Transaction transmission model for blockchain channels based on non-cooperative games

In blockchain networks, transactions can be transmitted through channels. The existing transmission methods depend on their routing information. If a node randomly chooses a channel to transmit a transaction, the transmission may be aborted due to insufficient funds(also called balance) or a low transmission rate. To increase the success rate and reduce transmission delay across all transactions, this work proposes a transaction transmission model for blockchain channels based on non-cooperative game *** balance, channel states, and transmission probability are fully considered. This work then presents an optimized channel transaction transmission algorithm. First, channel balances are analyzed and suitable channels are selected if their balance is sufficient. Second, a Nash equilibrium point is found by using an iterative sub-gradient method and its related channels are then used to transmit transactions. The proposed method is compared with two state-of-the-art approaches: Silent Whispers and Speedy Murmurs. Experimental results show that the proposed method improves transmission success rate, reduces transmission delay,and effectively decreases transmission overhead in comparison with its two competitive peers.

In recent years,cross-modal hash retrieval has become a popular research field because of its advantages of high efficiency and low ***-modal retrieval technology can be applied to search engines,crossmodalmedical processing,*** existing main method is to use amulti-label matching paradigm to finish the retrieval ***,such methods do not use fine-grained information in the multi-modal data,which may lead to suboptimal *** avoid cross-modal matching turning into label matching,this paper proposes an end-to-end fine-grained cross-modal hash retrieval method,which can focus more on the fine-grained semantic information of multi-modal ***,the method refines the image features and no longer uses multiple labels to represent text features but uses BERT for ***,this method uses the inference capabilities of the transformer encoder to generate global fine-grained ***,in order to better judge the effect of the fine-grained model,this paper uses the datasets in the image text matching field instead of the traditional label-matching *** article experiment on Microsoft COCO(MS-COCO)and Flickr30K datasets and compare it with the previous *** experimental results show that this method can obtain more advanced results in the cross-modal hash retrieval field.

The goal of this study is to build a self-driving robot that can effectively navigate mazes by utilizing sophisticated computer vision algorithms with ROS2. Fusion 360 is used to create the robot model, and ROS2 launch files are used to initialize the sensor and control nodes. Attaining optimal path planning and accurate localization are the main objectives. The combination of novel motion planning based on the orientation of the robot with graph search algorithms like DFS, A∗, and Dijkstra's leads to effective maze discovery and traversal. Thorough testing shows that the system can successfully navigate unfamiliar maze configurations, demonstrating the dependability of ROS2 and modern robotics techniques. By completing this study, a foundation for future advancements in perception and planning to manage more complex settings is laid. © 2024 IEEE.

Emotions are a vital semantic part of human correspondence. Emotions are significant for human correspondence as well as basic for human–computer cooperation. Viable correspondence between people is possibly achieved when both the importance and the emotion of the correspondence are perceived by all groups included. Understanding the significance of language has generally been concentrated on in natural language processing (NLP) as a semantic examination. In NLP, the text can be handled appropriately for classification. Emotion detection from facial emotion is the subfield of social signal processing applied in a wide assortment of regions, explicitly for human and PC collaboration. Many researchers have proposed various approaches, generally utilizing machine learning concepts. Automatic emotion recognition (AER) is significant for working with consistent intuitiveness between a person and a smart device toward fully acknowledging an intelligent society. Many researchers examined cross-lingual and multilingual speech emotion as a stage toward language-free emotion acknowledgment in natural speech. In the present work, we are proposing a deep learning-based AER system using four openly accessible datasets, namely Basic Arabic Vocal Emotions Dataset (BAVED), Acted Emotional Speech Dynamic Database (AESDD), Urdu written in Latin/Roman Script (URDU), and Toronto Emotional Speech Set (TESS), by utilizing the Jupyter notebook and a Python library for music and audio synthesis named Librosa. The experimental results exhibited that the proposed approach achieves better than the existing approaches, i.e., the accuracy of the proposed system with the URDU dataset is 96.24%, the TESS dataset is 99.10%, the AESDD dataset is 65.97%, and the BAVED dataset is 73.12%. © The Author(s), under exclusive licence to Springer science+Business Media, LLC, part of Springer Nature 2025.

