Introduces an innovative application of 5G MIMO data in singular value decomposition (SVD) focusing on deep learning beam-selection and intelligent network analytics. This research explores the potential of leveraging 5G MIMO data to enhance network performance and efficiency through advanced ML techniques. Deep learning algorithms are employed for beam-selection, optimizing the transmission of data in 5G networks to improve throughput and reliability. Intelligent network analytics are applied to extract valuable insights from the vast amount of data generated by 5G MIMO systems, enabling proactive network management and optimization. By harnessing the capabilities of deep learning and intelligent analytics, this research aims to address key challenges in 5G network optimization and management. The integration of SVD techniques with 5G MIMO data offers a novel approach to enhancing network performance, enabling more efficient utilization of resources and improved quality of service for users. The insights gained from intelligent network analytics facilitate informed decision-making and proactive maintenance leading to greater reliability and resilience in 5G networks. Classification of Crop Across Heterogeneous Landscape Through Experienced Artificial Bee Colony

This study aims to develop an experienced artificial bee colony algorithm which is proposed for classification of crops using remote sensed data. The study was conducted in Devnur village located in Nanajangudu taluk of Mysore district, where a highly differed irrigated agriculture system is present. The study is designed to overcome the issues of misclassification in crop patterns due to similar crop Phenology. In Artificial Bee Colony algorithm a single parameter like waggle dance is used for training and validating the classes particularly in high resolution images, this may lead to misclassification of classes like crops which has a same spectral features. In order to avoid this misclassification, a group of experienced employed bee is been trained and updated by each employed bee through a waggle dance where each employed bee depends on its own experience and the current terrain in each space. Here these features help in identifying the classes and updating of the weights in order to map the agents and identifying the classes and robust the spatial and spectral features. This resultant algorithm is called Experienced Artificial bee colony (EABC). The proposed strategy gives a structure within which a pixel based EABC gives commonly integral data to one another, so characterization process is refined through waggle dance. The findings of the experiment indicate that the suggested approach exhibits a 7% and 6% enhancement in Level 2, and an 8% and 5% improvement in Level 3 categories, respectively, compared to the Artificial Bee Colony (ABC) algorithm and Support Vector Machine (SVM). © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd. 2024.

This paper presents a novel medical imaging framework, Efficient Parallel Deep Transfer SubNet+-based Explainable Model (EPDTNet + -EM), designed to improve the detection and classification of abnormalities in medical images. The model integrates Enhanced Exponential Transfer Learning (En-ETL) and the Parallel SubNet (PSNet +) architecture, addressing challenges like overfitting, high computational cost, and limited generalization across complex datasets. En-ETL accelerates learning and enhances precision, while PSNet + balances computational efficiency and performance through parallel convolutional layers and an axis attention mechanism. The proposed framework preprocesses medical images using resizing, noise removal, and contrast enhancement, ensuring high-quality inputs for analysis. For classification, the PSNet + model categorizes medical images into normal and abnormal cases. Explainable AI (XAI) is applied to highlight key features in classified images, improving interpretability and clinical decision-making. Experimental results validate the framework on various datasets, including MRI, CT, X-ray, and mammography images. The proposed model achieves a classification accuracy of 98.83%, a false positive rate of 2%, and an execution time of 5.3 ms. Comparative Analysis show superior performance over existing approaches in classification accuracy and efficiency. Ablation studies confirmed the significant contributions of the proposed model using each component in enhancing performance. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

Energy consumption has become an increasingly important consideration in the design of real-time embedded systems. In this study, we have also tried scheduling real-time tasks under energy savings, which shows a possibility of energy reduction compared to systems employing no power saving. In this work, efforts are made to study the scheduling of soft real-time jobs with hard real-time jobs. In this study, apart from investigating the effect of voltage variation on power consumption, we have also studied its effect on the response time of soft jobs. Resource reclaiming is further explored in the proposed approach as some tasks are completed before their worst-case execution time. The analysis of resource reclaiming shows that it improves average response time and also saves energy when compared to approaches where reclaiming is not employed. Designing real-time systems with multiple processors that use less energy is still an open area of research. © 2023 Inderscience Enterprises Ltd.

Early detection of any disease and starting its treatment in this early stage are the most important steps in case of any life-threatening disease. Stroke is not an exception in this regard which is one of the leading causes of death and disability worldwide. We develop a simple but efficient deep neural network for the stroke prediction that accurately evaluates the probability of occurrence of stroke disease by treating this as a binary classification problem on one of the standard datasets named as Stroke Prediction Dataset available on Kaggle. With the help of effective pre-processing techniques such as SMOTE and FastICA on the noisy and imbalanced dataset, we could achieve improved performance for the binary classification of stroke prediction by employing a deep dense neural network. The architectural hyper-parameters are critically designed with the help of Keras Tuner and consisting of just ten layers in the deep dense neural network. With the help of this light weight deep dense model, we report an accuracy of 95%, AUC Score of 100% and F1-Score of 95% on a testing set. Moreover, we also present comparative illustration of various machine learning models for the aforesaid task along with the comparative illustration of various state of the arts with our proposed model for the stroke prediction. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2024.

