The Disease Prediction System revolutionizes healthcare with advanced machine learning techniques for early detection of skin diseases, notably focusing on skin cancer. Through image processing and Transfer Learning, it excels in identifying potential malignancies, enabling timely interventions. Its capabilities extend to benign tumors and growth disorders, utilizing the ResNet50 Model for precise identification. Additionally, it predicts skin reactions associated with various dermatological conditions, such as Urticaria Hives and Warts, leveraging the efficientnetB0 Model. The security aspect of cloud computing is much more challenging for researchers. Preventing the attack requires knowledge about the type of attack, its origin, and how vulnerabilities and tools are used for the attack. The cloud security methodology protects customer data, information, and applications from attackers. Due to digitalization, the volume of data is increased. The protection of data is very challenging for cloud service providers. This work proposes a new cloud intrusion detection system security infrastructure based on Honeynet, Honeywell, Honeypot, and Honeytoken Strategies. The proposed strategy effectively identifies intrusion detection, attack behavior, and attack scenario. Lung segmentation has become a bedrock in the effective diagnosis, and classification of coronavirus (COVID-19) from radiological images such as computed tomography (CT) and X-ray images. Since the coronavirus (COVID-19) discovery, several methods have been employed to segment the COVID-19-infected areas from lung CT images. One of the most popular segmentation methods is the U-Net model. U-Net is a convolutional neural network used for medical image segmentation. U-Net and its variants have become a more reliable architecture used for medical image segmentation. U-Net models have produced outstanding results in segmenting diseases such as COVID-19 from lung CT images. The exceptional results produced by the U-Net model have inspired various researchers to explore the potential of U-Net for various segmentation tasks. Stroke and related neurological disorders are difficult to classify accurately, hence new computational approaches are needed to enhance diagnosis. In order to transform the categorization of brain strokes, this study presents Neuro-Xception, a novel framework that combines the Xception architecture with Extreme Learning Machines (ELM). The rapid learning speed and enhanced generalisation capability of ELMs are combined with the feature extraction expertise of Xception to create Neuro-Xception. Through training on large neuroimaging datasets, Neuro-Xception learns complex patterns that are essential for differentiating between different types and intensities of stroke. By means of extensive testing on various datasets, Neuro-Xception exhibits notable gains in performance compared to traditional techniques, indicating its potential to revolutionise stroke detection in medical environments. Furthermore, Neuro-Xception's scalability and flexibility are enhanced by the combination of Xception and ELMs, which makes it a viable tool for real-time clinical decision support systems and personalised medicine. This study highlights how merging Xception and ELMs can revolutionise neurological healthcare and this development could lead to more accurate and efficient diagnostic techniques for treating stroke patients. Neuro-Xception offers a potential path for increasing diagnosis accuracy and expediting timely medical intervention. It is a major step forward in the use of artificial intelligence to enhance patient outcomes and advance the profession of stroke care. © 2024 IEEE.

In Mobile sensor Networks, Each and every wireless node dynamically changes its location due to its mobility nature. The routing information is maintained by the master node to deliver a data packet from source to destination. The attackers easily hack this wireless network. The performance of the complete networks is dropped by packets transmission attacks. Attacker node drops the packet. An enhanced protection technique in response to packets transmission misbehaviour attacks is provided to increase the energy efficiency of mobile nodes. This paper proposed the Cryptographic formed Malicious Node Detection and Secure Routing framework (CMNDSR). This model incorporates three various strategies specially algorithm for control of access, to protects initial illegal node in the network. The suspected identification and prevention techniques based on hop count value. Secure routing method with a private key generated at random like one time password (OTP). The proposed methods are power efficient, by operating a minimum number of nodes in challenging environment. The misbehaviour nodes are promptly identified and isolated using this proposed approach. The Cryptographic based Secure routing algorithm is applied to provide secure transmission in wireless networking environment. The outcomes of the simulation display how effectively the recommended approach can identify malicious nodes in a MANET. In comparison with previous methods, the energy consumption is 10% lower and the suspicious node detection rate is increased by 95%. © 2024 IEEE.

The utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) and other cutting-edge techniques in the field of medical image analysis has exhibited significant potential. Nevertheless, a significant obstacle that impedes the extensive implementation of these models in the healthcare sector is their restricted interpretability. The concept of explainability is a subject of extensive discussion and debate within the context of utilizing artificial intelligence in the healthcare domain. Notwithstanding the empirical evidence demonstrating the superior performance of AI-driven systems compared to humans in certain analytical tasks, particularly in the field of medical image computing, these systems still encounter challenges due to their limited explainability. The present study provides a comprehensive assessment of the significance of explainability in the field of medical artificial intelligence and performs an ethical analysis of the influence of explainability on the incorporation of AI-driven tools in data engineering in medicine and health care. The paper examines various subjects including data security, confidentiality, privacy, fairness, and discrimination, among others. © 2024 The Authors.

