The widespread of Electric vehicle (EV) is increasing fastly because of many reasons like environment safety issue, best performance and its suitable cost for customers and due to these reasons researchers give an importance for using it as a sustainable safety system. controlling EV speed is an essential issue and need robust and intelligent controllers to maintain this matter, In this study, a robust Fractional Order Tilt (FOTID) controller is used to adjust and maintain the driver speed and tracking the desired speed using a novel Whale Optimization Algorithm(WOA).The Matlab program is used for simulation with a fixed desired speed and with changing desired speed. The numerical analysis indicated an efficient response for the suggested controller in contrast with other classical types (PID controller & FOPID controller) in its stability and performance depending on transient analysis.

Severe matrix effects and high signal uncertainty are two key bottlenecks for the quantitative performance and wide applications of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS).Based on the understanding that the superposition of both matrix effects and signal uncertainty directly affects plasma parameters and further influences spectral intensity and LIBS quantification performance,a data selection method based on plasma temperature matching(DSPTM)was proposed to reduce both matrix effects and signal *** selecting spectra with smaller plasma temperature differences for all samples,the proposed method was able to build up the quantification model to rely more on spectra with smaller matrix effects and signal uncertainty,therefore improving final quantification *** applied to quantitative analysis of the zinc content in brass alloys,it was found that both accuracy and precision were improved using either a univariate model or multiple linear regression(MLR).More specifically,for the univariate model,the root-mean-square error of prediction(RMSEP),the determination coefficients(R^(2))and relative standard derivation(RSD)were improved from 3.30%,0.864 and 18.8%to 1.06%,0.986 and 13.5%,respectively;while for MLR,RMSEP,R^(2)and RSD were improved from 3.22%,0.871 and 26.2%to 1.07%,0.986 and 17.4%,*** results prove that DSPTM can be used as an effective method to reduce matrix effects and improve repeatability by selecting reliable data.

Many successful control strategies for anesthetic processes do not adequately consider time delays despite potential 30-second delays from biophase and bispectral index (BIS) monitoring. This study introduces linear delayed Pharmacokinetic-Pharmacodynamic (PK-PD) patient models that correlate more to real patient outputs than common non-delayed models. The delayed models are obtained for both effect-site concentration (Ce) and BIS outputs. The model structures are identified using autoregressive exogenous input (ARX) and delayed-ARX (DARX) polynomial models and least squares estimations (LSE) using the real surgical data of the open-access database VitalDB. Validation of delayed PK-PD patient models involves using correlation analysis. Results indicate that PK-PD patient models with output delays exhibit higher correlations with real patient data, particularly when considering BIS output.

Infrared detection technology has the advantages of all-weather detection and good concealment,which is widely used in long-distance target detection and tracking ***,the complex background,the strong noise,and the characteristics of small scale and weak intensity of targets bring great difficulties to the detection of infrared small targets.A multi-channel based on attention network is proposed in this paper,aimed at the problem of high missed detection rate and false alarm rate of traditional algorithms and the problem of large model,high complexity and poor detection performance of deep learning ***,given the difficulty in extracting the features of infrared multiscale and small dim targets,the multiple channels are designed based on dilated convolution to capture multiscale target ***,the coordinate attention block is incorporated in each channel to suppress background clutters adaptively and enhance target *** addition,the fusion of shallow detail features and deep abstract semantic features is realized by synthesizing the contextual attention fusion ***,it is verified that,compared with other state-of-the-art methods based on the datasets SIRST and MDFA,the proposed algorithm further improves the detection effect,and the model size and computational complexity are smaller.
