Various works have aimed at combining the inference efficiency of recurrent models and training parallelism of multi-head attention for sequence modeling. However, most of these works focus on tasks with fixed-dimension observation spaces, such as individual tokens in language modeling or pixels in image completion. To handle an observation space of varying size, we propose a novel algorithm that alternates between cross-attention between a 2D latent state and observation, and a discounted cumulative sum over the sequence dimension to efficiently accumulate historical information. We find this resampling cycle is critical for performance. To evaluate efficient sequence modeling in this domain, we introduce two multi-agent intention tasks: simulated agents chasing bouncing particles and micromanagement analysis in professional StarCraft II games. Our algorithm achieves comparable accuracy with a lower parameter count, faster training and inference compared to existing methods. © 2024, CC BY.

The ability to match features and keep track of objects in changing dynamic environments is still an important problem, particularly due to varying noise levels, diverse datasets, and high dimensional feature spaces. Euclidean Distance and Cosine Similarity based matching are existing methods that commonly do not generalize well, particularly in the case of cross domain scenarios, where noise and motion dynamics are powerful factors to limit the accuracy of tracking. However, Deep Metric Learning approaches can extract robust features at the cost of computational efficiency and are unsuitable for real-time applications. This research proposes a Siamese Network framework to solve these problems by using robust feature matching and multi-object tracking. Based on that, the proposed framework uses a dual-branch network architecture in which feature embeddings extracted from paired inputs are mapped through the same shared latent space. Furthermore, the adaptive learning rate leads to efficient convergence during the training. Experimental results show that the Siamese Network not only achieves better accuracy than the existing methods and the more such as Deep Metric Learning but also performs significantly more efficient computation. With an accuracy of 90.2 % at a precision of 88.5%, the framework's inference time is much faster than that of Deep Metric Learning at 2.0ms. Furthermore, the proposed method performs well on the generalization over datasets with a 15% improvement of cross-domain matching accuracy on Euclidean Distance. By striking this balance between accuracy, efficiency and adaptability, it shows its suitability for dynamic and noisy environments for real-time tracking. The proposed method fills existing gaps and achieves a new state of the art for feature matching and tracking performance. © 2025 IEEE.

Blockchain technology represents a modern supply chain management revolution which fixes operational challenges while providing enhanced transparency at reduced costs. The research develops HB-SCOF (Hybrid Blockchain-Enabled Supply Chain Optimization Framework) which combines blockchain self-verification databases with automatic smart contracts to maintain continuous supply chain observation and evaluate data credibility. The framework integrates tamper-proof transaction tracking mechanisms with unified supply chain network connectivity for securing data transmission as a trust delivery method through unbreakable shared databases. The retail-industry case study demonstrated a 25% decrease in expenses stemming from agency elimination alongside enhanced flow management and better stock distribution. The system demonstrates its effectiveness through assessments of key performance indicators including transaction speed and data accuracy together with business cost efficiency. This part looks at implementation methods through training stakeholders in addition to transforming organizational policies which produce successful outcomes. Blockchain technology labs verify its capability to enhance supply chain management efficiency while showing realistic deployment methods. © 2025 IEEE.

Brain tumors and intracranial hemorrhages are serious medical conditions that can greatly impact the quality of life for patients. Early detection and diagnosis of these conditions are crucial for effective treatment and improved outcomes. This paper investigates the use of deep learning in detecting brain tumors and intracranial hemorrhages from CT scans. Several studies are analyzed and their results are compared. For instance, a modified U-Net model with data augmentation was proposed for detecting different types of intracranial hemorrhages. An inception network was used and it achieves higher accuracy compared to other existing methods. A synergic deep learning model called GC-SDL was developed, which outperforms existing methods in accuracy, sensitivity, specificity, and precision. A Fully Convolutional Neural Network called PatchFCN that evaluates patches of the image was proposed and it has a patch classification branch to improve accuracy. The performance was evaluated by calculating the Receiver Operating Characteristic curve. Research shows that deep learning has shown promising results in detecting brain tumors and intracranial hemorrhages. With the help of neural networks, large amounts of medical images can be processed and analyzed accurately and quickly, leading to improved diagnosis and treatment of these conditions. The application of deep learning in this area has the potential to greatly enhance medical imaging and improve patient outcomes.

