In the pursuit of developing more effective vaccines against viruses like SARS-CoV-2, understanding their potential mutations is crucial. In order to generate protein sequences, this study presents a unique framework that synergistically blends phylogenetic data with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). The proposed method combines the strengths of two models: TEMPO, a transformer-based model proficient in leveraging phylogenetic data for mutation detection in SARS-CoV-2, and MutaGAN, a GAN-based model adept in generating synthetic protein sequences. The phylogenetic data from TEMPO is used in this novel design as the input for the MutaGAN generator, replacing the conventional random noise input used in GANs. The generator may now create synthetic protein sequences that are impacted by the evolutionary past included in the phylogenetic data resulting in the creation of artificial protein sequences that are more biologically significant and lifelike. The discriminator portion of the model, similar to MutaGAN, is still in charge of determining whether or not the input sequences comprise a valid parent-child pair and uses sequences produced by the first GAN as extra negative cases. This prevented the model from going too far off its planned route. Additional investigation into this fascinating confluence of bioinformatics and AI may be possible as a result of this study's conclusions. This approach has tremendous promise in many applications, such as the production of more powerful vaccinations, protein engineering, medication design, and improving our knowledge of biological systems, by forecasting how SARS-CoV-2 could change. A precision of 0.662 and an accuracy of around 0.671, together with a Matthews Correlation Coefficient (MCC) score of 0.313, show that the framework performs very well. Several medical investigations have demonstrated that Alzheimer's disease (AD) manifests itself long before the formal diagnosis of dementia. These studies have led to the identification of numerous ideal biomarkers associated with Alzheimer's symptoms. Consequently, the imperative for early diagnosis has become evident, necessitating a high-performance computational tool capable of efficiently processing vast amounts of data. Early detection of AD not only offers valuable insights into the condition's progression but also presents a significant opportunity to benefit from timely and effective treatment. This ground-breaking study pioneers an innovative approach to the early detection and diagnosis of AD by crafting a sophisticated model SVGGL, which blends the power of stacked VGG19 neural networks with the interpretability of logistic regression. Leveraging neuro-imaging data, specifically the insights provided MRI, and our model aims to discern subtle structural and functional alterations in the brains of individuals at risk for or in the early stages of AD. The combination of feature extraction from stacked VGG19 models and subsequent logistic regression classification yields a precise and efficient classifier with an outstanding accuracy of 98.24%. With such a high degree of accuracy, the model can reliably differentiate among healthy people and those with Alzheimer's, opening the door to potential early intervention and individualized treatment plans. The study not only sheds light on the intricate neuro pathological landscape of AD but also propels us toward a future where cutting-edge technology and data-driven insights, exemplified by our high-accuracy model, converge to tackle the challenges posed by this prevalent neurodegenerative disorder. © 2024 IEEE.

In the workplace, risk prevention helps detect the risks and prevent accidents. To achieve this, workers' mental and physical parameters related to their health should be focused on and analyzed. It helps improve the workers' mental health and thus improves organizational performance. There are a lot of mental illnesses due to excess work and a lack of professional knowledge. It affects the performance of the worker. So, the organization needs to conduct competency training programs to improve their professional skills and the mindset to tackle the work pressure. There are several competency training programs given in various organizations to mold the workers, and it considerably reduces workplaces risks. Competency training in the workplace teaches integrity, honesty, managerial skills, and other workers. Developing organizational skills is the primary concern in this competency training. This paper enabled one of the best machine learning algorithms to be chosen to predict the hazards in the workplace and provide a healthy environment to the workers. For that, several classification methods such as Logistic Regression, Decision trees, AdaBoost classifier, Random Forest, Gradient Boosting classifier, and XGBoost classifier are implemented experimented with, and the performance is verified with python software. Road Side Units(RSUs)are the essential component of vehicular communication for the objective of improving safety and mobility in the road *** are generally deployed at the roadside and more specifically at the intersections in order to collect traffic information from the vehicles and disseminate alarms and messages in emergency situations to the neighborhood vehicles cooperating with the ***,the development of a predominant RSUs placement algorithm for ensuring competent communication in VANETs is a challenging issue due to the hindrance of obstacles like water bodies,trees and *** this paper,Ruppert’s Delaunay Triangulation Refinement Scheme(RDTRS)for optimal RSUs placement is proposed for accurately estimating the optimal number of RSUs that has the possibility of enhancing the area of coverage during data *** RDTRS is proposed by considering the maximum number of factors such as global coverage,intersection popularity,vehicle density and obstacles present in the map for optimal RSUs placement,which is considered as the core improvement over the existing RSUs optimal placement *** is contributed for deploying requisite RSUs with essential transmission range for maximal coverage in the convex map such that each position of the map could be effectively covered by at least one RSU in the presence of *** simulation experiments of the proposed RDTRS are conducted with complex road traffic *** results of this proposed RDTRS confirmed its predominance in reducing the end-to-end delay by 21.32%,packet loss by 9.38%with improved packet delivery rate of 10.68%,compared to the benchmarked schemes.

