Her research interests include organizational citizenship behaviour emotional intelligence job performance and job involvement. Bhawdeep Singh () is a Professor at Punjabi University College of Engineering & Management Rampura Phul Punjab India. He teaches Marketing Research Operations Research Project Management and Management Science. His research areas include rural marketing. He has 31 years of teaching and more than 10 years of research experience. He has to his credit many research papers published in national and international journals. He is a life member of Indian Commerce Association Indian Economic Association and Indian Political Economy Association. He has penned down four books and contributed 26 papers in journals and conferences. Parminder Kaur () is Principal at SSD Girls’ College Bathinda Punjab India.
