Technologies, such as mobile learning and online inquiry, would be used to create virtual versus real learning effects. In order to enhance the quality of the ecological environment learning projects in school settings, we integrate Project-based learning (PBL) strategy to develop an e-learning platform, and help students exploring their outdoor learning tasks with mobile learning technology. The main idea about the design and development of e-learning platform integrated PBL strategy, how to use mobile learning technology in the PBL learning tasks, and the feedback about PBL exploration from students are discussed in this study.

This study examined the relationship among four dimensions of emotional intelligence (EI) as predictor variables vis-à-vis five dimensions of organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and in-role behaviour (IRB) as criterion variables. Sample constituted of 250 superior–subordinate dyads working on technical and non-technical jobs in power plants in India. Canonical correlation analysis and hierarchical multiple regression analysis have been applied to investigate the relationship between the two sets of variables. Demographic variables have been controlled, to find the unique variance in the prediction of criterion variables. Significant relationship was found between emotional intelligence dimensions and outcome variables with Rc = 0.569. Among the outcome variables, sportsmanship had the highest canonical loading and IRB had the lowest canonical loading. Canonical loadings for predictor canonical variate were highest for utilization of emotion and lowest for perception of emotion. Sensitivity analysis was carried out to validate the results obtained through canonical correlation analysis by removing individual independent variable at a time. The results showed little difference, indicating stability of the results. Overall the results established significant relationship among the predictor and criterion variables. However, the dimensions of EI were better in predicting OCB dimensions as compared to IRB of the respondents.

Employability denotes skills and attributes that make an individual desirable to potential employers. Owing to the dramatic increase in enrollment rate of higher education, a diploma is no longer a guarantee of employment and higher education institutes are expected to equip students with employability skills and attributes. However, the mandatory inclusion of employability skills and attributes in higher education has provoked considerable debate and controversy. Although the connection between employability and employment is well-documented, it is not clear whether employability skills have potential impacts on academic performance of graduate students. This study investigated the relationship between academic publication and perceived employability of graduate students in business and management by analyzing data from Graduate Destination Survey (GDS) in Taiwan. Of the 6,876 graduate students in business and management responding to the survey, 2,015 (29.3%) and 508 (7.4%) of them submitted at least one conference paper or peer-reviewed journal article, respectively. Logistic regression was used to evaluate the associations between paper/article submission and perceived employability of graduate students, controlled for student attributes. The findings suggest that 4 employability skills are significantly associated with academic publication of graduate students, including “foreign language ability”, “computer literacy”, “application of theory to work”, and “stability and pressure resistance”. All control factors, including “school type”, “gender”, “entrance exam for graduate school”, “years in graduate school”, “full-time student”, and “participation in academic community”, have significantly connection with academic publication. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among learning strategies, creative self-efficacy and creative learning effectiveness in Taiwan, and to explore learning strategies impact on creative cognitive learning effectiveness through the moderating effect of creative self-efficacy. The population was composed of northern, central and southern Taiwan. A total of 630 samples were drawn from the population. There were 524 questionnaires collected with a valid return rate of 83.17%. Based on the results of research, the findings were listed as follows: Learning strategies had impacts on creative learning effectiveness without moderating effect of creative cognitive self-efficacy.

Nowadays, all successful corporations consider Information technology as the main part of their success and as a cooperator in their strategy. They use information technology to add value to their organization more and more. Achieving the maximum level of value requires the involvement of business that Val IT framework can facilitate it. For this reason, enterprises must be familiar with Val IT framework and be able to utilize it. This study tries to explain the concept of Information technology (IT) governance and the necessity of using Val IT framework between current standards and frameworks. Researchers believe that utilizing Val IT strongly effects the organization to achieve their objectives and to help enterprises optimize the realization of value delivery from IT investment with implementing IT governance.
