured. It is shown that both the optimal properties of each subsystem in the sliding mode and the global stability of the whole system can be assured despite uncertain interconnections and disturbances.

These descriptions are carried out on the basis of state feedback control and the major results are as follows: (1) the stability margins of a composite controlled system appear to be bounded by those of its subsystems;(2) the solution of the epsilon-bound for the desired stability margins is obtained;(3) some properties of linear quadratic optimal control for singularly perturbed systems are provided;(4) the effect of epsilon on the robustness is also presented under linear quadratic optimal control.

Wireless sensor and actuator networked controlsystem(WSANCS) is composed of a group of distributed sensors and actuators that communicate through wireless link which achieves distributed sensing and executing tasks. The time delay of the controlled plant and wireless transmission may have bad impacts on the system performances. Aiming at solving this problem, this paper firstly introduces the related work and construction of WSANCS based on the latest TrueTime toolbox under Windows 7 and Matlab R2010b, of which the controlled plant is a DC servo and the nodes communicate with each other by IEEE 802.15.4 protocol. Then the simulation model is given. Thirdly, performances of WSANCS are compared under the traditional PID and fuzzy PID algorithms, which show that the fuzzy PID control algorithm can get better control effects and higher robustness in a time-delay system. Finally, the conclusions are outlined.

A lot of work have been carried out to find the efficient algorithms for QoS-aware dynamic web service composition. The multi-objective multi-choice problem as an evolutive multi-dimension multi-objective 0-1 knapsack problem (MMKP) can be reduced into the web service composition with multiple QoS constraints, while many approaches based on ant colony optimization (AOC) have been introduced in order for solving MMKP. This paper presents a novel QoS-aware dynamic web service composition optimization algorithm with improved AOC. The essence of the algorithm is that the problem of dynamic web service selection with QoS global optimality is transformed into a multi-objective multi-choice QoS-aware web services composition optimization (an evolutive MMKP), for the final purpose of our algorithm is to achieve Pareto Optimality.

When naval vessels moving on the sea, the carrier air wake disturbance will arise. The carrier air wake makes the landing environment of carrier aircraft fair adverse, which puts forward a high demand for the high precise attitude control of carrier based aircrafts. In this paper, high precise robust attitude control problems for carrier based aircrafts with the carrier air wake disturbance are investigated. Firstly, the small disturbance linearization method is introduced to transform the nonlinear system into a linear one, which is a necessary procedure for aircraft system analysis and controller design. Secondly, the model of the carrier air wake disturbance is established and its effects on the aerodynamic parameters are analyzed in detail. Then the effects are transformed into the augmented disturbance in the system. Thirdly, a nonlinear extended state observer is utilized to estimate the disturbance. Besides, a robust adaptive attitude controller with integral term is proposed to achieve high precision attitude tracking. The stability of the closed-loop system is prove based on Lyapunov theory. Finally, a numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.