Coconut farming is an essential agricultural practice that contributes significantly to the global economy by providing valuable products such as coconut water, oil, and meat. However, the management of coconut plantations faces numerous challenges, including labor shortages, pest control, and the demand for precise irrigation and fertilization. This paper proposes an integrated smart farming system that leverages advanced sensor technologies and automation to address these challenges. The system employs precision irrigation and fertigation methods, facilitated by a centralized motor controller and solenoid valves, to deliver water and nutrients efficiently to the base of each coconut tree. A pH sensor monitors soil acidity or alkalinity, ensuring optimal nutrient availability and promoting sustainable farming practices by reducing chemical inputs. Additional features include a tree motion sensor and a tilt sensor for monitoring tree stability under adverse weather conditions. Soil moisture sensors, temperature, humidity, and light intensity sensors provide real-time data to enhance decision-making. Farmers can remotely monitor and control the system via a Node-RED dashboard, receiving alerts through platforms like Telegram. By integrating these technologies, the proposed system aims to optimize resource utilization, enhance crop yield, and reduce the environmental impact of coconut farming. © 2025 IEEE.

In signal processing and communication systems,digital filters are widely *** some circumstances,the reliability of those systems is crucial,necessitating the use of fault tolerant filter *** strategies have been presented throughout the years to achieve fault tolerance by utilising the structure and properties of the *** technology advances,more complicated systems with several filters become *** of the filters in those complicated systems frequently function in parallel,for example,by applying the same filter to various input ***,a simple strategy for achieving fault tolerance that takes advantage of the availability of parallel filters was *** fault-tolerant ways that take advantage of the filter’s structure and properties have been proposed throughout the *** primary idea is to use structured authentication scan chains to study the internal states of finite impulse response(FIR)components in order to detect and recover the exact state of faulty modules through the state of non-faulty ***,a simple solution of Double modular redundancy(DMR)based fault tolerance was developed that takes advantage of the availability of parallel filters for image *** approach is expanded in this short to display how parallel filters can be protected using error correction codes(ECCs)in which each filter is comparable to a bit in a standard ECC.“Advanced error recovery for parallel systems,”the suggested technique,can find and eliminate hidden defects in FIR modules,and also restore the system from multiple failures impacting two FIR *** the implementation,Xilinx ISE 14.7 was found to have given significant error reduction capability in the fault calculations and reduction in the area which reduces the cost of *** were introduced in all the outputs of the functional filters and found that the fault in every output is corrected.

The Wireless Sensor Network(WSN)is a network that is constructed in regions that are inaccessible to human *** widespread deployment of wireless micro sensors will make it possible to conduct accurate environmental monitoring for a use in both civil and military *** make use of these data to monitor and keep track of the physical data of the surrounding environment in order to ensure the sustainability of the *** data have to be picked up by the sensor,and then sent to the sink node where they may be *** nodes of the WSNs are powered by batteries,therefore they eventually run out of *** energy restriction has an effect on the network life span and environmental *** objective of this study is to further improve the Engroove Leach(EL)protocol’s energy efficiency so that the network can operate for a very long time while consuming the least amount of *** lifespan of WSNs is being extended often using clustering and routing *** Meta Inspired Hawks Fragment Optimization(MIHFO)system,which is based on passive clustering,is used in this study to do *** cluster head is chosen based on the nodes’residual energy,distance to neighbors,distance to base station,node degree,and node *** on distance,residual energy,and node degree,an algorithm known as Heuristic Wing Antfly Optimization(HWAFO)selects the optimum path between the cluster head and Base Station(BS).They examine the number of nodes that are active,their energy consumption,and the number of data packets that the BS *** overall experimentation is carried out under the MATLAB *** the analysis,it has been discovered that the suggested approach yields noticeably superior outcomes in terms of throughput,packet delivery and drop ratio,and average energy consumption.

The multispectral satellite sensor images have multibands, which have some typical noise. There is difficult to detect this tipical noise with low resolution image. The satellite local or gloval pixel information and quantificationare degraded due to this noise. Many standard transformations and filtering operations are developed for detection and removing of non-gaussion noise, which are not given sophisticated results with existing methods. These statistical characteristics are applied to those samples to identify and quantify present tipical noise. The higher-order statistical based machine learning algorithm is developing to remove the speckle noise from satellite image. In this proposed algorithm, implemented the higher order statistical approache such as skewness, kurtosis based adaptive curvelet methods are implemented for the detection and suppression of speckle noise with retrieve of spectral and spectral values. The proposed algorithm preserves smooth and sharp details and maintains the tradeoff level in multispectral bands is suitable for advanced high speed 5G communication with the effective rate of transmission. The proposed results are verified with suitable statistical parameters such as PSNR,Entropy and ERGAS values. © 2024 SCPE.