From AI-assisted art creation to large language model (LLM)-powered ChatGPT, AI-generated contents and services are becoming a transforming force. It calls for the telecom industry to embrace the prospects of AIGC services and face the unique challenges posed by incorporating generative model services into the AI-native 6G wireless network paradigm. We propose enabling AIGC inference services on mobile devices by optimizing MEC-device computing offloading, through which AIGC task latency is minimized by reinforcement learning based policy agent in a computing resource constrained and bandwidth limited wireless environment. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the performance advantage. © 2019 IEEE.

In order to forecast the run time of the jobs that were submitted, this research provides two linear regression prediction models that include continuous and categorical factors. A continuous predictor is built using the number of CPUs, average CPU speed, and memory size, whereas a categorical predictor is built using the user ID, group ID, and executable ID. According to the findings, the prediction rates for categorical and continuous predictors are 61% and 1%, respectively. sixty times better than the earlier models, which used continuous variables as a foundational model to determine task complexity and weight. The effectiveness of the categorical predictor in enhancing a job scheduling problem is then evaluated by combining it with three suggested job scheduling strategies. The suggested algorithms incorporated metrics - predicted run time, waiting time, and resource requirement - to select the smallest jobs. According to the results, Algorithm 3 performs better than earlier models in both performance metrics. The variation in total execution time and average waiting time is 1.14 to 1.76 and 4.5, respectively compared to previous models, Additionally, Algorithms 1 and 2 demonstrating superior performance in every scenario. © 2024 IEEE.

Parkinson’s disease (PD) disorder is caused by the imbalance of inhibitory dopamine and excitatory acetylcholine neurotransmitters, which causes hindrance in locomotion. Freezing of gait (FOG), tremors, and bradykinesia are the most debilitating and disconcerting symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease (PD). FOG episodes occur due to neurological control disorder and motorized impairments, which sternly hinder voluntary movement and forward locomotion. The computational intelligence techniques can effectively predict PD from the sensor data. To detect the FOG episodes often experienced by PD patients, this paper utilizes a 5G spectrum that operates at 4.8 GHz. The main idea of the proposed system is to extract the wireless channel characteristics information (containing amplitude variances) that can be integrated into a 5G communication system. This system collects data through wireless devices such as dipole antennas, network interface cards, and RF signal generators. Five human activities were performed: fast walking, slow walking, sitting on a chair, FOG episodes, and voluntary stopping. We proposed a novel deep dual self-attention and Bi-LSTM fusion architecture for PD prediction to train the collected dataset. Two architectures have been proposed, namely Deep Dual Attention Neural Network (D2ANN) and BiLSTM Neural Network (BNN), for the classification of PD using Chanel State information (CSI) data. After that, the most prominent information is extracted using self-attention activation. A newly informed weighted fusion approach is proposed, and tree growth optimization is employed for the best feature selection. Finally, the selected features are classified using a multilayer full SoftMax neural network. The experimental process was conducted on FOG wireless sensor network data and obtained the highest accuracy of 98.66%. we introduced image encryption algorithms with high sensitivity, such that even a single alteration in a plain-text image would result in a complete transformation of the ciphered image. The first algorithm employed pixel values in a substitution approach, whereas the second algorithm utilized pixel values to generate chaotic function keys. Additionally, we employed a Rossler chaotic function with pixel data to generate chaotic values for the shuffling and substitution processes. After subjecting these algorithms to rigorous testing using standard metrics, our experiments revealed the efficiency of the algorithms in image encryption. Notably, even a minute change in the original image resulted in a vastly different ciphered image. These proposed algorithms underscored the effectiveness of integrating chaotic functions with pixel information, significantly enhancing image security. © 2024 IEEE.