This paper presents the experimental evaluation of an AI-powered vehicle toll collection system, utilizing RFID technology and IoT integration. The system was designed to automate toll collection, reducing transaction time and improving accuracy while minimizing human intervention. The methodology involved RFID-based vehicle identification, real-time data transfer via IoT, and automatic toll deductions from prepaid accounts. The system was evaluated based on transaction speed, accuracy, user satisfaction, and system reliability. Results show that the automated system significantly reduced average transaction times from 32.5 seconds (manual) to 10 seconds (automated) during peak hours. Additionally, the system demonstrated a 100% accuracy rate in detecting unregistered vehicles and low-balance scenarios. User satisfaction was high, with an average rating of 4.6 out of 5. System reliability was also excellent, achieving an average uptime of 99.5% across multiple toll booth locations. The AI-powered toll collection system proved to be highly efficient in automating toll processes, reducing congestion, and improving the user experience. These findings suggest that such systems can effectively modernize toll management, contributing to time savings, reduced operational costs, and enhanced security. © 2024 IEEE.

The rapid development of digital technology has brought about the challenge of ensuring information security. Cryptography and steganography are among the various techniques available to address this challenge. These techniques come in different forms and provide reliable means of securing information and communication. Despite the existence of numerous options, new variations are still emerging. This paper concentrates on Least Significant Bit (LSB) coding, which is one of the most widely recognized and frequently utilized steganography techniques. The advantages of LSB-based coding methods are high capacity and low complexity. However, predictability is an issue. Audio files' sizes and data redundancy make audio data perfect for steganography, as it is possible to embed large amounts of secret information and easily transmit the signal via various communication channels. However, the use of LSB coding in audio steganography has a drawback due to the extreme sensitivity of the human auditory system (HAS). This means that any noise added to the audio with data embedded in the LSBs can be detected by the HAS, which is dependent on the number of LSBs used. This work presents an improvement of the LSB-based approach, the XORing of LSBs method, with an emphasis on enhanced security. The method achieves this by randomly picking the pairs of bits to be XOR'd while preserving the characteristics of classic LSB methods. To verify the method, it has been implemented on the Cirrus Logic DSP, proving that it may be efficiently used in a real-Time audio environment without interfering with HAS sensitivity levels. © 2023 IEEE.

Hospital administration is essential in the provision of high-quality social services to patients. Hospitals must have efficient asset management to offer quality medical care. On the other hand, many hospitals face problems such as data entry errors. Based on this problem, the author hopes to solve it by implementing real-time object detection and recording data distribution using the YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm. This data distribution will then be applied to the current system. Performance tests were carried out in this research using the YOLO architecture, especially on YOLOv8. one of the improvements of popular deep learning algorithms. This research used 7680 images (augmentation) which were divided into 3 parts. 6720 training data (88%), 640 validation data (8%), and 320 (4%) test data. 7680 data were added from 16 tested medical device categories with 200 images per category. This research has an average accuracy of 90%, an average precision of 94%, and an average recall value of 92.2%. These results show that YOLOv8 performs well in detecting medical devices. To improve accuracy, it is recommended to test larger and more diverse datasets. This research helps the healthcare industry better monitor and manage real-time assets. © 2024 IEEE.

The convergence of the Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) is significantly transforming the landscape of future networking. The Internet of Things (IoT) is a technological paradigm that encompasses embedded systems, wireless sensors, and automation, facilitating the integration of various applications ranging from smart homes to wearable devices. In addition, the advent of artificial intelligence (AI) amplifies this influence by providing data-driven analytics, optimising processes, and presenting novel opportunities for growth. Nevertheless, the widespread adoption of devices within Internet of Things (IoT) networks gives rise to apprehensions regarding increased energy consumption. In order to ensure the longevity of network operations, it is imperative to employ energy-efficient protocols for sensor nodes that possess limited power resources. One example of a protocol that demonstrates this concept is the Low Energy Adaptive Clustering Hierarchy (LEACH) protocol. This protocol effectively divides networks into clusters and dynamically adjusts the cluster heads to optimise the transmission of data to the base stations. Our study enhances the LEACH protocol by incorporating digital twin simulation, thereby enhancing the efficiency of IoT systems. Virtual network models and AI analytics are employed to assess energy consumption and performance. Cache nodes play a crucial role within this framework as they collect data from cluster heads in order to transmit it to the base station. By leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) and simulation techniques, we are able to improve the energy efficiency and reliability of the Internet of Things (IoT) systems. The findings indicate a significant reduction of 83% in non-functioning nodes and a notable increase of 1.66 times in energy levels of nodes compared to conventional approaches.
