In the developed financial services industry, identity is defined using government-issued identification cards. Nevertheless, the primary obstacles in the consolidation and authentication of these data in connection with large-scale anti-money laundering (AML) requirements have significantly increased the challenges for individuals seeking to enter the financial system. This renders it exceedingly unprofitable and a greater risk for banking systems to engage with developing economies that might lack even the most primitive forms of identification. Furthermore, the process of establishing a banking account is packed with difficulty as a result of protracted processing times, substantial report obligations, and ambiguity surrounding the utilization of confidential customer data. The objective of cash laundering is to return illegal funds to their source;therefore, money launderers typically employ robust financial structures to transport funds. Additionally, the level of money laundering activity may become more geographically concentrated as the amount of money laundered increases. For many years, the financial quarter has been working to reevaluate the concept of identity. Blockchain is an emerging computing structure that enables the integration of disparate data points from authoritative source vendors into a unified digital ledger of validated, unalterable, transparent, and cryptographically protected data. Furthermore, secrecy can be ensured by letting the appropriate person or group control how their identity is shared. A blockchain is a distributed, virtual ledger that is unchangeable and keeps track of transactions in chronological order and close to real time. In order for later transactions to be added to the ledger the community members also known also nodes, must agree on them. In the current scenario, finding the parking in full slot area is very difficult and also there is no online platform to check those parking slot availability details. The proposed system provides a parking slot availability information over phone and reducing a waiting time to check the availability. Using the 'Smart parking system' the parking slot availability can be accessed easily over the internet. This system can completely automate the entry and exit of car and also payment process. The Node MCU ESP8266 is connected with IR sensors. The IR sensors will show the availability of the parking slot. The entry and exit gates are connected with servo motors. RFID scanner used to show the information of the user while entering. Online service software was used (Blynk app) it shows the slot through your mobile world. © 2024 IEEE.

With the exponential growth of the Internet of Things through time there has been an enormous increase in the usage of tiny devices and information being exchanged, between low resource devices like sensors, PDA’s and the high-end devices like servers or clouds. This opens up several challenges in securing the information being exchanged. Consequently, there is a greater demand for designing encryption algorithms, particularly for devices with limited resources. This paper introduces the HIBRI cipher, a combination of the HIGHT and the BRIGHT cipher implemented in software as well as hardware. The proposed cipher is evaluated for randomness test, strict avalanche criteria, key sensitivity tests to assess the cipher’s security while memory utilization, energy consumption, execution time and throughput are analyzed by implementing in Arduino Nano based on the Atmega328 microcontroller. The NIST tests for key generation yielded P ≥ 0.01 which proves that the proposed key generation scheme generated truly random numbers while the hardware implementation shows that the comparison results for code size, RAM and execution size yielded better results than the implementations that are cutting-edge. © The Institution of Engineers (India) 2024. Brain tumor classification using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) is a pivotal area in medical diagnostics, with the potential to influence early detection and subsequent treatment strategies. Over the years, various machine learning and deep learning models have been proposed to enhance the accuracy of MRI-based tumor detection. In this evolving landscape, this paper introduces a distinctive deep-learning model that harnesses the power of a soft attention mechanism. We employ a meticulously designed Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) comprising four convolution layers. One of the significant innovations in our approach is the method of feature extraction. Instead of extracting features solely from the final layer, as is common in many models, our approach aggregates and combines features from all layers. This ensures that the vital characteristics intrinsic to each layer are not lost but rather amalgamated into a robust and comprehensive feature vector. The incorporation of a soft attention mechanism at the terminal stages ensures that the most salient and clinically relevant features are emphasized, enhancing classification accuracy. To validate the efficacy of our proposed model, we employed standard datasets for training and testing. A comparative analysis with existing state-of-the-art models affirms the superiority and potential of our approach in the realm of MRI-based brain tumor classification. © 2024, The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Bharati Vidyapeeth's Institute of computer Applications and Management.

With the advent of the Internet, the multimedia business has experienced explosive growth and is now available to consumers worldwide. Particularly important to this growth has been the dominance of over-the-top (OTT) platforms during the COVID-19 epidemic. One important component in this growth has been the implementation of state-of-the-art Machine Learning (ML) methods. These algorithms can generate captions from video frames mechanically, increasing the platform's accessibility. However, it can be difficult to meet the needs of users speaking different languages, as there are many films being streamed in languages that may be inaccessible to consumers in other parts of the world. There is an issue with English being the most spoken language in the world. Therefore, individuals who aren't fluent in English may have trouble finding videos in their native language. By automatically creating English subtitles for any movie, regardless of the language spoken on the original audio track, machine learning plays a significant role in removing this barrier. Neural Networks, used for processing each frame of the video, and LSTM models, used for caption synthesis, are the key models employed here from the realm of machine learning. After the models have been trained, they can be incorporated into the user interface (UI) using a programming language like Python. The condition of the ocean is monitored through a network of acoustic sensor nodes. After the transmitter and receiver nodes are formed, they are placed in a shallow sea environment. Underwater communication takes more time, so optimization of it is a top priority. Cat swarm optimization method and sea lion optimization algorithms are two examples of currently used bio-inspired algorithms. By analyzing the output parameters of both algorithms, we can see which one is more optimized. When comparing cat swarm optimization techniques to, the sea lion algorithm provides superior energy efficiency by lowering the amount of power required to process acoustic sensor node data. Existing cat swarm optimization Algorithms compared with sea lion optimization algorithm. The amount of energy difference that occurs in the two algorithms is nearly up to 18 % more than energy efficiency. Sea lions and cat swarm based upon condition need the individual or group performance, these recreate the bio inspire algorithm nodes. © 2024 IEEE.

Image restoration, a critical task in computer vision and image processing, focuses on recovering degraded or damaged images to their original, high-quality state. This paper introduces an innovative approach to image restoration using Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs). GANs, a prominent deep learning framework, consist of two neural networks—a generator and a discriminator—that compete to produce and evaluate realistic images. The generator creates images, while the discriminator distinguishes between real and generated ones, refining the generator's capability through adversarial training. Leveraging GANs' ability to learn complex image features, the proposed algorithm restores degraded images affected by noise, blur, and low resolution, producing high-quality, realistic results. Simulation outcomes demonstrate significant advancements in image restoration, showcasing GANs as a powerful tool for addressing challenges in this domain. The study underscores the potential of GANs in generating visually appealing restorations and advancing the state-of-the-art in image processing and restoration tasks. © 2024 IEEE.

Amidst rapid urbanization and fluctuating climatic patterns, the world witnessed a surge in mosquito-borne diseases, escalating global health concerns. Mosquitoes, often dismissed as mere irritants, are carriers for a spectrum of conditions, including malaria, dengue, and the Zika virus, with WHO reporting large numbers of dengue cases annually. This review delves deep into the observation of mosquito behavior and the challenges in eradicating these pests, emphasizing the inefficacy of singular sensory targeting repellents. This paper introduces a pioneering device, combining the mosquito's affinity towards light with the suffocating effects of metofluthrin, offering a holistic solution.
