A negative decrement in geomagnetic data in equatorial region is not necessarily cause by the well-known counter electrojet, CEJ but it is also can be affected by solar activity such as a solar flare. Relying on this matter, we did a comparison between CEJ and unusual solar flare effect called as SFE* on geomagnetic data before introducing several types of CEJ that can be extracted from EUEL index. This study used ground data from MAGDAS network located in Langkawi (LKW) with 1-minutes resolution during solar cycle 24 and applied EUEL index. From the results, it is crucial to ensure the minimum duration of EUEL depletion is within an hour because less than an hour depletion could be possibly cause by solar activity. Four interval of time that has been introduced in our study composed of several types of CEJ which are morning CEJ, afternoon CEJ and evening CEJ, with additional the controversial CEJ occurrence which is night CEJ. We also successfully demonstrated a rare CEJ occurrence that associated with solar flare effect using EUEL index.

Senescence is the gradual process of aging in tissues and cells, and a primary cause of aging-associated diseases. Among them, intestinal stem cells (ISCs) experience exhaustion during aging, leading to reduced regenerative capacity in the intestinal crypt, which impairs intestinal function and contributes to systemic health issues. Given the critical role ISCs play in maintaining intestinal homeostasis, preventing their senescence is essential for preserving intestinal function. Among the various strategies proposed to slow cellular senescence, regular exercise has emerged as one of the most well-known and widely accepted interventions. Here, we examined how exercise affects the small intestine in an aging mouse model. Using single-cell RNA sequencing, we found that signaling pathways and gene expression related to DNA replication and cell cycle progression were upregulated in ISCs. Additionally, genes promoting ribosome biogenesis showed increased expression in both ISCs and transit amplifying cells. Exercise also recovered Wnt signaling inhibition, potentially influencing ISC differentiation. Furthermore, exercise increased Reg3g expression in Paneth cells and improved gut barrier function, contrasting with findings from a diet-induced obese mouse model. This suggests that regular exercise helps inhibit the aging of ISCs in multiple ways, contributing to the maintenance of intestinal homeostasis.

Business Model Canvas (BMC) is a tool widely used to describe startup business models. Despite the various business aspects described, BMC pays a little emphasis on team- related factors. The importance of team-related factors in software development has been acknowledged widely in literature. While not as extensively studied, the importance of teams in software startups is also known in both literature and among practitioners. In this paper, we propose potential changes to BMC to have the tool better reflect the importance of the team, especially in a software startup environment. Based on a literature review, we identify various components related to the team, which we then further support with empirical data. We do so by means of a qualitative case study of five startups.
This paper examines the relationship between user pageview (PV) histories and their item-choice behavior on an e-commerce website. We focus on PV sequences, which represent time series of the number of PVs for each us...

Solid Oxide Fuel Cells (SOFCs) are a type of power source that can convert hydrocarbons and hydrogen gas to electricity at temperatures of between 600-800°C with a flow rate of 0.2 l/min. A BYCF cathode, GDC 10 electrolyte and NiO anode were used for the SOFC system. A Spray Pyrolysis technique was used for the fabrication of the cathode and anode layers which were 5-10 µm in thickness. The Micro-SOFC should be able to detect hydrocarbon gases such as methane, butane, and so forth, which can generate a small electrical signal depending on the quantity of gas. Therefore, the novel design of Micro-SOFCs can be used as a sensor for measuring the quantity of methane. In particular, it can measure the content of methane in biogas after fermentation. This investigation used a novel design of sensor surface with Cat, Square, and Yin-Yang shapes. The impedance showed a relationship between resistivity and ionic transfers in the Micro-SOFC system depending on the surface shapes.
