The main aim of this paper is to realize that if the people are engaged in different occupations,and they have different views for employee promotion and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) or *** the authors want to scrutinize the correlation between employee promotion and ***,authors investigate 95 *** adopt cluster analysis to realize the clusters of subjects,and employ Pearson Product-Moment correlation coefficient to examine the correlation between employee promotion and *** cluster analysis,there are three clusters in this *** these clusters generate according to two dimensions,which are job satisfaction and ***,the clusters are middle job satisfaction and high loyalty (cluster 1),low job satisfaction and middle loyalty (cluster 2),and high job satisfaction and low loyalty (cluster 3).The results show that the opinions of cluster 1 differs from cluster 2 for promotion and OCB,the opinions of cluster 2 differs from cluster 3 for promotion,The opinions of cluster 1 differs from cluster 3 for OCB,and there is no significant correlation between emplyee promotion and OCB.

The main purpose of this study is to explore the effects of college students' learning achievement by designing experiment of Weblog Cooperation-Competition Learning theory in Image Processing course. For the fulfillment of this research, the study employed the literature review and the quasi- experiment research. First, we explored the related literature to construct cooperation-competition learning. Then, we developed a teaching model on the blog. After the experiment was implemented, the data was collected by the test, questionnaire and certification exam. We use Ancova as the data analysis method, and try to control the covariate variables. The final results of this study were as follows: 1. The Weblog Cooperation-Competition Learning has positive effective in the promotion of student's learning achievement. 2. The Weblog Cooperation-Competition Learning has positive effective in the promotion of student's Certification exam achievement.

This study examined the effects of message framing (gain and loss) and character/background color combination (a red background with white characters and a white background with black characters) on participants' perception of promoting materials and hence their willingness to receive the vaccine when they read the materials on the H1N1 Flu. A 2 × 2 between subjects experiment was used. 120 university students participated in the study. Results of the study show that participants are more interested and can better understand and tend to believe vaccine information presented through loss-framed messages, and loss-framed messages in combination with a white background with black characters will increase participants' willingness to receive the vaccine. Practical application of the two factors in the development of effective health promoting materials is discussed.

This study investigated the effects of presentation unit and presentation duration on the comprehension for reading Chinese text on the small screen of a mobile phone in three different contexts (seated, walking on a treadmill, and walking through an outdoor course). Thirty readers participated in this study. In each of the three contexts, participants read eight passages that were dynamically presented with various combinations of presentation units (word-by-word or single line) and presentation durations (171, 213, 240, and 308 milliseconds per character (msC-1)). Results showed that presentation unit and presentation duration significantly affected reading comprehension, and interactions between factors were also significant. When the presentation unit was word-by-word, no significant difference in reading comprehension was observed under different presentation durations. However, when the presentation unit was a single line, reading comprehension deteriorated with the shortest presentation duration of 171 msC-1. With regard to context, participants had a higher mean reading comprehension score in the seated context than in ambulatory contexts, but the difference was not significant. Recommendations for appropriate dynamic display design for presenting Chinese characters on the screen of mobile devices based on the results of objective measures are discussed.

The purpose of this study were to discuss diversity mentoring and organization's influence. The case study is a high technology company in Taiwan. There are 11 employees interviewed, and come out the conclusions as: diversity mentoring from organizational development, has faced the multiple hardships but still insisted on keeping conducting, influence on the organization and employees from the mentoring systems. We then further discuss the theoretical and managerial implications of our conclusions.