Abnormal event detection in video surveillance is critical for security, traffic management, and industrial monitoring applications. This paper introduces an innovative methodology for anomaly detection in video data, encompassing three primary stages: preprocessing, feature learning, and anomaly detection. We employ background subtraction and noise reduction during preprocessing to refine the data. The feature-learning stage involves training an LSTM autoencoder to capture the essential features of normal video sequences. For anomaly detection, we map video data to a lower-dimensional space (latent code) and compare it against the distribution of codes from normal sequences. We determine regularity scores and identify local minima points exceeding a specified threshold while scrutinizing shadows between adjacent maxima to confirm and pinpoint anomalies. When tested on the CUHK Avenue and UMN datasets, our methodology demonstrated performance with AUCs of 93.8% and 94.1%, respectively, outperforming several baseline models. Our results show the high precision of our method that can detect anomalies, highlighting its potential advantages that it can achieve for enhancing systems of surveillance. © The Author(s) 2025.

This research introduces an innovative Sign Language to Speech Conversion Model using Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to address communication barriers for the people who are deaf and unable to hear properly. The model employs deep learning for the automatic extraction of spatial patterns from sign language images. A diverse sign language dataset is carefully curated, undergoing Pre-processing for improved quality. The CNN architecture, designed for adaptability, captures local and global features, enabling accurate *** the training phase, the model learns to map sign language gestures to spoken language representations. The number of cases of violence and fights has been increasing around the world. With the use of CCTV, such incidents can be recorded but the detection of Violence is a major issue around the globe, and it plays a vital role in the safety and security of the area. It helps in effective surveillance and law enforcement. The effectiveness of any violence detection system depends on the speed and accuracy with which it detects the events and how it performs over different types of videos of varied sizes and formats. In the proposed algorithm, the dataset used contains videos of different types and scenarios to help the model understand and train better. To improve the overall effectiveness of the model, Lightweight CNN MobileNetV2 has been used along with that Bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM) has been used. The accuracy rate of the proposed model is 98%. © 2024 IEEE.

For the cause of evolution of agriculture to its next generation, the introduction of A.I. and data-driven approach is going to be an important part of the agricultural industry that as per our vision would offer numerous economic, environmental and social benefits. Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) is providing more benefits since the weather and other environmental conditions is controlled and predictable. In CEA, the benefits include enhanced productivity in yield, reduced environmental footprints and better resource management. Our solution uses the adoption of Generative AI to visually forecast the potential yield of a crop using stable diffusion and conditional prompts additionally implementing several Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) architectures for data generation, augmentation and super-resolution. Our proposed system also adopts generative AI for real time monitoring of plants. studying their respective conditions and their autonomous cultivation and harvesting patterns. The dataset used contained over 8479 examples for different fruits alongside annotations. This data was used to train the detection models as well categorically feed the GANs for data generation. Data generated by DCGAN has a structural similarity of 0.5-0.7 whereas data generated by pix2pix network returns us a structural similarity of 0.7-0.9. © 2024 IEEE.

Skin cancer is a predominant and possibly lethal condition that distresses people across the world. Primary detection and precise finding are crucial for leveraging efficacious treatment and enhanced patient consequences. This research study explores the application off Artificial Intelligence (AI) resolutions for the primary finding and analysis of skin cancer. The study leverages a dataset of dermatological images and employs various ML methods, including Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs), Support Vector Machines (SVMs), and decision trees, to analyse the existence of skin cancer with a higher degree of accuracy. By utilizing a combination of image processing and feature extraction, the AI model demonstrates higher performance in classifying skin lesions into malignant or benign categories. The proposed model has achieved an accuracy rate of 98.52%, making the AI-based system a promising tool for dermatologists and healthcare professionals. © 2024 IEEE.

Financial fraud presents substantial risks to individuals and financial institutions globally, necessitating efficient detection mechanisms to mitigate probable fatalities. In this study, the development and evaluation of machine learning (ML) models for detecting fraudulent activities in mobile money transactions are investigated. Using a synthetic dataset, realworld transaction scenarios involving a variety of transaction kinds and features are simulated. The effectiveness of many machine learning (ML) methods, such as LGBM, random forests, XGBoost, and logistic regression, in spotting fraudulent transactions is investigated through data preparation, feature engineering, and model-building procedures. Employing techniques such as SMOTE-Tomek resampling and hyperparameter tuning enhances the performance and robustness of our models. Our results reveal that the XGBoost classifier emerges as the top-performing model, exhibiting a remarkable accuracy of 99.95%. The findings underscore the potential of MLbased approaches to bolster security and trust in mobile financial services, contributing to the ongoing advancement of fraud detection methodologies in the financial sector. © 2024 IEEE.