The healthcare sector faces unique supply chain management challenges because of the wide range of product life cycles, growing levels of outsourcing, and globalization. Selecting cooperators and forming alliances across different supply chain echelons is particularly crucial when designing a multi-echelon network. This study presents a mixed-integer linear programming (MILP) model to design a multi-echelon, multi-period healthcare supply chain network (HSCN) in the context of a developing country. The model aims to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness by selecting optimal partners, production planning, and inventory control at each echelon. The results demonstrate that the proposed model achieves a 100% customer service level (CSL), ensuring that all demands are met without shortages. Additionally, the model minimizes the total supply chain costs, which are determined to be $183,329, while maintaining a low average inventory level of 9 units across all nodes. These findings underscore the effectiveness of the model in optimizing strategic, tactical, and operational planning for a highly efficient and competent healthcare supply chain. Finally, a 23 factorial experimental design is carried out, considering demand variability, capacity variability for selected partners, and transportation capacity variability as the main factors. Among these factors, demand variability has the largest positive effect on total cost, while both partner capacity variability and transportation capacity variability have negative effects on total cost. This framework offers valuable insights for decision-makers and provides the foundation for future research to explore more complex scenarios. © 2024 Computers and Industrial engineering. Efficient energy management is a cornerstone of advancing cognitive cities,where AI,IoT,and cloud computing seamlessly integrate to meet escalating global energy *** this context,the ability to forecast electricity consumption with precision is vital,particularly in residential settings where usage patterns are highly variable and *** study presents an innovative approach to energy consumption forecasting using a bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM)*** a dataset containing over twomillionmultivariate,time-series observations collected froma single household over nearly four years,ourmodel addresses the limitations of traditional time-series forecasting methods,which often struggle with temporal dependencies and non-linear *** bidirectional LSTM architecture processes data in both forward and backward directions,capturing past and future contexts at each time step,whereas existing unidirectional LSTMs consider only a single temporal *** design,combined with dropout regularization,leads to a 20.6%reduction in RMSE and an 18.8%improvement in MAE over conventional unidirectional LSTMs,demonstrating a substantial enhancement in prediction accuracy and *** to existing models—including SVM,Random Forest,MLP,ANN,and CNN—the proposed model achieves the lowest MAE of 0.0831 and RMSE of 0.2213 during testing,significantly outperforming these *** results highlight the model’s superior ability to navigate the complexities of energy usage patterns,reinforcing its potential application in AI-driven IoT and cloud-enabled energy management systems for cognitive *** integrating advanced machine learning techniqueswith IoT and cloud infrastructure,this research contributes to the development of intelligent,sustainable urban environments.

Decision-making is crucial in fully autonomous vehicle operations and is expected to greatly influence future transportation systems. Observing the current driving status of autonomous vehicles is vital for its decision-making process. The autonomous connected vehicles on the road send significant data about their movements to the server to maintain continuous training. With the Proof of Authority (PoA) consensus process, blockchain technology provides a valid, decentralised and secure option to improve transactions throughput and minimise delay. The limited computational capacity of vehicles poses a challenge in achieving high accuracy and low latency while training self-driving algorithms. GPT-4V surpassed challenging autonomous systems in scene interpretation and causal thinking. GPT-4V has ability to navigate circumstances without access to database, interpret intentions, and make sound decisions in real-world driving scenarios. The reward function and different driving conditions are organised to allow an optimal search to find the most efficient driving style while ensuring safety. The consequences of the Blockchain-enabled decision-making model (DMM) for Self-Driving Vehicles (SDV) primarily based on GPT-4V and Federated Reinforcement Learning (FRL) would, likely, upgrades in decision-making accuracy, operational performance, statistics integrity, and potentially enhanced learning skills in SDV. Integrating blockchain technology, superior language modelling GPT-4V and FRL may lead to multiplied safety, reliability, and decision-making ability in SDV. This study utilised the Simulation of Urban MObility (SUMO) simulator to assess the ability of SDV to maintain its desired speed consistently and securely in a highway setting using proposed DMM. This study indicates that the suggested DMM, utilising the driving state evaluation approach for SDV, can help these vehicles operate safely and effectively.
